−放射線入力面を有する、長さ(L)の少なくとも一部にわたる1つ以上の側面であって、細長形ルミネッセンス本体が、高さ(H)又は直径(D)の少なくとも一部を埋める(bridge)放射線出射窓を更に含む、1つ以上の側面と、
−三価セリウムを含むガーネットタイプA3B5O12のルミネッセンス材料であって、最小濃度ymin=0.036*x−1及び最大濃度ymax=0.17*x−1によって定義されている濃度範囲から選択される、高さ依存性の濃度を有し、yが、A元素に対するモル%単位の三価セリウム濃度であり、xが、mm単位の高さ(H)又は直径(D)であり、ガーネットタイプA3B5O12のルミネッセンス材料が、光源光(11)の少なくとも一部を変換器光に変換するように構成されている、ガーネットタイプA3B5O12のルミネッセンス材料とを含む、細長形ルミネッセンス本体と、
−1つ以上の側面と熱接触している、1つ以上の熱伝達要素と、
−細長形ルミネッセンス本体から抜け出る光源光を反射して、細長形ルミネッセンス本体内に戻すように構成されている、反射器であって、細長形ルミネッセンス本体が、光源と反射器との間に構成されている、反射器とを備える、照明システム(「システム」)を提供する。
Claims (15)
- 照明システムであって、
360〜490nmの範囲から選択される波長において光源光を供給するように構成されている、複数の光源と、
長さ、及び高さ若しくは直径を有する細長形ルミネッセンス本体であって、前記細長形ルミネッセンス本体が導光特性を有し、前記細長形ルミネッセンス本体が、
放射線入力面を有する、前記長さの少なくとも一部にわたる少なくとも3つの側面と、
最小濃度ymin=0.036*x−1及び最大濃度ymax=0.17*x−1によって定義されている濃度範囲から選択される高さ依存性の濃度で三価セリウムを含むガーネットタイプA3B5O12のルミネッセンス材料であって、yが、前記A元素に対するモル%単位の前記三価セリウムの濃度であり、xが、mm単位の前記高さ又は前記直径であり、前記ガーネットタイプA3B5O12のルミネッセンス材料が、前記光源光の少なくとも一部を変換器光に変換するように構成されている、ガーネットタイプA3B5O12のルミネッセンス材料と、を含み、前記細長形ルミネッセンス本体が、前記高さ又は前記直径の少なくとも一部を埋める放射線出射窓を更に含む、細長形ルミネッセンス本体と、
1つ以上の側面と熱接触している、1つ以上の熱伝達要素と、
前記細長形ルミネッセンス本体から抜け出る光源光を反射して、前記細長形ルミネッセンス本体内に戻すように構成されている、反射器であって、前記細長形ルミネッセンス本体が、前記光源と前記反射器との間に構成されている、反射器と、を備える、照明システム。 - 前記最小濃度ymin=0.04*x−1である、請求項1に記載の照明システム。
- Aが、イットリウム、ガドリニウム、及びルテチウムのうちの1種以上を含み、Bが、アルミニウム及びガリウムのうちの1種以上を含む、請求項1又は2のいずれか一項に記載の照明システム。
- A=Luであり、B=Alであるか、あるいは、AがY及びLuを含み、B=Alである、請求項1乃至3のいずれか一項に記載の照明システム。
- 細長形ルミネッセンス本体が、セラミック本体又は単結晶を含み、関心波長に関する平均自由行程が、前記細長形ルミネッセンス本体の前記長さの少なくとも0.5倍であり、前記関心波長が、前記ルミネッセンス材料の前記変換器光の最大放出波長である、請求項1乃至4のいずれか一項に記載の照明システム。
- 前記1つ以上の熱伝達要素が、対応の前記1つ以上の側面から最小距離d1の所に、前記細長形ルミネッセンス本体の前記長さの少なくとも一部にわたって、前記側面のうちの1つ以上の少なくとも一部に平行に構成されており、1μm≦d1≦100μmである、請求項1乃至5のいずれか一項に記載の照明システム。
- 2μm≦d1≦50μmであり、前記1つ以上の熱伝達要素が、ヒートシンクを含むか、又はヒートシンクに機能的に結合されている、請求項6に記載の照明システム。
- 前記1つ以上の熱伝達要素が、1つ以上の側面に向けられている1つ以上の熱伝達要素面を含み、対応の前記1つ以上の熱伝達要素の、前記1つ以上の熱伝達要素面の少なくとも一部が、前記細長形ルミネッセンス本体と物理的に接触しており、請求項6又は7のいずれか一項に記載の最小距離d1が、平均距離である、請求項1乃至7のいずれか一項に記載の照明システム。
- 前記側面が、前記放射線入力面を有する第1の側面と、前記第1の側面に平行に構成されている第2の側面とを含み、前記側面が、前記高さを規定し、前記細長形ルミネッセンス本体が、前記第1の側面と前記第2の側面との間の前記高さの少なくとも一部を埋める前記放射線出射窓を更に含み、前記反射器が、前記第2の側面の所に構成されており、第2の側面を介して前記細長形ルミネッセンス本体から抜け出る光源光を反射して、前記細長形ルミネッセンス本体内に戻すように構成されている、請求項1乃至8のいずれか一項に記載の照明システム。
- 前記1つ以上の熱伝達要素が、前記第1の側面以外の全ての側面と少なくとも熱接触しており、前記1つ以上の熱伝達要素が、前記光源用の支持体と熱接触して構成されている、モノリシック熱伝達要素として構成され、前記第2の側面に向けられている、前記1つ以上の熱伝達要素の熱伝達要素面が、前記反射器を含む、請求項9に記載の照明システム。
- 前記反射器が、鏡面反射ミラー又は拡散反射器を含む、請求項1乃至10のいずれか一項に記載の照明システム。
- 複数の光源を備え、前記光源が、前記1つ以上の側面のうちの1つ以上に対して垂直に構成されている光軸を有する、請求項1乃至11のいずれか一項に記載の照明システム。
- 前記複数の光源が、前記1つ以上の側面のうちの1つのみに前記光源光を供給するように構成されている、請求項12に記載の照明システム。
- 前記ルミネッセンス材料が、励起極大λxmを有し、前記光源が、強度最大λpxを有する前記光源光を供給するように構成されており、λxm−5nm≦λpx≦λxm+5nmである、請求項1乃至13のいずれか一項に記載の照明システム。
- 請求項1乃至14のいずれか一項に記載のシステムを備える、投影システム又は照明器具。
