図1から図5を参照して、実施形態について説明する。本実施形態は、電線保護装置に関する。図1は、実施形態に係る電線保護装置を示す図、図2は、実施形態に係る遮断判定の説明図、図3は、実施形態に係る電線保護装置の動作を示すタイムチャート、図4は、実施形態に係る電線保護装置の動作を示す他のタイムチャート、図5は、比較例の動作を示すタイムチャートである。

実施形態の変形例について説明する。初期値Tiniは、収束温度Tvと同じ値には限定されない。初期値Tiniは、収束温度Tvに対して所定の割合のマージンや所定の幅のマージンが設けられた値とされてもよい。例えば、初期値Tiniは、収束温度Tvに対してM[%]高温側の値やM[%]低温側の値であってもよい。上記M[%]は、例えば、20%、10%、5%等の値であってもよい。

Claims (4)
- 電源側の電圧を調圧して負荷に供給する電圧調節部と、
前記電圧調節部を流れる電流値から前記電源と前記負荷とを接続する電線の温度情報を計算する温度計算部を有し、前記温度情報に基づいて前記電圧調節部を前記電源と前記負荷とを遮断する遮断状態にさせる制御部と、
を備え、
前記温度情報は、前記電流値に基づく温度変化量および予め定められた前記温度情報の初期値から計算され、
前記制御部は、前記温度情報が前記初期値よりも低温側の値である条件を含むスリープ条件が成立するとスリープ状態へ移行し、
前記制御部が前記スリープ状態から復帰するときの前記初期値は、前記電線に対して定常電流の最大値で通電が行われる場合の前記電線の温度の収束値に基づく値である
ことを特徴とする電線保護装置。 - 前記制御部は、前記温度情報が予め定められた閾値よりも高温側の値となる場合に前記電圧調節部を前記遮断状態にさせ、
前記制御部が前記スリープ状態から復帰するときの前記初期値は、前記閾値よりも低温側の値である
請求項1に記載の電線保護装置。 - 前記収束値の算出における環境温度は、前記電線が配索される箇所の環境に応じた温度である
請求項1または2に記載の電線保護装置。 - 前記閾値と前記初期値との間に設けるマージンは、突入電流による前記温度情報の上昇量に応じて定められている
請求項2に記載の電線保護装置。
