Description

Claims (6)
- 電源電圧が所定の値以上で一定値、前記電源電圧が前記所定の値を下回ると前記電源電圧に比例した値の基準電圧を出力する基準電圧回路と、
前記基準電圧をバイアス電流に変換するバイアス電流回路と、
前記バイアス電流を外付けの抵抗に供給することによって生成される電圧を制御電流に変換する制御電流回路と、
前記基準電圧を受けて前記制御電流を外付けの可変抵抗に供給することによって生成される制御電圧をデジタル信号に変換するADコンバータと、
前記デジタル信号から前記可変抵抗の調整比率に対応するデューティ比を有するデューティ比信号を作成する出力信号作成回路と、
第1の定電流を出力する第1の定電流源と、
前記第1の定電流源に接続され、前記デューティ比信号によりオン・オフするスイッチと、
を備えた調光装置。 - 前記基準電圧回路は、一方の端子に前記電源電圧が印加される第1の抵抗と、カソードが前記第1の抵抗の他方の端子に接続され、アノードがグランドに接続され、ツェナー電圧が前記所定の値となるツェナーダイオードと、入力端子が前記第1の抵抗と前記ツェナーダイオードのカソードとの接続点に接続されたボルテージフォロア回路とを有する、請求項1記載の調光装置。
- 前記バイアス電流回路は、非反転入力端子に前記基準電圧が印加されるオペアンプと、ゲートに前記オペアンプの出力が接続された第1のトランジスタと、一方の端子に前記第1のトランジスタのソースおよび前記オペアンプの反転入力端子が接続され、他方の端子がグランドに接続された第2の抵抗と、ドレインおよびゲートが前記第1のトランジスタのドレインに接続され、ソースに前記電源電圧が印加される第2のトランジスタと、ゲートが前記第2のトランジスタのゲートに接続され、ソースに前記電源電圧が印加され、ドレインから前記バイアス電流が出力される第3のトランジスタとを有する、請求項1記載の調光装置。
- 前記出力信号作成回路は、前記デューティ比信号の第1の周波数より高い第2の周波数のクロック信号を受けてカウントし、前記第1の周波数の信号によりリセットされるカウンタと、前記カウンタのカウント値と前記デジタル信号の値とを比較し、前記カウンタのカウント値と前記デジタル信号の値とが一致したとき、一致信号を出力するデータ一致回路と、前記第1の周波数の信号を受けてセットされ、前記一致信号を受けてリセットされることにより前記デューティ比信号を出力するフリップフロップと、を有する、請求項1記載の調光装置。
- 第2の定電流を出力して前記制御電流に加える第2の定電流源をさらに備えた、請求項1記載の調光装置。

前記トランスの補助巻線から作られた電源電圧が所定の値以上で一定値、前記電源電圧が前記所定の値を下回ると前記電源電圧に比例した値の基準電圧を出力する基準電圧回路と、
前記基準電圧をバイアス電流に変換するバイアス電流回路と、
前記バイアス電流が供給される外付けの抵抗と、
前記バイアス電流が供給されることにより前記外付けの抵抗に生じる電圧を制御電流に変換して出力する制御電流回路と、
前記制御電流が供給されることにより可変の制御電圧を生じさせる外付けの可変抵抗と、
前記基準電圧に基づいて前記制御電圧をデジタル信号に変換するADコンバータと、
前記デジタル信号から前記可変抵抗の調整比率に対応するデューティ比を有するデューティ比信号を作成する出力信号作成回路と、
定電流を出力する定電流源と、
前記定電流源に接続され、前記デューティ比信号によりオン・オフすることにより、前記電圧エラーアンプまたは前記電流エラーアンプの可変の基準電圧源に前記可変抵抗の調整比率に対応する信号を設定する設定信号を出力するスイッチと、
を有する、電力変換装置。
