Description
The present invention relates to an oil jet device that supplies oil to a piston.
In order to improve the output and performance of gasoline engines and diesel engines, various oil jet devices have been proposed in which oil is injected into the back side of a piston to cool and lubricate it. For example, in the piston cooling oil jet described in Patent Document 1 below, a seat surface is formed in a flow path through which pressurized oil flows into one end side, and a ball valve that can be seated on this seat surface is used. A tubular body that can accommodate a spring that urges the ball valve in the seating direction of the seat surface, and two protruding openings that can block the other end of this body and distribute a predetermined amount of oil are T-shaped. It is composed of a T-shaped nozzle guide formed in a shape and two nozzles press-fitted into each protruding opening.
However, in the oil jet for cooling the piston described in Patent Document 1, since the oil pressurized by the driving of the engine is supplied, the constant hydraulic pressure is maintained from the time when the engine is cooled to the time when the engine is warmed up (when the oil temperature is low). Oil is supplied by the above (high oil pressure), and the oil is injected toward the piston. That is, there is a problem that the piston is cooled even at a timing when the piston does not need to be cooled, resulting in a cooling loss. In addition, when an oil jet device with a solenoid valve is attached to the engine, it is possible to control so that the oil is supplied at the timing when the piston needs to be cooled. However, the solenoid valve type has a large housing. , There is a problem of installation such as securing an oil passage dedicated to the oil jet, and there is a problem that it is difficult to replace it with an existing engine.
Therefore, the present invention has been devised in view of these points, and provides an oil jet device capable of improving cooling loss and easily replacing an existing internal combustion engine. The purpose.
In order to solve the above problems, the first invention of the present invention is an oil jet device for injecting oil supplied from an oil pump driven by the operation of an internal combustion engine toward a piston. An oil passage through which oil pressurized by an oil pump flows is formed on one end side, and a bottomed tubular body portion is formed so that the other end side is closed, and a valve body provided inside the main body portion. A check valve that opens and closes the oil passage by contact with the valve seat, an elastic body that urges the valve body in the direction of contacting the valve seat, and a downstream portion of the main body portion of the valve seat. The first communication hole penetrating the side wall portion and the bottom surface portion of the main body portion are closed by the valve body being moved to the downstream side against the urging force of the elastic body and abutting against each other. The oil supplied from the oil passage to the inside of the main body has a second communication hole, and the oil is supplied through the first communication hole and the second communication hole according to the hydraulic pressure, or the second communication hole. This is an oil jet device capable of injecting oil toward the piston through only one communication hole.

An oil jet having a first nozzle tube portion capable of injecting oil and a second nozzle tube portion having one end connected to the second communication hole and the other end capable of injecting oil toward the piston. It is a device.
Next, a fifth invention of the present invention is the oil jet device according to the first invention, which is continuously formed on the other end side of the main body portion and of the main body portion through the second communication hole. It has a bottomed tubular oil storage portion that communicates with the inside and has an end opposite to the main body portion closed, and a third communication hole that penetrates the side wall portion of the oil storage portion. The oil supplied to the inside of the main body from the oil passage passes through the first communication hole, the second communication hole and the third communication hole, or the first communication hole according to the oil pressure. It is an oil jet device that can be injected toward the piston only through the oil jet device.
Next, according to the sixth aspect of the present invention, in the oil jet device according to the fifth aspect of the present invention, the oil flowing through the first communication hole, the second communication hole, and the third communication hole at the same flow rate. It is an oil jet device that is formed as follows.
Next, in the seventh invention of the present invention, in the oil jet device according to the fifth invention or the sixth invention, one end is connected to the first communication hole and the other end is directed toward the piston. An oil jet having a first nozzle pipe portion capable of injecting oil and a second connection pipe portion having one end connected to the third communication hole and the other end connected to the first nozzle pipe portion. It is a device.
Next, in the eighth invention of the present invention, in the oil jet device according to the fifth invention or the sixth invention, one end is connected to the first communication hole and the other end is directed toward the piston. An oil jet having a first nozzle tube portion capable of injecting oil and a third nozzle tube portion having one end connected to the third communication hole and the other end capable of injecting oil toward the piston. It is a device.
According to the first invention, when the oil pressure is low so as not to form a gap between the valve body provided inside the main body and the valve seat, the oil is supplied to the inside of the main body. No oil is injected towards the piston. When the oil pressure is an intermediate oil pressure that forms a gap between the valve body and the valve seat provided inside the main body, the oil is directed to the piston through the first communication hole and the second communication hole. It becomes possible to inject. Further, when the oil pressure is high so that the valve body closes the second communication hole against the urging force of the elastic body, the oil can be injected toward the piston only through the first communication hole. Become.
Therefore, when oil with a low oil temperature is supplied from the oil pump to the oil passage of the oil jet device with high hydraulic pressure while the internal combustion engine is warming up (when the oil temperature is low), the second communication is performed by the valve body. The holes are closed so that oil can be injected toward the piston only through the first communication hole. As a result, the amount of discharged oil injected toward the piston of oil having a low oil temperature can be reduced, cooling of the piston can be suppressed, and cooling loss can be improved.
Further, when the internal combustion engine is warmed up and then runs at a high speed, the oil whose oil temperature has risen is supplied from the oil pump to the oil passage of the oil jet device by an intermediate hydraulic pressure to communicate with the first communication hole and the second communication hole. It becomes possible to inject toward the piston through the hole. As a result, the amount of discharged oil injected toward the piston increases, and the piston can be effectively cooled. Further, the second communication hole may be formed on the other end side of the main body of the oil jet device, and the second communication hole may be closed by the valve body against the urging force of the elastic body at the time of high hydraulic pressure. As a result, the oil jet device can be configured in the same size as the conventional oil jet device, and can be easily replaced with an existing engine.
According to the second invention, since the first communication hole and the second communication hole are formed so that the same flow rate of oil flows from each other, the second communication hole is formed by the valve body during the warm-up of the internal combustion engine. When it is closed, it is possible to inject half the conventional amount of discharged oil toward the piston through only the first communication hole. Further, when the internal combustion engine is warmed up and then runs at a high speed, the same amount of discharged oil as the conventional one can be injected toward the piston through the first communication hole and the second communication hole.
This makes it possible to set the amount of discharged oil injected toward the piston of oil with a low oil temperature to half of the conventional amount during warm-up of the internal combustion engine, and reliably suppresses the cooling of the piston. Cooling loss can be improved. In addition, when the internal combustion engine is warmed up and then runs at a high speed, the amount of discharged oil injected toward the piston of the oil whose oil temperature has risen can be set to the same amount as the conventional one. The piston can be cooled effectively.
According to the third invention, one end is connected to the first communication hole, the other end is connected to the first nozzle pipe portion capable of injecting oil toward the piston, and one end is connected to the second communication hole. Since the other end of the first connecting pipe portion may be connected, it is possible to suppress an increase in the number of parts and reduce the manufacturing cost. Further, it is possible to inject oil into one place of the piston via the first nozzle pipe portion, and it is possible to easily replace the existing diesel engine.
According to a fourth invention, one end is connected to the first communication hole and the other end is connected to the second communication hole in addition to the first nozzle tube portion capable of injecting oil toward the piston. Therefore, since the second nozzle pipe portion having the other end capable of injecting oil toward the piston may be provided, it is possible to suppress an increase in the number of parts and reduce the manufacturing cost. Further, it is possible to inject oil into a plurality of pistons via the first nozzle pipe portion and the second nozzle pipe portion, and it is possible to easily replace the existing gasoline engine.
According to the fifth invention, a bottomed tubular oil storage portion is continuously formed on the other end side of the main body portion. The oil storage portion communicates with the inside of the main body portion through the second communication hole, and a third communication hole penetrating the side wall portion of the oil storage portion is formed. When the oil pressure is an intermediate oil pressure that forms a gap between the valve body and the valve seat provided inside the main body, the oil is the first communication hole, the second communication hole, and the third communication hole. It becomes possible to inject toward the piston through the communication hole.
Further, when the internal combustion engine is warmed up and then runs at a high speed, the oil whose oil temperature has risen is supplied from the oil pump to the oil passage of the oil jet device by an intermediate hydraulic pressure, and the first communication hole and the second communication hole It is possible to inject toward the piston through the communication hole and the third communication hole. As a result, the amount of discharged oil injected toward the piston increases, and the piston can be effectively cooled. By forming the third communication hole in the side wall portion of the oil storage portion, oil can be supplied from the side wall portion of the oil storage portion, and the height in the axial direction of the oil jet device can be lowered. Can be more easily replaced with an internal combustion engine.
According to the sixth invention, since the first communication hole, the second communication hole, and the third communication hole are formed so that the same flow rate of oil flows from each other, the valve body causes the internal combustion engine to warm up. When the second communication hole is closed, it is possible to inject half the conventional discharge oil amount toward the piston through only the first communication hole. Further, when the internal combustion engine is warmed up and then runs at a high speed, the same amount of discharged oil as before can be injected toward the piston through the first communication hole, the second communication hole and the third communication hole. It becomes.
This makes it possible to set the amount of discharged oil injected toward the piston of oil with a low oil temperature to half of the conventional amount during warm-up of the internal combustion engine, and reliably suppresses the cooling of the piston. In addition, when the internal combustion engine is warmed up and then runs at a high speed, the amount of discharged oil injected toward the piston of the oil whose oil temperature has risen can be set to the same amount as the conventional one. The piston can be cooled effectively.
According to the seventh invention, one end is connected to the first communication hole, the other end is connected to the first nozzle pipe portion capable of injecting oil toward the piston, and one end is connected to the third communication hole. Since the other end of the second connecting pipe portion may be connected, it is possible to suppress an increase in the number of parts and reduce the manufacturing cost. Further, it is possible to inject oil into one place of the piston via the first nozzle pipe portion, and it is possible to easily replace the existing diesel engine.
According to the eighth invention, one end is connected to the first communication hole, the other end is connected to the third communication hole in addition to the first nozzle tube portion capable of injecting oil toward the piston.

Therefore, as shown in FIG. 9, when highly hydraulic oil (for example, 350 kPa or more) is supplied to the

Next, the operation of the

As a result, as shown in FIG. 11, the oil temperature injected from the
Next, the operation of the

The configuration of the
Further, in the side wall portion of the

Next, the operation of the

Therefore, when highly hydraulic oil (for example, 350 kPa or more) is supplied to the
As a result, when the
Next, the operation of the
As a result, since the
