図1は、本実施形態の水素ガス溶解装置1の概略構成を示している。なお、同図において、ハッチングが施されている領域は、水が満たされている領域である(以下、図4乃至6においても同様とする)。水素ガス溶解装置1は、水素供給部2と水素溶解モジュール6とを備えている。

Claims (6)
- 水素ガスを供給可能な水素供給部と、
前記水素供給部から供給された前記水素ガスを水に接触させて溶解させるための水素溶解モジュールとを備え、
前記水素供給部は、電気分解により前記水素ガスを発生する電解槽を含み、
前記水素溶解モジュールは、前記水素ガスが供給される供給口と、前記供給口に連通し、該供給口から供給された前記水素ガスが充填される水素室と、前記水素室に連通し、該水素室内の空気を排出するための排気口とを有し、
前記排気口は、前記水素室の下部に配されており、
前記排気口の下方には、開閉弁が設けられ、
前記電解槽に配された給電体に供給する電解電流の時間積分値に基づいて前記水素ガスの供給量を取得し、前記水素ガスの前記供給量に応じて前記開閉弁を制御する制御部をさらに備える、水素ガス溶解装置。 - 前記水素供給部は、前記開閉弁が閉じた後、さらに前記水素ガスを供給し続けることにより、前記水素室内を加圧する、請求項1記載の水素ガス溶解装置。
- 前記供給口は、前記排気口よりも上方に配されている、請求項1または2に記載の水素ガス溶解装置。
- 前記水素溶解モジュールは、前記水を通すための複数の管体を有し、
前記管体は、前記水素ガスを透過する多孔質膜によって構成されている、請求項1乃至3のいずれかに記載の水素ガス溶解装置。 - 前記管体は、前記供給口から前記水素室に供給される前記水素ガスの進行方向と交差する向きに配列されている、請求項4記載の水素ガス溶解装置。
- 前記多孔質膜は、中空糸膜である、請求項4又は5に記載の水素ガス溶解装置。
