Claims (4)
- 貫通孔が設けられた絶縁基板と、
前記絶縁基板の一方面の前記貫通孔周りに形成された第1コイル導体パターンと、前記絶縁基板の他方面の前記貫通孔周りに形成されるとともに前記絶縁基板の厚さ方向から見て前記第1コイル導体パターンの巻回方向とは反対の巻回方向に巻かれた第2コイル導体パターンと、前記絶縁基板に貫設されて前記第1コイル導体パターンおよび前記第2コイル導体パターンの前記貫通孔側の端部同士を接続するスルーホール導体とを有するコイルと、
前記第1コイル導体パターンおよび前記第2コイル導体パターンそれぞれのターン間、最内周ターンの内側およびに最外周ターンの外側に配置された樹脂壁と、
前記絶縁基板の一方面および他方面に、前記第1コイル導体パターン、前記第2コイル導体パターンおよび前記樹脂壁を覆うように設けられ、かつ、前記絶縁基板の前記貫通孔、前記第1コイル導体パターンおよび前記第1コイル導体パターンの内側を充たす磁性素体と
を備え、
前記第1コイル導体パターンの最内周ターンと前記第2コイル導体パターンの最内周ターンとが前記絶縁基板の厚さ方向において互いに重ならない非重畳領域が存在し、該非重畳領域における前記第1コイル導体パターンの最内周ターンの幅と該最内周ターンの内側に位置する前記樹脂壁の幅とを合わせた総幅が、前記第1コイル導体パターンの最内周ターンよりも外側のターンの幅と該ターンの内側に位置する前記樹脂壁の幅とを合わせた総幅よりも狭く、かつ、前記スルーホール導体の幅が前記第1コイル導体パターンの最内周ターンの幅以下である、コイル部品。 - 前記第1コイル導体パターンにおいて、前記最内周ターンの高さは該最内周ターンよりも外側のターンの高さと等しい、請求項1に記載のコイル部品。
- 前記第1コイル導体パターンにおいて、前記最内周ターンの内側に位置する前記樹脂壁の幅が前記ターン間に位置する前記樹脂壁の幅より広い、請求項1または2に記載のコイル部品。
- 前記絶縁基板の貫通孔が前記非重畳領域まで拡大している、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載のコイル部品。
