Description
The present invention relates to a shell-removing transport device and a shell-removing transport method for removing a shell from a shell-attached aquaculture rope in which the shell is hung on a culture rope by a shell-hanging pin and transporting the removed shell.
In aquaculture of shellfish such as scallops and oysters, as shown in FIG. 1 (a) shown as an example of scallops, a large number of scallops R have a length of 10 to 15 m along the length direction. The scallop S is hung. In order to hang the shell S on the aquaculture rope R, a shell hanging pin P (generally called an age pin) is used. The shell S, the pin P for hanging the shell, and the culture rope R are collectively referred to as a culture rope RS with a shell. The shell hanging pin P is usually made of resin, and has wedge-shaped locking portions that rise diagonally toward the central portion in the length direction of the pin at both ends and near the center. The locking portions at both ends prevent the shellfish S from coming off the pin P, and the locking portion at the center prevents the pin P inserted into the aquaculture rope R from being biased.
For example, in the example of the scallop S, one or two scallops in which the shell hanging pins P are passed through the culture rope R at regular intervals and holes are formed in the ear pieces on both sides of the pins P protruding from the culture rope R. S is hung. In one shell-attached aquaculture rope RS, about 100 shell-hanging pins P are generally inserted into the aquaculture rope R at intervals of about 10 to 12 cm. Therefore, about 200 scallops S are suspended from one shell-attached aquaculture rope RS, and the shell-attached aquaculture rope RS may weigh as much as 30 kg to 40 kg. At the time of shipment, the scallop S is removed from the shell-attached aquaculture rope RS by using a shell remover as shown in FIG. 1 (b). Usually, the shell removing device has a U-shaped member provided with a space through which the culture rope R passes but the shell S does not pass. The shell S can be removed from the culture rope R by pulling the culture rope R with a winding roller and stopping the shell S with a U-shaped member.
FIG. 2 shows an example of a shell removing device used as a pre-process of the cleaning device when landing the shell S. The shell-attached aquaculture rope RS is lifted from the sea while being pulled strongly. The salvaged shellfish-attached culture rope RS is transported via a sliding plate provided on the rim of the ship, and the shellfish S is removed from the culture rope R by stopping the shellfish S with a shell removal device (generally called an ear hanging cutter). It will be removed. A sliding plate for guiding the aquaculture rope RS with shells to the shell remover is provided near the shell remover. The removed shell S is directly put into a cylindrical cleaning device (generally called a mixer) to remove deposits and mud. As shown in FIG. 2, a hopper located below the shell removing device is provided at the entrance portion of the cleaning device. Therefore, the shell S removed by the shell removing device falls directly on the hopper and is thrown into the cleaning device.
The technique described in
In the conventional configuration in which the shell removing device is arranged in front of the cleaning device as shown in FIG. 2, there is a problem that the work load on the operator is large. As mentioned above, the aquaculture rope RS with shellfish is very heavy. When landing this, the worker must wrap the aquaculture rope R around his hand and pull up the heavy aquaculture rope RS with shells from the sea surface to the shell remover, which causes the wrists and shoulders. May be injured. This is because when the shell removing device and the cleaning device having the configuration shown in FIG. 2 are used in combination, the distance from the sea surface to the shell removing device is long and the shell removing device is provided at a high position. Is a factor. Similarly, in the apparatus of
Further, in the conventional apparatus described in FIG. 2 and
An object of the present invention is to provide a shell-removing transport device and a shell-removing transport method capable of reducing the burden on an operator in the work of pulling up a culture rope with shells from the sea and removing and cleaning the shells on board.
The present invention further provides a shell-removing transport device and a shell-removing transport method capable of allowing shellfish to be transported from a farming rope with shellfish to a washing device without falling into the sea or on a ship at the time of landing. Make it an issue.
According to one aspect, the present invention provides a shell-removing transport device for removing a shell from a shell-attached aquaculture rope in which the shell is hung on a culture rope by a shell-hanging pin and transporting the removed shell. This device has a drum part configured so that at least the contacted part moves in the same direction as the running direction of the shelled aquaculture rope when the traveling shellfished aquaculture rope comes into contact with the drum part, and the shell is attached to the drum part. A shell-removing part that removes shells from the running shell-attached culture rope, a transport part that transports the shells that have come off the shell-attached culture rope, and a culture rope from which the shells have been removed are located downstream of the culture rope. It is equipped with a pulling rope pulling part. In one embodiment, the drum portion has a flexible moving surface in which at least the contacted portion moves while bending when the traveling shellfish aquaculture rope comes into contact with it.
In one embodiment, the drum portion has two side members having faces facing each other and a plurality of passing members extending in a direction perpendicular to the facing surfaces so as to pass between the two side members. Can be. A flexible member is provided on the outside of the plurality of transfer members so as to cover the transfer members, and at least the contacted portion bends inside the drum portion when the shell-attached aquaculture rope comes into contact with the rope. It is preferable that the plurality of transfer members are arranged so that the distance between the adjacent transfer members is about the same as the distance between the shell hanging pins of the shell-attached aquaculture rope.
In one embodiment, the shell-removing portion includes a pair of rod-shaped members that are arranged with a size that does not allow the shells to pass through the aquaculture rope, and a plate-shaped member that is provided outside the pair of rod-shaped members. Can have. In one embodiment, the shell-removing portion provides a direction-changing portion for changing the traveling direction of the aquaculture rope after the shell is removed to the side when viewed from the traveling direction of the shell-attached aquaculture rope in front of the shell-removing portion. It is preferable to provide it on the downstream side of the.
In one embodiment, the transport unit is a shell that has come off the aquaculture rope due to contact between the aquaculture rope with a shell and a drum part, a shell that has come off the aquaculture rope with a shell between the drum part and the shell removal part, and a shell remover. It is preferable that the part is large enough to receive the shellfish that has come off the aquaculture rope.
According to another aspect, the present invention provides a shell-removing transport method for removing a shell from a shell-attached aquaculture rope in which the shell is hung on a culture rope by a shell-hanging pin, and transporting the removed shell. In this method, when the traveling shellfish culture rope comes into contact, at least the contacted portion passes through a drum portion configured to move in the same direction as the shellfish culture rope travels, and then the shellfish culture rope. This includes a step of removing the shellfish from the running aquaculture rope with shellfish, a step of transporting the shellfish removed from the aquaculture rope with shellfish, and a step of pulling the aquaculture rope from which the shellfish has been removed. In one embodiment, the method travels the shellfish aquaculture rope via a drum portion that rotates with the shellfish culture rope when it comes into contact with the shellfish culture rope before the step of removing the shellfish. The step of causing the rope to move, or a step of running the rope through a flexible moving surface that moves while bending when the aquaculture rope with shells comes into contact with the rope.
According to the present invention, by arranging the shell-removing portion near the ship's edge and configuring the device so as to change the transport direction of the aquaculture rope immediately after the shell-removing portion, the shell is attached at a position close to and low from the sea surface. Since the aquaculture rope can be landed, the burden on the operator is reduced. Further, when the aquaculture rope with shellfish is lifted from the sea surface onto the ship, the contact portion comes into contact with a drum portion whose contact portion moves in the same direction as the traveling direction or a drum portion having a flexible moving surface. This drum portion reduces the force applied to the shell-hanging pin when the shell-attached aquaculture rope comes into contact with it, and can prevent the shell-hanging pin from being cut or the shell from coming off the shell-hanging pin. Therefore, it is possible to prevent the shellfish from unintentionally falling into the sea or on the ship.
Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to FIGS. 3 to 5.

In one embodiment, the
Six round bar-shaped passing
