Description
実施形態の説明で参照する図面は、模式的に記載されたものであり、図面に描画された構成要素の寸法比率などは、現物と異なる場合がある。具体的な寸法比率等は、以下の説明を参酌して判断されるべきである。本明細書において「略**」との記載は、略垂直を例に説明すると、完全に垂直はもとより実質的に垂直と認められる場合を含む意図である。
電池モジュール50は、単電池60の外装体61を構成するラミネートフィルム62a,62bが互いに反対側に膨出して収容部63が形成されている点で、ラミネートフィルム22aのみを絞り加工して収容部23が形成された電池モジュール10と異なる。収容部63は、ラミネートフィルム62a,62bを絞り加工して形成され、ラミネートフィルム62aだけでなく、ラミネートフィルム62bにも、即ち外装体61の上下に、側面部64、主面部65、及び曲面部66が形成される。側面部64及び主面部65は互いに略垂直であり、それらの間に外側に向かって湾曲した曲面部66が形成されている。
Claims (5)
- 2枚のラミネートフィルムによって構成された外装体であって、発電要素を収容した収容部、及び前記収容部の周囲に形成された封止部を含む外装体を有する単電池と、
前記封止部上に配置された枠状の基部、及び前記基部から前記収容部上に張り出し、前記収容部の互いに略垂直な側面部と主面部との間に形成された曲面部から離れた位置で前記主面部を押える張り出し部を有するホルダーと、
を備え、
前記ホルダーの前記張り出し部は、前記収容部の前記曲面部に隣接する前記主面部の縁部のうち、少なくとも前記主面部の対向する2辺に沿った縁部に当接し、隣接配置された2つの前記単電池の間に隙間を形成し、
前記単電池が前記ホルダーを介して複数積み重ねられた、電池モジュール。 - 前記ホルダーの前記張り出し部は、前記主面部の周縁部に当接して枠状に形成されている、請求項1に記載の電池モジュール。
- 2枚のラミネートフィルムによって構成された外装体であって、発電要素を収容した収容部、及び前記収容部の周囲に形成された封止部を含む外装体を有する単電池と、
前記封止部上に配置された枠状の基部、及び前記基部から前記収容部上に張り出し、前記収容部の互いに略垂直な側面部と主面部との間に形成された曲面部から離れた位置で前記主面部を押える張り出し部を有するホルダーと、
を備え、
前記ホルダーは、前記張り出し部と前記収容部の前記主面部との間に配置され、前記主面部の略全域を覆い、前記曲面部から離れた位置で前記主面部を押える金属板を有し、
前記張り出し部は、前記金属板を介して前記主面部を押え、
前記単電池が前記ホルダーを介して複数積み重ねられた、電池モジュール。 - 前記単電池の前記収容部は、前記各ラミネートフィルムが互いに反対側に膨出して形成されており、
前記ホルダーの前記張り出し部は、隣接配置される2つの前記単電池の前記各主面部を押えている、請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の電池モジュール。 - 前記ホルダーの前記張り出し部は、前記主面部の全域を覆う金属板により構成され、
前記金属板は前記単電池間に介在され、前記曲面部から離れた位置で前記主面部を押える突部を有する、請求項1に記載の電池モジュール。
