Description
The present invention relates to a package.
Conventionally, SP packaging and PTP packaging are known as packaging for packaging an object to be contained such as a drug.
Further, Patent Document 2 includes a lid film and a base material having an accommodating portion formed so as to form an accommodating space and having an opening formed on one side to accommodate an object to be contained. Described is a PTP package in which a lid film closes the opening. According to such a PTP package, the contained object can be taken out by pressing the containing portion and causing the contained object to break through the lid material film.
However, the SP package as described in
On the other hand, in the PTP package as described in Patent Document 2, since the base material is molded in advance, such a problem is unlikely to occur. However, since the base material of the PTP package is made of a relatively hard material so as to maintain a sufficient storage space, it is difficult to deform the shape by folding or the like. Therefore, there is a problem that it is difficult to store the storage space depending on the shape and size of the storage space.
In view of the above problems, it is an object of the present invention to provide a packaging body that is relatively small and easy to store.
The package according to the present invention is
Equipped with a pair of film laminates
The laminated body has an adhesive portion in which the films are adhered to each other and an accommodating portion in which the contained object is contained inside without adhesion.
Each film forming the accommodating portion has a recess formed so as to form an accommodating space.
The waist strength of the laminated body at the adhesive portion is set to 1700 mN / 20 mm or less.
According to such a configuration, since both of the films are molded, a sufficient accommodation space is maintained for a small waist strength and wrinkles are less likely to occur as compared with the one in which only one is molded. The area of the accommodating portion can be set relatively small. Further, since the waist strength at the bonded portion of the laminated body is set to 1700 mN / 20 mm or less, the shape can be easily changed. Therefore, it is possible to provide a package that is relatively small and easy to store.
Further, the package according to the present invention passes through the boundary between the accommodating portion and the adhesive portion and intersects the outer surface of the accommodating portion in a virtual cross section orthogonal to the adhesive portion and passing through the center of the accommodating portion. When a virtual straight line that comes into contact with each other is drawn, the virtual straight line and the adhesive surface of the adhesive portion may form an angle of 25 to 45 °.
According to such a configuration, since the virtual straight line and the adhesive surface of the adhesive portion form an angle of 25 to 45 °, the area of the accommodating portion can be set smaller than that of the SP package.
As described above, according to the present invention, it is possible to provide a packaging body that is relatively small and easy to store.
Hereinafter, the package according to the embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to FIGS. 1 to 4.

(Example 1)
As a film material, two laminated film materials made of a polyethylene terephthalate resin film (thickness 16 μm) / polyethylene resin film (thickness 50 μm) were prepared (dimensions: 70 mm × 200 mm). The polyethylene terephthalate resin film was used as the outer layer, and the polyethylene resin film was used as the inner layer (similarly, the composition of the film material is described in the order of the film forming the outer layer to the film forming the inner layer). A laminate for evaluating waist strength was prepared by adhering to each other under heat sealing conditions of temperature: 150 ° C., sealing pressure: 0.22 MPa, and sealing time of 1.2 seconds.
Next, two sheets of the same film material were prepared, and each film material was thermoformed to form a film having a bowl-shaped recess having a diameter of 14 mm in a plan view and a maximum vertical height of 2 mm in a side view. Made. These were adhered so as to form an adhesive portion and an accommodating portion under the same heat-sealing conditions as described above, and a laminate for evaluation of moldability was produced.
(Example 2)
A laminate for evaluation of moldability was produced in the same manner as in Example 1 except that the diameter of the recess in the plan view was 12 mm.

A laminate for evaluation of moldability was produced in the same manner as in Example 5 except that the diameter of the recess in the plan view was 12 mm.
(Comparative Example 1)
A laminate for waist strength evaluation was produced in the same manner as in Example 1 except that a non-stretched polypropylene film (thickness 250 μm) was used as the film material.
Table 1 summarizes the results.
As shown in Table 1, it was found that by setting the waist strength at the bonded portion of the laminated body to 1700 mN / 20 mm or less, a package body whose shape can be easily changed can be produced. Further, by setting the waist strength to 474 mN / 20 mm or more, a sufficient storage space is maintained for the small waist strength, that is, the formability of the film is maintained, and the area of the storage portion is relatively small. Was able to be produced.
