Description
Claims (12)
- 気相媒体流から固体状の不純物を分離する分離装置であって、
螺旋状に形成された案内装置(42)を有するスパイラルセパレータ(10)と、円筒形状の内壁を有するハウジング(30)内に配置された中空円筒形状のフィルタエレメント(14)と、を備え、
媒体流は前記案内装置(42)に供給可能であり、そうすることによって前記媒体流からそれぞれの不純物を少なくとも一部分離させ、
前記案内装置(42)は複数のスパイラルアーム(44)を有しており、該スパイラルアーム(44)は、対状をなして隣接して配置され、前記媒体流を、半径方向外方に案内し、前記ハウジング(30)の内壁に向かって螺旋状に動くように、互いに対向して半径方向に延びる流動室(46)を規制し、
前記分離装置は、前記媒体流が、螺旋経路(40)によって加速され、前記ハウジング(30)の内壁に沿って媒体出口(24)の方向に更に運ばれ、前記固体状の不純物が前記ハウジング(30)の内壁における摩擦によって制動され、続いて前記ハウジング(30)から排出され、残っている残留空気がフィルタエレメント(14)によって浄化されるように、設けられ、
前記フィルタエレメント(14)は、半径方向で、前記ハウジング(30)に対して所定の間隔を開けるように設けられている、分離装置において、
個々のスパイラルアーム(44)は、前記スパイラルセパレータ(10)が前記フィルタエレメント(14)の方を向く側で備える深鍋状受容部(34)の端面側表面に着設され、該深鍋状受容部(34)の中へ前記フィルタエレメント(14)が挿入され、前記スパイラルセパレータ(10)は、半径方向で、前記ハウジング(30)に対して所定の間隔を開けて配置されている、ことを特徴とする分離装置。 - 前記媒体流は、前記分離装置のハウジング(30)の媒体入口(38)を通して軸方向に、個々のスパイラルアーム(44)が集合する前記案内装置(42)の中央領域(48)に供給されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の分離装置。
- 前記案内装置(42)のために使用されている少なくとも一部のスパイラルアーム(44)は、対状をなして互いに隣り合って流動室(46)を相互に規制しており、該流動室(46)の経路は前記案内装置(42)の中央領域(48)を起点として外方に拡散し、収束し、又は互いに平行に延びるスパイラルアーム(44)によって一定であることを特徴とする、請求項1又は2に記載の分離装置。
- 個々のスパイラルアーム(44)は内方に向かって中央領域(48)で集合し、媒体入口(38)を通して軸方向に供給された未処理空気及び/又は周囲空気は、中央領域(48)を形成している円筒板に衝突した後、一様に配分されて更に前記流動室(46)内に送られて半径方向外方に移動することを特徴とする、請求項1〜3の何れか一項に記載の分離装置。
- 前記案内装置(42)の前記スパイラルアーム(44)を用いた媒体流の螺旋経路(40)によって、固形物はハウジング(30)の内部で分離されることを特徴とする、請求項1〜4の何れか一項に記載の分離装置。
- 前記案内装置(42)のそれぞれのスパイラルアーム(44)は、少なくともそれらの共通結合領域(48)の外部でフィボナッチ螺旋の曲線経路に追従することを特徴とする、請求項1〜5の何れか一項に記載の分離装置。
- 前記案内装置(42)のすべてのスパイラルアーム(44)は同じに形成されており、同じ長さ及びまた同じ高さで形成されていることを特徴とする、請求項1〜6の何れか一項に記載の分離装置。
- 前記案内装置(42)はプレセパレータ(10)の方式で構成されており、少なくとも前記媒体流の方向に見てプレセパレータ(10)の後段にエアフィルタシステム(12)が続いていることを特徴とする、請求項1〜7の何れか一項に記載の分離装置。
- 前記媒体流の方向に見て濾過精度の高いメインフィルタエレメント(14)の後段に濾過精度の低い安全フィルタエレメント(16)が接続されていることを特徴とする、請求項1〜8の何れか一項に記載の分離装置。
- 前記媒体流はエアフィルタシステム(12)の後で万一ある固形物が除去された後で、ハウジング(30)内で媒体入口(38)と同軸に配置されている媒体出口(24)を通ってハウジング(30)から出ることを特徴とする、請求項1〜9の何れか一項に記載の分離装置。
- ハウジング(30)は、それぞれ分離された固形物が流出するための少なくとも1つの別の開口部(26)を有していることを特徴とする、請求項1〜10の何れか一項に記載の分離装置。
- ハウジング(30)は複数部分から構成されており、一方ではエアフィルタシステム(12)のために、及び他方では前記案内装置(42)のために互いから再び取り外すことができるハウジング部分(18、28)を有していることを特徴とする、請求項1〜11の何れか一項に記載の分離装置。
