開口したルーメン並びに互いに反対側の近位端部及び遠位端部を備えた細長い外側管状シース(104)を含み、上記近位端部と上記遠位端部との間には中間部分が設けられ、
上記外側管状シース(104)の上記開口ルーメン内に摺動可能に設けられた細長い内側管状部材(150)を含み、上記外側管状シース(104)の上記遠位端部は、プロテーゼ運搬状態を定めるよう上記内側管状部材(150)の上記遠位端部を通り過ぎてこれを越えた状態で摺動可能に設けられると共にプロテーゼ非被覆状態を定めるよう上記内側管状部材(150)の上記中間部分まで摺動可能に引っ込むことができ、
上記内側管状部材(150)内に摺動可能に設けられた状態でハンドル組立体(170)から上記プロテーゼ(106)の上記同側レッグ(126)を通り、そして上記プロテーゼ(106)の主管状本体(124)を通って延びると共に上記プロテーゼ運搬状態では上記主管状本体(124)の上記開口近位端部を通り過ぎて延びる細長いガイドワイヤ(102)を含み、
上記主管状本体(124)の上記開口端部を通り過ぎて延びる上記細長いガイドワイヤ(102)の一部分に設けられたインフレート可能な閉塞バルーン(200)を含み、
上記細長いガイドワイヤ(102)は、上記インフレート可能な閉塞バルーン(200)がバルーンインフレーション物質と流体連通関係をなすよう中空部分(206)を有する、血管内デリバリシステム(100)。
上記バルーンインフレーション物質は、生理的食塩水及び造影剤を含む、実施態様項2記載の血管内デリバリシステム(100)。
上記同側レッグ及び上記対側レッグ(126,128)は、インフレート可能なチャネル(136)を有する、実施態様項1記載の血管内デリバリシステム(100)。
開口した端部及び反対側の開口した端部を備えた主管状本体(124)を有するプロテーゼ(106)を含み、
開口したルーメン並びに互いに反対側の近位端部及び遠位端部を備えた細長い外側管状シース(104)を含み、上記近位端部と上記遠位端部との間には中間部分が設けられ、
上記外側管状シース(104)の上記開口ルーメン内に摺動可能に設けられた細長い内側管状部材(150)を含み、上記外側管状シース(104)の上記遠位端部は、プロテーゼ運搬状態を定めるよう上記内側管状部材(150)の上記遠位端部を通り過ぎてこれを越えた状態で摺動可能に設けられると共にプロテーゼ非被覆状態を定めるよう上記内側管状部材(150)の上記中間部分まで摺動可能に引っ込むことができ、
上記内側管状部材(150)内に摺動可能に設けられた状態でハンドル組立体(170)から上記プロテーゼ(106)の上記主管状本体(124)を通って延びると共に上記プロテーゼ運搬状態では上記主管状本体(124)の上記開口端部を通り過ぎて延びる細長いガイドワイヤ(102)を含み、
上記主管状本体(124)の上記開口端部を越えて延びる上記細長いガイドワイヤ(102)の一部分に設けられたインフレート可能な閉塞バルーン(200)を含む、血管内デリバリシステム(100)。
実施態様項1記載の上記血管内デリバリシステム(100)を用意するステップと、
上記血管内デリバリシステム(100)を第1の分枝動脈(14)に通して主動脈(10)中の動脈瘤(20)中に前進させるステップと、
上記外側シース(104)を引っ込めて上記プロテーゼ(106)の上記主管状本体(124)の上記近位端部が上記動脈瘤(20)を越えて位置すると共に上記同側レッグ及び上記対側レッグ(126,128)が上記動脈瘤(20)内に配置されるようにするステップと、
上記閉塞バルーン(200)を上記動脈瘤(20)を越えたところで上記主動脈(10)中のインフレーション物質でインフレートさせて上記閉塞バルーンのところで血流を止めるシールを提供するステップと、
上記プロテーゼ(106)を配備するステップと、
上記閉塞バルーン(200)をデフレートさせるステップとを含む、方法。
中空ルーメン部分(206)、近位部分(220)、遠位部分(222)及び上記近位部分と上記遠位部分との間に位置するバルーン取り付け部分を有するガイドワイヤ(102)と、
上記ガイドワイヤ(102)の上記バルーン取り付け部分に固定可能に設けられると共に上記中空ルーメン部分(206)と流体連通状態にある非応従性又は半応従性閉塞バルーン(200)と、
上記非応従性又は半応従性バルーン(200)を備えたシース(227)及び上記シース内に摺動可能に設けられた上記ガイドワイヤ(102)の複数の部分を有するカテーテル(226)とを含む、組立体(228)。
中空ルーメン部分(102)、近位部分(220)、遠位部分(224)及び上記近位部分と上記遠位部分との間に位置するバルーン取り付け部分を有するガイドワイヤ(102)を用意するステップと、
上記ガイドワイヤ(102)の上記バルーン取り付け部分に固定可能に設けられると共に上記中空ルーメン部分(206)と流体連通状態にある非応従性又は半応従性閉塞バルーン(200)を用意するステップと、
上記非応従性又は半応従性バルーン(200)を備えたシース(227)及び上記シース内に摺動可能に設けられた上記ガイドワイヤ(102)の複数の部分を有するカテーテル(226)を用意するステップと、
上記非応従性又は半応従性バルーン(200)をインフレートさせるインフレーション物質を有する注射器(250)及び上記インフレーション物質を上記ガイドワイヤ(102)の上記中空ルーメン部分(206)に流体連通させるルアー継手(230)を用意するステップと、
上記カテーテル(226)を所望の体内場所まで運搬するステップと、
上記カテーテル(226)の上記シース(227)を引っ込めて上記閉塞バルーン(200)を露出させるステップと、
上記閉塞バルーン(200)を上記インフレーション物質でインフレートさせるステップとを含む、方法。
Claims (12)
- 血管内デリバリシステムであって、
開口した近位端部並びに互いに反対側の開口した同側レッグ及び対側レッグを備えた主管状本体を有するプロテーゼを含み、
開口したルーメン並びに互いに反対側の近位端部及び遠位端部を備えた細長い外側管状シースを含み、前記近位端部と前記遠位端部との間には中間部分が設けられ、
前記外側管状シースの前記開口ルーメン内に摺動可能に設けられた細長い内側管状部材を含み、前記外側管状シースの前記遠位端部は、プロテーゼ運搬状態を定めるよう前記内側管状部材の遠位端部を通り過ぎてこれを越えた状態で摺動可能に設けられると共にプロテーゼ非被覆状態を定めるよう前記内側管状部材の中間部分まで摺動可能に引っ込むことができ、
中空ルーメン部分と、近位部分と、遠位部分と、これらの近位部分と遠位部分との間に位置するバルーン取り付け部分と、を有する細長いガイドワイヤであって、前記中空ルーメン部分が前記近位部分から前記遠位部分まで延びており、前記遠位部分が閉じており、前記内側管状部材内に摺動可能に設けられた状態でハンドル組立体から前記プロテーゼの前記同側レッグを通り、そして前記プロテーゼの主管状本体を通って延びると共に前記プロテーゼ運搬状態では前記主管状本体の前記開口近位端部を通り過ぎて延びる前記細長いガイドワイヤを含み、
前記主管状本体の前記開口端部を通り過ぎて延びる前記細長いガイドワイヤの一部分に設けられたインフレート可能な閉塞バルーンを含み、
前記細長いガイドワイヤは、前記インフレート可能な閉塞バルーンがバルーンインフレーション物質と流体連通関係をなすよう中空部分を有し、
前記閉塞バルーンは、前記プロテーゼの一部分を閉塞する、血管内デリバリシステム。 - 前記主管状本体は、前記開口近位端部の近くに設けられたインフレート可能なカフを有する、請求項1記載の血管内デリバリシステム。
- 前記閉塞バルーンが嵌められた前記細長いガイドワイヤの前記一部分は、前記バルーンインフレーション物質の出入りのためのポロシティを有する、請求項1記載の血管内デリバリシステム。
- 前記ポロシティは、前記細長いガイドワイヤを貫通して設けられた複数の穴である、請求項3記載の血管内デリバリシステム。
- 前記バルーンインフレーション物質は、生理的食塩水及び造影剤を含む、請求項2記載の血管内デリバリシステム。
- 前記細長いガイドワイヤは、金属材料から成る、請求項1記載の血管内デリバリシステム。
- 前記細長いガイドワイヤは、ポリマー材料から成る、請求項1記載の血管内デリバリシステム。
- 前記細長いガイドワイヤの前記中空部分内に少なくとも部分的に設けられていて、前記閉塞バルーンのインフレーションに先立って前記細長いガイドワイヤを支持する取り外し可能なマンドレルを更に含む、請求項7記載の血管内デリバリシステム。
- 前記細長いガイドワイヤの近位部分に設けられたシールを更に含む、請求項1記載の血管内デリバリシステム。
- 前記同側レッグ及び前記対側レッグは、インフレート可能なチャネルを有する、請求項1記載の血管内デリバリシステム。
- 前記閉塞バルーンの直ぐ後に位置する前記細長いガイドワイヤの一部分に設けられた第1の放射線不透過性マーカを更に含む、請求項1記載の血管内デリバリシステム。
- 前記閉塞バルーンの直ぐ前に位置する前記細長いガイドワイヤの一部分に設けられた第2の放射線不透過性マーカを更に含む、請求項11記載の血管内デリバリシステム。
