Claims (6)
- 有機溶剤を含有する被処理ガスから有機溶剤を分離して回収する有機溶剤回収システムであって、 キャリアガスが循環する循環経路と、 前記循環経路上に設けられ、吸脱着素子を有し、前記被処理ガスの導入による前記有機溶剤の吸着と、前記キャリアガスの導入による前記有機溶剤の脱着とを交互に行う吸脱着処理装置と、 前記循環経路上で前記吸脱着処理装置の下流側に設けられ、当該吸脱着処理装置から排出された前記キャリアガスを冷却する冷却部を有し、当該冷却により前記キャリアガス中の有機溶剤を凝縮させて凝縮液として回収する凝縮回収装置と、 前記循環経路上で前記吸脱着処理装置の上流側に設けられ、前記凝縮回収装置から排出された低温状態の前記キャリアガスを加熱する加熱部と、を備え、 前記凝縮回収装置は、前記冷却により凍結した成分を一時的に加熱して融解させる融解部を有することを特徴とする有機溶剤回収システム。
- 前記凝縮回収装置は、冷媒と熱媒とを選択して供給する冷媒熱媒供給部を有し、 前記冷却部と前記融解部とが冷却融解部として同一に構成され、当該冷却融解部は、前記冷媒熱媒供給部から冷媒を供給されて前記冷却部として機能し、前記冷媒熱媒供給部から熱媒を供給されて前記融解部として機能する、ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の有機溶剤回収システム。
- 前記凝縮回収装置における前記キャリアガスの入口側と出口側との静圧の差を測定する静圧差測定部を備え、 前記冷媒熱媒供給部は、前記静圧測定部が測定した静圧の差が所定値を超えると前記熱媒の供給を選択することを特徴とする請求項2に記載の有機溶剤回収システム。
- 前記凝縮回収装置から排出されるキャリアガスに含有される有機溶剤の蒸気圧を測定する蒸気圧測定部を備え、 前記蒸気圧測定部が測定した有機溶剤の蒸気圧が所定値以下となるように、前記冷却部の温度を調節する温度調節部を有することを特徴とする、請求項1から3のいずれか1項に記載の有機溶剤回収システム。
- 前記融解部による前記融解中にはキャリアガスを前記凝縮回収装置に供給しないことを特徴とする、請求項1から4のいずれかに1項に記載の有機溶剤回収システム。
- 前記吸脱着処理装置は、前記吸着後であり前記脱着前に前記吸脱着素子にパージ処理を実施し、 前記融解部は、前記パージ処理期間に前記融解を実施する、ことを特徴とする請求項1から5のいずれか1項に記載の有機溶剤回収システム。
