図13乃至15は、ロボットサービス装置50の更なる実施の形態を示している。本願発明の前述された実施の形態を参照して記載されたのと同様の構成部品は、同じ参照符号が付されている。
以下に、出願当初の特許請求の範囲に記載の事項を、そのまま、付記しておく。
[1] 格子を形成している互いに実質的に直交している2セットのレールと、この格子上にあるロボット積物品の取扱い装置とを備えたロボット取り出しシステムで動作するためのサービス装置であって、
このサービス装置は、2セットのホイールに装着された本体を有し、第1のセットのホイールは、第1のセットのレールのうちの少なくとも2つのレールと係合するように配設され、第2のセットのホイールは、第2のセットのレールのうちの少なくとも2つのレールと係合するように配設され、前記第1のセットのホイールは、1セットのホイールのみが、事前に格子と係合して、レールと係合されている前記セットのホイールのみが駆動されることにより、格子の如何なる地点へのレールに沿ったサービス装置の移動を可能にするように、前記第2のセットのホイールとは独立して駆動且つ移動可能で有り、又、
サービス装置には、解除可能なラッチ装置が設けられ、このラッチ装置は、サービス装置を格子上にある積物品の取扱い装置に解除可能にドッキングさせるように動作され得、又、
このラッチ装置は、更に、サービス装置が、積物品の取扱い装置の制御を果たし、取り出しシステムの制御のもとで、格子上の所定の場所に積物品の取扱い装置が移動するように、格子から積物品の取扱い装置を分離するように動作可能である、サービス装置。
[2] 前記ラッチ装置は、積物品の取扱い装置をレールから確実に持ち上げて、この積物品の取扱い装置を前記格子上の所定の位置へと移動させるための手段を有している[1]に記載のサービス装置。
[3] 前記ラッチ装置は、サービス装置を積物品の取扱い装置に解除可能にドッキングさせる手段を有し、又、サービス装置は、更に、サービス装置が、前記格子上の所定の位置へと、積物品の取扱い装置を押す又は引張ることが可能なように、取り出しシステムのレールから両セットのホイールを解除するための手段を有している、[1]に記載のサービス装置。
[4] このサービス装置は、更に、牽引測定システムを有し、この牽引測定システムは、前記格子に係合されている1つのセットのホイールを、他方のセットのホイールの格子との係合を停止させながら、駆動させるための駆動手段を有し、駆動手段は、適切な電気制御手段により制御される、[1]乃至[3]のいずれか1に記載のサービス装置。
[5] 前記電気制御手段は、前記格子上のホイールの牽引が測定され得るように、全てのセットのホイールの回転をモニターするための手段を有し、前記測定は、要求されている格子のクリーニングを果たすために、所定の牽引データと比較される、[4]に記載のサービス装置。
[6] この装置は、更に、クリーニング装置を有している[1]乃至[5]のいずれか1に記載のサービス装置。
[7] 前記クリーニング装置は、前記格子上のこぼれ物を処理するように設定された、真空クリーナ、及び/又は、幾つかのブラシ、及び/又は、スプレー装置を有している[6]に記載のサービス装置。
[8] 更に、使用者がロボット積物品の取扱い装置又は格子を遠隔で観察可能な視覚システムを提供するカメラ手段を具備している[1]乃至[7]のいずれか1に記載のサービス装置。
[9] この装置は、更に、前記サービス装置が、格子に対して手動の処置が必要になった場合に、その場で使用され得るように使用者に適した座部手段を具備している[1]乃至[8]のいずれか1に記載のサービス装置。
[10] 格子を形成している互いに実質的に直交している2セットのレールと、この格子上にあるロボット積物品の取扱い装置とを備えたロボット取り出しシステムで動作するためのサービス装置であって、
このサービス装置は、2セットのホイールに装着された本体を有し、第1のセットのホイールは、第1のセットのレールのうちの少なくとも2つのレールと係合するように配設され、第2のセットのホイールは、第2のセットのレールのうちの少なくとも2つのレールと係合するように配設され、前記第1のセットのホイールは、1セットのホイールのみが、一度格子と係合して、レールと係合されている前記セットのホイールのみが駆動されることにより、格子の如何なる地点へとレールに沿ったサービス装置の移動を可能にするように、前記第2のセットのホイールとは独立して駆動且つ移動可能で有り、又、
サービス装置には、前記格子上に存在する汚染を除去するための手段を有するクリーニング機構が設けられている、サービス装置。
[11] 前記クリーニング機構は、前記格子上のこぼれ物を処理するように設定された、真空クリーナ、及び/又は、幾つかのブラシ、及び/又は、スプレー装置を有している[10]に記載のサービス装置。
[12] このサービス装置は、更に、使用者がロボット積物品の取扱い装置又は格子を遠隔で観察可能な視覚システムを提供するカメラ手段を具備している[11]に記載のサービス装置。
[13] このサービス装置には、更に、解除可能なラッチ装置が設けられ、このラッチ装置は、サービス装置を格子上にある積物品の取扱い装置に解除可能にドッキングさせるように動作され得、又、
このラッチ装置は、更に、サービス装置が、積物品の取扱い装置の制御を果たし、取り出しシステムの制御のもとで、格子上の所定の場所に積物品の取扱い装置が移動するように、格子から積物品の取扱い装置を分離するように動作可能である、[11]乃至[12]のいずれか1に記載のサービス装置。
[14] 前記ラッチ装置は、積物品の取扱い装置をレールから確実に持ち上げて、この積物品の取扱い装置を前記格子上の所定の位置へと移動させるための手段を有している[13]に記載のサービス装置。
[15] 前記ラッチ装置は、サービス装置を積物品の取扱い装置に解除可能にドッキングさせる手段を有し、又、サービス装置は、更に、サービス装置が、前記格子上の所定の位置へと、積物品の取扱い装置を押す又は引張ることが可能なように、取り出しシステムのレールから両セットのホイールを解除するための手段を有している、[13]に記載のサービス装置。
[16] このサービス装置は、更に、牽引測定システムを有し、この牽引測定システムは、前記格子に係合されている1つのセットのホイールを、他方のセットのホイールの格子との係合を停止させながら、駆動させるための駆動手段を有し、駆動手段は、適切な電気制御手段により制御される、[10]乃至[15]のいずれか1に記載のサービス装置。
[17] 前記電気制御手段は、前記格子上のホイールの牽引が測定され得るように、全てのセットのホイールの回転をモニターするための手段を有し、前記測定は、要求されている格子のクリーニングを果たすために、所定の牽引データと比較される、[16]に記載のサービス装置。
[18] このサービス装置は、更に、メンテナンス又は観察機能を果たすように格子上を使用者が移動するのを可能にする座部手段を具備している[1]乃至[17]のいずれか1に記載のサービス装置。
Claims (4)
- ロボット取り出しシステムで動作するためのサービス装置であって、前記ロボット取り出しシステムは、格子を形成している互いに実質的に直交している2セットのレールを備え、更に、この格子上で動作可能な、独立して動力を与えられる少なくとも一つのロボット積物品の取扱い装置を備え、前記ロボット積物品の取扱い装置は前記ロボット取り出しシステムによって遠隔操作され、
前記サービス装置は、2セットのホイールに装着された本体を有し、第1のセットのホイールは、第1のセットのレールのうちの少なくとも2つのレールと係合するように配設され、第2のセットのホイールは、第2のセットのレールのうちの少なくとも2つのレールと係合するように配設され、前記第1のセットのホイールは、1セットのホイールのみが、一度格子と係合して、レールと係合されている前記セットのホイールのみが駆動されることにより、格子の如何なる地点へもレールに沿ったサービス装置の移動を可能にするように、前記第2のセットのホイールとは独立して駆動且つ移動可能で有り、前記サービス装置は、独立して動力を与えられ、さらに前記格子上に存在する汚染を除去するための手段を有するクリーニング機構が設けられ、
