Claims (5)
- ガスタービンエンジン用のインピンジメント冷却システムであって、
中央に配置された開口(12)を備える初期インピンジメント面(10)と、
前記開口(12)から半径方向外方へ延び、かつ隣接する各チャネル(14)をそれぞれが分離する複数のフィクスチャ(16)によって形成された複数のチャネル(14)と、
を備え、
前記複数のフィクスチャ(16)はそれぞれ、前記中央に配置された開口(12)のエッジ(32)に沿って配置された前記初期インピンジメント面(10)に対して平行な平面における丸みを帯びた上流端部(18)と、前記初期インピンジメント面(10)のエッジ(30)に沿って配置された前記初期インピンジメント面(10)に対して平行な平面における丸みを帯びた下流端部(20)とを有し、
前記複数のフィクスチャ(16)はそれぞれ、前記初期インピンジメント面(10)に接続されたベース部分(44)と、反対側におけるトップ部分(46)との間の中間部分(54)を有し、
前記複数のフィクスチャ(16)はそれぞれ、前記初期インピンジメント面に対して垂直な軸線に沿って前記フィクスチャ(16)の前記中間部分(54)に沿った凹面形状を有し、前記フィクスチャ(16)の各々は、前記ベース部分(44)および前記トップ部分(46)よりも狭い前記中間部分(54)を有し、
前記複数のチャネル(14)は、サブフィクスチャ(24)の上流端部(26)において前記チャネル(14)に形成されたよどみ点(34)から各チャネル(14)の入口の半径方向外方へ延びる複数のサブチャネル(22)に分割されており、
複数の前記サブフィクスチャ(24)はそれぞれ、丸みを帯びた上流端部(26)と、前記初期インピンジメント面(10)の前記エッジ(30)に沿って配置された略平坦な下流端部(28)とを有し、
前記複数のサブフィクスチャ(24)はそれぞれ、前記初期インピンジメント面(10)に接続されたベース部分(58)と、反対側におけるトップ部分(60)との間の中間部分(56)を有し、
前記複数のサブフィクスチャ(24)はそれぞれ、前記初期インピンジメント面(10)に対して垂直な前記軸線に沿って前記サブフィクスチャ(24)の前記中間部分(56)に沿った凹面形状を有し、前記サブフィクスチャ(24)の各々は、前記ベース部分(58)および前記トップ部分(60)よりも狭い前記中間部分(56)を有する、
ガスタービンエンジン用のインピンジメント冷却システム。 - 各サブチャネル(22)は、前記初期インピンジメント面(10)に沿って位置付けられかつ前記サブチャネル(22)内へ延びる複数の球状のフィクスチャ(36)をさらに有する、請求項1記載のインピンジメント冷却システム。
- 少なくとも1つの突出した球状のフィクスチャ(36)が、前記初期インピンジメント面(10)に沿って位置付けられており、かつ各サブチャネル(22)内で前記初期インピンジメント面(10)の前記エッジ(30)に沿って半径方向外側出口セクション(38)内へ上方に延びている、請求項1または2記載のインピンジメント冷却システム。
- 前記複数のフィクスチャ(16)はそれぞれ、前記初期インピンジメント面(10)に対して平行な平面に沿って、前記中央に配置された開口(12)の前記エッジ(32)からまずそれぞれの側で内方へ湾曲し、前記下流端部(20)のさらに近くで再び拡大する形状を有する、請求項1から3までのいずれか1項記載のインピンジメント冷却システム。
- 前記複数のフィクスチャ(16)と前記初期インピンジメント面(10)との間の接続は、各フィクスチャ(16)の前記ベース部分(44)に沿ってフィレット(64)を有している、請求項1から4までのいずれか1項記載のインピンジメント冷却システム。
