Claims (3)
- 液化ガスを貯留するタンクと、
前記液化ガスが気化した蒸発ガスを放出する放出管と、
前記タンクから前記放出管に前記蒸発ガスを導く放出ラインと、
前記放出ラインに設けられた開閉弁と、
前記開閉弁を開閉するためのオペレータの操作を受け付ける操作部と、
風速及び風向を計測する風速風向計と、
前記風速風向計が計測する風速及び風向に基づいて、前記放出管からのガスの放出を許可するか否かを判定するとともに、前記放出管からのガスの放出を許可すると判定した場合には、前記操作部に対する操作に応じて前記開閉弁を開閉し、前記放出管からのガスの放出を許可しないと判定した場合には、前記操作部が操作されても前記開閉弁が閉じた状態を維持する制御装置と、を備える、ガス放出システム。 - 前記制御装置は、前記風速風向計が計測する風速及び風向と、当該風速及び風向の条件下での前記放出管からのガスの放出を許可するか否かの対応関係を示す対応情報を記憶し、前記対応情報を参照して、前記放出管からのガスの放出を許可するか否かを判定する、請求項1に記載のガス放出システム。
- 前記放出ラインは、第1放出ラインであり、前記開閉弁は、第1開閉弁であり、
前記タンクから、前記第1放出ラインにおける前記第1開閉弁と前記放出管の間に前記蒸発ガスを導く第2放出ラインと、
前記第2放出ラインに設けられた第2開閉弁と、
前記タンク内の圧力を計測する圧力計と、を更に備え、
前記制御装置は、前記圧力計により計測された圧力が設定圧を超えた場合、前記第2開閉弁を開く、請求項1又は2に記載のガス放出システム。
