Description
− 約0.1重量%以下の植物油への溶解度を有する少なくとも1つの成長調整剤;
− 有機疎水性担体;
を含む分散液であって、
− 少なくとも1つの成長調整剤は水に不溶性または不安定であり、約0.1重量%を超える量で分散液中に存在し;
− 成長調整剤の粒子の90%超過が約1μmから約7μmの間の粒径を有し;
− 分散液は、有機担体中で分散液を安定化させ、例えば、1:50希釈以上の希釈のように、適切な希釈において水で希釈されたときに濃縮物を水混和性および自己乳化性にする乳化剤をさらに含み;
− 分散液は本質的に水を含まない
分散液を提供することによって達成される。
プロヘキサジオン−カルシウム技術等級を0.5mmのスクリーンを通してハンマー粉砕した。次に、プロヘキサジオン−カルシウムを2から3μmの平均粒径まで100mm流体エネルギーミルを用いて微粉化した。すべての粒子が8μm未満であった。粒子の90重量%超過が1から4μmの範囲であった。
以下の製剤を、一般的な記述に従って調製した。
以下の実施例を、一般的な方法の記述に従って調製した。
実施例4の製剤を、1L規模で調製し、比較として用いられた商業最良製剤(Medax Top)を使用しながら、さらなる安定性試験を行った。Medax Topは、−10℃から+20℃の温度の間の5回のサイクル後に、50%を超える上清みを有していたのに対し、本発明の製剤はたった4から6%の上清みを示したようである。他の特徴、例えば、pH(方法CIPAC MT75.3;水で1%に希釈)、水中の懸濁性(CIPAC MT184、CIPAC D、割合1.25%v/v、温度30℃)、分散の自然発生(CIPAC MT160、CIPAC D、割合1.25%v/v、温度30℃)、粒径(CIPAC MT187、フラウンホーファーモデル)は、貯蔵試験(54℃で2週間)の際に安定であった。
実施例4の製剤を5L規模で調製し、以下の表にまとめたように、さらなる試験を行った。
次の表に示す製剤を、液体部分にGA3を分散させ、2.5μmの平均粒径(D50)が得られるまでGA3を粉砕することによって、GA3(純度90.5%)を用いて作成した。量は重量%として報告される。
植物成長調整剤としてのプロヘキサジオンカルシウムで、いくつかの製剤を、以下の表に記載されるような量(g/Lで表される濃度)で、アジュバントを用いて製造した。
Claims (14)
- − 25℃で0.1重量%以下のヒマワリ油への溶解度を有する少なくとも1つの植物成長調整剤;
− 有機疎水性担体、ここで、有機疎水性担体は、10℃以下の融点を有する植物油または脂肪酸のアルキルエステルであり、20℃で1g/L未満の水への溶解度を有する;
を含む分散液であって、
− 少なくとも1つの植物成長調整剤は水に不溶性または不安定であり、0.1重量%を超える量で分散液中に存在し;
− 植物成長調整剤の粒子の90%超過が1から7μmの間の粒径を有し;
− 植物成長調整剤は、オーキシン、サイトカイン、エチレン前駆体またはアブシジン酸;クロルメコートまたはメピコートクロリド;トリアゾールまたはトリアゾール様化合物;ダミノジド、トリネキサパックエチル型化合物の群から選択され;
− 分散液は、有機担体中で分散液を安定化させ、適切な希釈において水で希釈されたときに濃縮物を水混和性および自己乳化性にする乳化剤をさらに含み;
− 0.4重量%未満の水を含む、分散液。 - 植物成長調整剤が、水中で不安定であり、標準ガイドラインEPAサブディビジョンN−161−1および161−2に合致する、請求項1に記載の分散液。
- 植物成長調整剤の量は、4重量%以上30重量%以下である、請求項1または2に記載の分散液。
- 有機疎水性担体は、0℃以下の融点を有する植物油である、請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載の分散液。
- 乳化剤は非イオン性であり、少なくとも1つの脂肪酸基、少なくとも1つのポリエトキシ基、または2つ以上のエトキシ基、および少なくとも1つのポリオールを含む、請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載の分散液。
- 分散液は、さらなる植物成長調整剤、防カビ剤、沈殿防止剤、酸化防止剤、殺菌剤、金属化合物の少なくとも1つをさらに含む、請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載の分散液。
- 分散液は、さらなる植物成長調整剤をさらに含み、および/または分散液は特定の抗うどんこ病の防カビ剤、ステロール生合成阻害(SBI)防カビ剤、キノン阻害(QoI)防カビ剤、およびコハク酸デヒドロゲナーゼ阻害(SDHI)防カビ剤から選択される少なくとも1つの防カビ剤をさらに含む、請求項1から6のいずれか一項に記載の分散液。
- 分散液は、沈殿を低減するための少なくとも1つの添加剤をさらに含む、請求項1から7のいずれか一項に記載の分散液。
- 植物に噴霧するのに適した水性噴霧液体であって、液体は、水、および適切な量の請求項1から8のいずれか一項に記載の分散液を含み、分散液の有効量が1ヘクタール当たり50mL以上20L以下の前記分散液である前記水性噴霧液体。
- 噴霧液体は、少なくとも1つの追加の植物成長調整剤、防カビ剤、金属化合物、および/または1つ以上のジャスモナイト(jasmonite)をさらに含む、請求項9に記載の噴霧液体。
- 少なくとも1つの植物成長調整剤で植物を処理するための方法であって、請求項9または10に記載の水性噴霧液体が、1ヘクタール当たり50Lから2500Lの量で植物に噴霧される前記方法。
- 植物がブロードエーカー作物である、請求項11に記載の方法。
- 植物成長調整剤が、インドール酢酸、インドール−3−酪酸(3−BA)、3−インドール酢酸、ナフタレンアセトアミド、2−メチル−1−ナフタレン酢酸、2−メチル−1−ナフタレンアセトアミド、1−ナフチル酢酸、またはそれらの塩およびエステルから選択される、請求項11または12に記載の方法。
- 植物成長調整剤が、カイネチン、ゼアチン、6−ベンジルアミノプリン、ジフェニル尿素、チジアズロン(TDZ)または1−(2−クロロピリジン−4−イル)−3−フェニル尿素(CPPU)から選択される、請求項11〜13のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
