Description
− 製剤18を含有するのに適したリザーバー22と、

Claims (12)
- 製剤(18)の噴霧送出のためのディスペンサー(20)であって、当該ディスペンサー(20)は:
− 前記製剤(18)を収容するのに適したリザーバー(22)と;
− ポンプ(24)と、
− ロードチャンバー(26)と、
− 送出軸(X)を有するノズル(28)と、
− 軸(X’)を有する送出コーン(30)とを有し、
前記ポンプは、各操作において:
− 前記リザーバー(22)から所定の量の製剤(18)を汲み上げることのために、
− かかる量の製剤(18)を前記ノズル(28)の上流の前記ロードチャンバー(26)に供給することのために、および
− 前記ロードチャンバー(26)中に送出圧力を作り出すこととのために、
適しており、
かつ、前記ノズル(28)は、前記量の製剤(18)をエアロゾルスプレー(180)の形態で送出するために適しており、
前記送出コーン(30)は、接触リム(300)を有し、かつ、前記ノズル(28)の近傍において、前記送出コーン(30)の内部を周囲環境との連通状態に置くのに適した少なくとも1つの貫通孔(320)を有し、
その特徴は、前記の少なくとも1つの貫通孔(320)が前記ノズル(28)からの距離lの20%の範囲内に位置していることであり、前記距離lが前記ノズル(28)と前記接触リム(300)との間の距離であることである、
前記ディスペンサー(20)。 - 前記送出コーン(30)が、互いに異なるテーパー比を有する第1の部分(302)および第2の部分(304)を有する、請求項1に記載のディスペンサー(20)。
- 前記の第1の部分(302)の表面の母線が、軸X’と角度αをなしており、かつ、前記の第2の部分(304)の表面の母線が、軸X’と角度βをなしており、角度βは角度αより小さい、請求項2に記載のディスペンサー(20)。
- 前記の第1の部分(302)の表面の母線が、軸X’と、40°と50°との間に含まれる角度αをなしている、請求項2または3に記載のディスペンサー(20)。
- 前記の第2の部分(304)の表面の母線が、軸X’と、6°と16°との間に含まれる角度βをなしている、請求項2〜4のいずれか一項に記載のディスペンサー(20)。
- 前記送出コーン(30)の前記軸(X’)に沿った前記送出コーン(30)を通る長手方向の断面において、前記の第1の部分の表面が、前記送出コーン(30)の前記軸(X’)に対して角度αをなしており、かつ、前記の第2の部分の表面が、前記送出コーン(30)の前記軸(X’)に対して角度βをなしており、角度βは角度αより小さい、請求項2に記載のディスペンサー(20)。
- 前記送出コーン(30)の前記軸(X’)に沿った前記送出コーン(30)を通る長手方向の断面において、前記の第1の部分の表面が、前記送出コーン(30)の前記軸(X’)に対して角度αをなしており、かつ、40°と50°との間である、請求項2または6に記載のディスペンサー(20)。
- 前記送出コーン(30)の前記軸(X’)に沿った前記送出コーン(30)を通る長手方向の断面において、前記の第2の部分の表面が、前記送出コーン(30)の前記軸(X’)に対して角度βをなしており、角度βは6°と16°との間である、請求項2、6または7に記載のディスペンサー(20)。
- 前記の第1の部分(302)が、前記ノズル(28)からの前記距離lの15%〜25%まで延びている、請求項2〜8のいずれか一項に記載のディスペンサー(20)。
- 前記の少なくとも1つの貫通孔(320)が、前記送出コーン(30)の前記の第1の部分(302)の中に含まれている、請求項2〜9のいずれか一項に記載のディスペンサー(20)。
- 前記送出コーン(30)が、複数の貫通孔(320)を有する、請求項1〜10のいずれか一項に記載のディスペンサー(20)。
- 前記ノズルの前記送出軸と前記送出コーンの前記軸とが、当該ディスペンサー(20)の操作中でさえも、1つの単一の軸(X)において一致している、請求項1〜11のいずれか一項に記載のディスペンサー(20)。
