車両のハンドルバーに固定されるベース部材と、
運転者によって操作可能な操作手段と、
該操作手段の操作に伴ってオン又はオフし、車両が搭載する任意の電装品を作動させ得るスイッチ部と、

前記操作手段の配設位置に応じた部位に前記スイッチ部が複数形成されるとともに導通パターンがプリントされたシート状のフレキシブル基板から成り、前記ベース部材の表面形状に倣って取り付けられる配線シートと、
該配線シートを覆う弾性部材から成り、前記操作手段に対する操作力により弾性変形して前記スイッチ部を押圧することにより当該操作手段の操作力を前記配線シートのスイッチ部に伝達し得るカバー部材と、
前記操作手段を操作可能としつつ取り付け可能な取付部が形成されるとともに、前記カバー部材を覆って取り付けられた台座部材と、
