Description
このようなものであっても、側板の取り付けの向きが所定の向きでないときには、流量効率が低下した状態で出荷前の試運転が行われるので、流量効率の低下を通じて側板が正しい向きで組み込まれていないことを認識することができる。従って、側板が正しい向きで組み込まれていない歯車ポンプ又はモータが出荷されることを防ぐことができる。
さらに、前記側板における高圧側に配されるべき側の側部に前記歯車収納室に当接する当接部を設け、前記側部は前記当接部のみで前記歯車収納室に当接するように構成されているとともに、前記当接部が歯車の1ピッチよりも短いので、側板の高圧部側と低圧部側とが逆に組み込まれた場合において、歯と歯の間の空間が当接部に達すると、当接部より高圧側の空間と当接部よりも低圧側の空間とが連通し、高圧部側から低圧部側に作動液が漏れ、流量効率の低下が導かれ、従って側板の高圧部側と低圧部側とが逆に組み込まれたことをわかりやすくできる。

Claims (2)
- 対をなす歯車を収納する歯車収納室を内部に備えたケーシングと、ケーシングと歯車との間に介在する側板と、この側板の歯車に向かう側の面である摺動面と反対側の面である非摺動面に設けられ該非摺動面とケーシングとの間の空間を高圧側と低圧側とに区画するガスケットとを備えた歯車ポンプ又はモータであって、
前記側板における前記対をなす歯車の噛合箇所に対応する箇所に当該側板を越えて作動液を歯車と反対側に導くべく2つの連通孔を設け、これら2つの連通孔の間の部位に高圧側から低圧側に作動液が漏れるのをシールする平面部を設け、この平面部が前記摺動面において前記非摺動面よりも大きくなっており、
前記側板の取り付けの向きが所定の向き以外である場合に、前記側板の取り付けの向きが所定の向きである場合と比較して流量効率が低下するように構成している歯車ポンプ又はモータ。 - 対をなす歯車を収納する歯車収納室を内部に備えたケーシングと、ケーシングと歯車との間に介在する側板と、この側板の歯車に向かう側の面である摺動面と反対側の面である非摺動面に設けられ該非摺動面とケーシングとの間の空間を高圧側と低圧側とに区画するガスケットとを備えた歯車ポンプ又はモータであって、
