Description
The present invention relates to a belt conveyor arrangement structure, and particularly to a belt conveyor arrangement structure in a passing portion of a mobile carriage in a continuous belt conveyor construction method for mountain tunnel construction.
In mountain tunnel construction, the continuous belt conveyor method using a belt conveyor arranged from the face to the outside of the mine is increasingly being adopted in order to transport the slip generated by the face to the outside of the mine. The continuous belt conveyor method has the following advantages as compared with the conventional transport by a dump truck.
(1) The underground environment can be improved by suppressing the generation of exhaust gas and noise.
(2) The safety of underground work can be improved by reducing the number of vehicles traveling.
(3) It is possible to improve the work efficiency of slipping out.
(4) Workability can be improved by reducing interference with other underground work.
Since the belt conveyor is continuous from the face to the outside of the mine, the arrangement in the passing portion such as a slide center (moving form) or a seat carriage for laying a tarpaulin becomes a problem.
In the prior art, a belt conveyor is placed on a pedestal at a height of about 1.5 m to 2.0 m from the roadbed, and the support of the gate-shaped frame of the slide center and the formwork S. It is arranged in the space between the L parts (
The prior art has the following problems.
<1> When constructing a small-section tunnel such as a road tunnel on a three-digit national highway, it is necessary to reduce the size of the outer shell of the slide center according to the cross-sectional shape of the tunnel. On the other hand, since the gate-shaped frame allows construction vehicles to pass inside, it is necessary to secure a certain distance between the columns. For this reason, the space between the support column and the side portion of the formwork is narrowed in design, and it is not possible to secure the installation space for the belt conveyor. For this reason, it is not possible to use a belt conveyor for slipping out in a small cross-section tunnel.
<2> It is necessary to replace the frame of the belt conveyor according to the movement of the slide center, and the replacement work is very complicated.
<3> Since the belt conveyor is driven between the support of the slide center and the formwork, it hinders the work on the scaffolding such as placing and compacting concrete. In addition, since the belt conveyor is driven at high speed, there are concerns about work safety.
An object of the present invention is to provide a belt conveyor arrangement structure capable of solving the above-mentioned problems of the prior art.
The arrangement structure of the belt conveyor of the present invention is an arrangement structure of the belt conveyor in which the belt conveyor for carrying out the slip from the face side to the outside of the mine is arranged in the mine in the mountain tunnel construction, and is arranged on both sides in the width direction in the mine. It is characterized in that a belt conveyor is arranged on the roadbed directly below the first support of the moving carriage supported by the first support and the second support.
According to this configuration, the continuous belt conveyor method can be adopted even in a tunnel with a small cross section by effectively utilizing the space under the column.
In the arrangement structure of the belt conveyor of the present invention, a front view gate-shaped support frame extending in the extension direction of the tunnel is interposed between the first support column and the roadbed, and the belt conveyor is arranged inside the support frame. May be good.
According to this configuration, the moving carriage can be supported over the upper part of the belt conveyor with a simple configuration.
In the arrangement structure of the belt conveyor of the present invention, a rail material for moving the moving carriage may be arranged on the upper part of the support frame.
According to this configuration, the moving carriage can be smoothly moved via the rail material.
The arrangement structure of the belt conveyor of the present invention may be configured so that the support frame can be divided in the longitudinal direction.
According to this configuration, the support frame is lightweight and compact and easy to transport, so that work efficiency is improved.
The arrangement structure of the belt conveyor of the present invention may have a support portion straddling the upper part of the belt conveyor in the width direction at the lower part of the first support column, and may support the moving carriage via both side walls of the support portion.
According to this configuration, it is not necessary to handle the support frame, which facilitates the construction.
The arrangement structure of the belt conveyor of the present invention may have wheels for traveling under the lower portions of both side walls of the support portion.
According to this configuration, the moving carriage can be smoothly moved via the rail material.
From the above configuration, the arrangement structure of the belt conveyor of the present invention has at least one of the following effects.
<1> By effectively utilizing the space under the support of the moving carriage as a passage for the belt conveyor, the continuous belt conveyor method can be adopted even in a small cross-section tunnel. Therefore, it is possible to enjoy advantages such as improvement of the underground environment, improvement of safety, and improvement of work efficiency.
<2> Since the moving carriage moves on the belt conveyor arranged on the roadbed, it is not necessary to replace the belt conveyor, and the work efficiency is high.
<3> Since the space beside the support of the movable formwork can be used for work such as placing concrete, workability is high and work efficiency is good. In addition, since the upper part of the belt conveyor is covered with a support frame or the like, work safety is high.
Hereinafter, the arrangement structure of the belt conveyor of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the drawings.
[Belt conveyor layout structure]
<1> Overall configuration (Fig. 1).
The belt
The
In this example, the support frame 20 is interposed between the columns of the belt conveyor 10 and the roadbed, and the belt conveyor 10 is arranged inside the support frame 20.
<2> Belt conveyor.
The belt conveyor 10 is a device for transporting slips from the face to the outside of the mine.
The belt conveyor 10 is a continuous belt conveyor composed of a rubber belt, rollers, a frame, and the like. Other structures of the belt conveyor 10 are known and will not be described in detail here.
<3> Support frame (Fig. 2).
The support frame 20 is a frame member that supports the moving carriage 30 while protecting the upper part of the belt conveyor 10.
In this example, as the support frame 20, a front view gate type steel material extending in the extension direction of the tunnel is adopted.
Since the upper surface of the support frame 20 serves as a traveling path for the moving carriage 30, it is configured to be smooth.
The height and width of the support frame 20 correspond to the height and width of the belt conveyor 10. That is, the height and width of the support frame 20 are set so as to secure a space in which the belt conveyor 10 can be driven.
The length of the support frame 20 is arbitrary, but if it is too long, the weight becomes large and it becomes difficult to handle it in the mine. Therefore, it is desirable that the support frame 20 is of a split type having a length that is easy to convey.
<4> Mobile trolley.
The mobile trolley 30 is a mobile trolley mainly used for construction on the primary lining surface.
In this example, an example in which the mobile carriage 30 is a slide center will be described. However, the present invention is not limited to this, and for example, the moving carriage 30 may be a seat carriage for laying a waterproof sheet or the like.
In this example, the mobile carriage 30 includes a main body portion 31 in which a plurality of front view gate-shaped frames are connected in the longitudinal direction, and a substantially semi-cylindrical outer shell portion 32 that covers the upper portion of the main body portion 31. ..
The mobile carriage 30 is supported by the first support column 31a and the second support column 31b of the main body 31 arranged on both sides in the width direction in the mine. The first support column 31a and the second support column 31b may be on either the left or right side.
In this example, the moving carriage is supported by two front and rear first columns 31a and two front and rear second columns 31b. However, the number of columns is not limited to this, and a plurality of first columns 31a and a plurality of second columns 31b may be provided.
Wheels for movement are attached to the lower parts of the first support column 31a and the second support column 31b.
Other structures of the mobile carriage 30 are known as slide centers and the like, and are not described in detail here.
<5> Rail material (Fig. 2).
The rail material 40 is a guide member for moving the moving carriage 30.
The rail material 40 is arranged on the top plate of the support frame 20 along the longitudinal direction of the support frame 20.
In this example, as the rail material 40, a structure in which a rail having a substantially I-shaped cross section is welded to the inner flat surface of the hat-shaped steel sheet pile is adopted. However, the structure of the rail material 40 is not limited to this, and other known structures may be used.
The rail material 40 is not an indispensable constituent requirement of the belt
<6> Arrangement of belt conveyors (Fig. 1).
The belt
Specifically, the first support column 31a of the moving carriage 30 is shorter than the second support column 31b, the support frame 20 is inserted between the first support column 31a and the roadbed, and the belt conveyor 10 is placed on the roadbed in the support frame 20. Place.
In this configuration, the height H of the support frame 20 is substantially equal to the difference G in length between the first support column 31a and the second support column 31b.
Here, the first strut 31a may be designed to be shorter than the second strut 31b, or the telescopic first strut 31a may be configured to be shorter than the second strut 31b by a height H.
When the support frame 20 is a split type, the ends of the support frame 20 are connected. Further, a rail material 40 is arranged on the upper part of the support frame 20 along the support frame 20.
<7> How to move the moving trolley.
When the moving trolley 30 is moved, a new support frame 20 is added to the face side of the existing support frame 20, and the upper part of the belt conveyor 10 is covered over the moving span of the moving trolley 30.
A rail material 40 is arranged on the upper surface of the new support frame 20, and the existing rail material 40 and the end portion are connected to each other.
The moving carriage 30 is slid toward the face side by one span via the rail material 40 on the upper surface of the support frame 20 and the rail material 40 on the roadbed.
Since the belt
The support frame 20 left on the wellhead side of the mobile carriage 30 due to the movement of the mobile carriage 30 may be removed and used as a new support frame 20 for the next movement.
Since the support frame 20 can be temporarily placed on the roadbed while straddling the belt conveyor 10 until it needs to be removed, it has good storability in the mine and can effectively utilize the limited mine space.
[Example of the first strut having a gate-shaped support]
In this example, a gate-shaped support portion 33 is provided below the first support column 11a (FIG. 3).
The support portion 33 has a front-view gate-shaped structure that straddles the upper portion of the belt conveyor 10 in the cross-sectional direction of the tunnel.
In this example, the moving carriage 30 is supported via the walls on both sides of the support portion 33.
The belt conveyor 10 is arranged in the space between the side walls of the support portion 33.
Wheels for traveling are provided below the walls on both sides of the support portion 33.
Two rail members 40 are laid on the roadbeds on both sides of the belt conveyor 10 in parallel with the belt conveyor 10.
When the moving carriage 30 is moved, the moving carriage 30 is slid through the two rail members 40 below the first column 31a and the one rail member 40 below the second column 31b.
In the case of this example, in addition to the effect of the first embodiment, since the support frame 20 does not need to be handled, the construction efficiency is further improved.
[Example of the first strut having a cantilever type support]
In this example, a cantilever type support portion 33 is provided below the first support column 11a (FIG. 4).
The support portion 33 has a structure that supports the first support column 31a in a cantilever shape.
The support portion 33 is configured by extending the lower end portion of the first support column 31a eccentrically to one side in the tunnel cross-sectional direction. The support portion 33 may be eccentric to either the hole wall side or the tunnel center side.
A running wheel is provided below the support portion 33.
Similar to the second embodiment, this example also has the effect of further improving the construction efficiency because the support frame 20 does not need to be handled.
