Claims (4)
- 所定の検査後に搬送される物品を複数の振分け方向のうちいずれかの方向に搬出するように振分け動作する振分け機構と、
前記検査の結果に対応する振分制御信号を受けて前記振分け機構の作動を制御する制御部と、を備えた物品振分装置であって、
前記振分け機構が、前記搬送中の物品に当接して該物品の搬送方向を特定の振分け方向に変化させる第1の振分け姿勢と、前記物品に当接することなく該物品の搬送方向への通過を許容する第2の振分け姿勢とに姿勢変化する振分け部材と、該振分け部材を操作して姿勢変化させるアクチュエータと、を含んで構成されるとともに、
前記振分け機構の前記アクチュエータから前記振分け部材までの可動部の振動を前記振分け部材の姿勢変化の度に検出するために、前記可動部から該可動部を支持する部材に伝わる振動加速度を検出する加速度センサを含み、前記振分け部材の作動を制御する振分制御信号に対応して設定される第1の検出期間中に前記振動加速度を検出する振動検出部が設けられており、
前記制御部は、前記振動検出部の検出情報を基に前記第1の検出期間中における振動加速度レベルを算出し、該算出値を予め設定した第1の劣化判定用閾値と比較して、前記可動部の劣化状態を判定することを特徴とする物品振分装置。 - 前記振動検出部は、前記振動加速度を、前記第1の検出期間と該第1の検出期間外の第2の検出期間とのうち少なくとも一方の検出期間について繰り返し検出し、
前記制御部は、前記振動検出部からの検出情報に基づいて、前記振動および衝撃の強さおよび繰り返し回数に応じて前記可動部の劣化の度合いを推定算出し、
前記劣化の度合いの推定算出値と予め設定された第2の劣化判定用閾値と比較して、前記可動部の劣化の有無を判定する請求項1に記載の物品振分装置。 - 前記制御部は、前記振動加速度レベルを前記第1の劣化判定用閾値と比較して前記可動部の劣化の有無を判定する第1診断モードと、前記第1診断モードで前記可動部の劣化があると判定されたときに、前記第1の検出期間における前記振動検出部からの検出情報および前記第1の検出期間外の第2の検出期間における前記振動検出部からの検出情報に基づいて、前記振動および衝撃の強さおよび繰り返し回数に応じた前記可動部の劣化の度合いを推定する第2診断モードと、を実行し、少なくとも前記可動部の劣化の度合いに応じた表示データを出力することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の物品振分装置。
- 前記可動部の劣化の度合いに応じた表示データは、前記劣化が検出されないときと、前記劣化が検出された場合であって前記可動部の劣化の度合いが相対的に低いときと、前記劣化が検出された場合であって前記可動部の劣化の度合いが相対的に高いときとで、異なる色に表示されることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の物品振分装置。
