Description
別実施形態においては、マックイーン特許は、放射線又は熱硬化性樹脂、開始剤及び基板に混合物を適用する際に肉眼で見えるテクスチャを提供するために有効なサイズを持ったテクスチャを作り出す微粒子からなるプレキュアされたコーティング混合物を提供する。別の実施形態においては、本発明は、基板と、基板の少なくとも一部の上にある放射線又は熱硬化性コーティングとからなるコーティングされた基板を提供する。加えて、特許は基板上にコーティングを施す方法を提供する。この方法は、基板の少なくとも一部の上に放射線硬化性樹脂と開始剤または熱硬化性樹脂と熱開始剤からなるプレキュアされたコーティング混合物を散布して肉眼で見えるテクスチャ及び放射線硬化または熱硬化を有したプレキュアされたコーティングを形成する工程を備え、前記プレキュアされたコーティングは肉眼で見えるテクスチャを有した放射線硬化又は熱硬化させたコーティングを形成する。
Claims (18)
- 接着剤が不要でダストがない複合床材料の製造方法であって、
(i)以下の(a)〜(g)の工程によって床基部層を形成し:
(a)PVC樹脂と、使用時に前記床基部層において所望の性質を提供するためにPVC樹脂と共用できる材料とを混合してPVC樹脂混合物を生成し、
(b)熱を加え且つ混合を継続することによって前記PVC樹脂混合物を溶融し、
(c)溶融したPVC樹脂混合物を冷却し、
(d)冷却した溶融PVC樹脂混合物を更なる処理のための別の領域に搬送し、
(e)上昇した温度且つ上昇した圧力で、搬送された冷却・溶融PVC樹脂混合物を押出し、
(f)前記押し出されたPVC樹脂混合物を前記床基部層のシートに型成形し、及び
(g)前記床基部層のシートを冷却し、及び
(ii)以下の工程の(a)〜(b)によって床表面層を形成し:
(a)PVC装飾ポリマーフィルムを提供し、
(b)PVC耐摩耗性ポリマーフィルムを前記PVC装飾ポリマーフィルムの頂面に加え、
前記床表面層及び前記床基部層の熱溶融上張りをし、シート形状の基部と表面部の半組立部品を生成し、
前記シート形状の基部と表面部の半組立部品を調整し、
前記シート形状の基部と表面部の半組立部品にUV硬化プラスチック樹脂をコーティングし、
UV硬化プラスチック樹脂の前記コーティングをUV光への露光によってUV硬化させ、仕上げされた大きなシート組立体を生成し、
前記仕上げされた大きなシート組立体をプロファイル処理し、所望のサイズ及び形状の複数の複合床材料セグメントを生成し、
前記複合床材料セグメントを検査し、及び
前記複合床材料セグメントを包装し、
前記床表面層の形成及び前記床基部層の形成は同時に行うことができ、これにより、前記床表面層及び前記床基部層の両方を前記熱溶融上張りプロセスに供給し、

前記床表面層の形成及び前記床基部層の形成は同時に行うことができ、これにより、前記床表面層及び前記床基部層の両方を前記熱溶融上張りプロセスに供給し、
前記熱溶融上張りプロセスは、前記床表面層及び前記床基部層の連続的な供給を可能とし、前記基部と表面部の半組立部品の連続的な供給を生み出し、
前記調整プロセスは、前記基部と表面部の半組立部品の連続的な供給のペースを遅くすることなく、又は停止させることなく行うことができ、
前記コーティングプロセスは、前記基部と表面部の半組立部品の連続的な供給のペースで行うことができ、
前記UV硬化プロセスは、前記コーティングされた基部と表面部の半組立部品の連続的な供給のペースでの移動の間に達成され、
前記床基部層の形成は、1600RPMに近い高速であるが1600RPMを越えない高速で攪拌している間に前記混合物を115〜130℃に加熱する工程を更に備えることを特徴とする接着剤が不要でダストがない複合床材料の製造方法。 - 前記床表面層及び前記床基部層の熱溶融上張りは、組立された複数の層を少なくとも1セットの加熱ローラーに通すことを特徴とする請求項1記載の接着剤が不要でダストがない複合床材料の製造方法。
- 接着剤が不要でダストがない複合床材料の製造方法であって、
(i)以下の(a)〜(g)の工程によって床基部層を形成し:
(a)PVC樹脂と、使用時に前記床基部層において所望の性質を提供するためにPVC樹脂と共用できる材料とを混合してPVC樹脂混合物を生成し、
(b)熱を加え且つ混合を継続することによって前記PVC樹脂混合物を溶融し、
(c)溶融したPVC樹脂混合物を冷却し、
(d)冷却した溶融PVC樹脂混合物を更なる処理のための別の領域に搬送し、
(e)上昇した温度且つ上昇した圧力で、搬送された冷却・溶融PVC樹脂混合物を押出し、
(f)前記押し出されたPVC樹脂混合物を前記床基部層のシートに型成形し、及び
(g)前記床基部層のシートを冷却し、及び
(ii)以下の工程の(a)〜(b)によって床表面層を形成し:
(a)PVC装飾ポリマーフィルムを提供し、
(b)PVC耐摩耗性ポリマーフィルムを前記PVC装飾ポリマーフィルムの頂面に加え、
前記床表面層及び前記床基部層の熱溶融上張りをし、シート形状の基部と表面部の半組立部品を生成し、
前記シート形状の基部と表面部の半組立部品を調整し、
前記シート形状の基部と表面部の半組立部品にUV硬化プラスチック樹脂をコーティングし、
UV硬化プラスチック樹脂の前記コーティングをUV光への露光によってUV硬化させ、仕上げされた大きなシート組立体を生成し、
前記仕上げされた大きなシート組立体をプロファイル処理し、所望のサイズ及び形状の複数の複合床材料セグメントを生成し、
前記複合床材料セグメントを検査し、及び
前記複合床材料セグメントを包装し、
前記床表面層の形成及び前記床基部層の形成は同時に行うことができ、これにより、前記床表面層及び前記床基部層の両方を前記熱溶融上張りプロセスに供給し、
前記熱溶融上張りプロセスは、前記床表面層及び前記床基部層の連続的な供給を可能とし、前記基部と表面部の半組立部品の連続的な供給を生み出し、
前記調整プロセスは、前記基部と表面部の半組立部品の連続的な供給のペースを遅くすることなく、又は停止させることなく行うことができ、
前記コーティングプロセスは、前記基部と表面部の半組立部品の連続的な供給のペースで行うことができ、
前記UV硬化プロセスは、前記コーティングされた基部と表面部の半組立部品の連続的な供給のペースでの移動の間に達成され、
前記床基部層の押出は40RPMを越えない速度、20〜35mpaの押出圧力、及び160〜186℃の温度で80mmの直径のスクリューを用いて押し出す工程からなることを特徴とする接着剤が不要でダストがない複合床材料の製造方法。 - 前記PVC耐摩耗性ポリマーフィルム及び前記PVC装飾ポリマーフィルムは大きなロールで供給されることを特徴とする請求項1記載の接着剤が不要でダストがない複合床材料の製造方法。
- 接着剤が不要でダストがない複合床材料の製造方法であって、
(i)以下の(a)〜(h)の工程によって床基部層を形成し:
(a)第1PVC樹脂混合物を混合し、前記第1PVC樹脂混合物は、
(1)50kgPVC;
(2)75−100kg 800−1000 Caco3;
(3)3.8−5.0kg Ca/Zn 安定剤;
(4)2.5−4.0kg 塩素化ポリエチレン CPE;
(5)3.0−4.0kg ACR 重合調整剤;
(6)0.2−0.3kg 高密度ポリエチレンオキサイド OA6;
(7)0.4−0.6kg 内部潤滑剤 G60;及び
(8)0.5−0.7kg 高融点ポリマー PE−WAX;
からなり、
(b)第2PVC樹脂混合物を混合し、前記第2PVC樹脂混合物は、
(1)50kgPVC;
(2)25−50kg 800−1000 Caco3;
(3)3.0−4.0kg Ca/Zn 安定剤;
(4)2.0−4.0kg 塩素化ポリエチレン CPE;
(5)2.0−3.5kg ACR 重合調整剤;
(6)0.1−0.2kg 高密度ポリエチレンオキサイド OA6;
(7)0.2−0.4kg 内部潤滑剤 G60;
(8)0.15−0.35kg 高融点ポリマー PE−WAX;及び
(9)1.0−2.0kg エポキシ化大豆油 DOBS;
からなり、
(c)加熱をし且つ混合を継続して各PVC樹脂混合物を別々に溶融し、
(d)前記溶融したPVC樹脂混合物を別々に冷却し、
(e)前記冷却された溶融PVC樹脂混合物を更なる処理のための別の領域にそれぞれ搬送し、
(f)上昇した温度及び上昇した圧力で、前記搬送された冷却・溶融PVC樹脂混合物を共に押出し、
(g)共に押出されたPVC樹脂混合物を前記床基部層のシートに型成形し、
(h)前記床基部層のシートを冷却し、
(ii)以下の(a)〜(c)の工程によって床表面層を形成し:
(a)PVC装飾ポリマーフィルムを提供し、
(b)前記PVC装飾ポリマーフィルムの頂面に装飾パターンを印刷し、
(c)前記PVC装飾ポリマーフィルムの頂面にPVC耐摩耗性ポリマーフィルムを加え、
(iii)前記床表面層及び前記床基部層の熱溶融上張りをし、シート形状の基部と表面部の半組立部品を生成し、
(iv)前記シート形状の基部と表面部の半組立部品を調整し、
(v)前記シート形状の基部と表面部の半組立部品にUV硬化プラスチック樹脂をコーティングし、
(vi)UV硬化プラスチック樹脂の前記コーティングをUV光への露光によってUV硬化させ、仕上げされた大きなシート組立体を生成し、
(vii)前記仕上げされた大きなシート組立体をプロファイル処理し、所望のサイズ及び形状の複数の複合床材料セグメントを生成し、
(viii)前記複合床材料セグメントを検査し、及び
(ix)前記複合床材料セグメントを包装し、
前記床表面層の形成及び前記床基部層の形成は同時に行うことができ、これにより、前記床表面層及び前記床基部層の両方を前記熱溶融上張りプロセスに供給し、
前記熱溶融上張りプロセスは、前記床表面層及び前記床基部層の連続的な供給を可能とし、前記基部と表面部の半組立部品の連続的な供給を生み出し、
前記調整プロセスは、前記基部と表面部の半組立部品の連続的な供給のペースを遅くすることなく、又は停止させることなく行うことができ、
前記コーティングプロセスは、前記基部と表面部の半組立部品の連続的な供給のペースで行うことができ、
前記UV硬化プロセスは、前記基部と表面部の半組立部品の連続的な供給のペースでの移動の間に達成されることを特徴とする接着剤が不要でダストがない複合床材料の製造方法。
