Description

The present invention relates to a temporary stage constructed to form a floor surface for various events and other purposes.

When holding various events outdoors or indoors such as in a park or stadium, a stage or other stage that forms the floor is constructed.

Such a stage is preferably a temporary stage that can be constructed and disassembled. For this reason, conventionally, a temporary stage in which floor panels are laid vertically and horizontally on a support structure constructed so as to be dismantled has been proposed.

The support structure is constructed by erection of columns separated in the vertical and horizontal directions and detachably connecting columns adjacent to each other in the vertical and horizontal directions by a beam device. The floor panel has a bottom portion extending in the longitudinal direction of a side wall formed in a rectangular shape in a plan view along the axial direction of the beam device.

Patent Document 1 below discloses a beam device in a temporary stage proposed by the applicant. This beam device is provided with fixing means that are detachably fixed to columns at both ends of the device, and is provided with a shaft member having a mounting portion formed on the upper portion. The mounting portion of the shaft member is provided with a side wall of a floor panel. It is configured to mount the bottom.

Japanese Patent No. 29999858

In the conventional beam device proposed in Patent Document 1, the shaft member forms a mounting portion extending in the axial direction between adjacent columns, so that the bottom side wall of the floor panel can be suitably supported in the longitudinal direction. ..

By the way, for example, regarding the fixing means for detachably fixing the beam device to the support column, by driving a wedge into the wedge hole penetrating the jaw member and the flange in a state where the jaw member of the beam device is fitted to the flange of the support column. When a wedge-type binding device for binding is configured, an open space for driving the wedge with a tool such as a hammer from above is required. Incidentally, even when another type of fixing means other than the wedge type fastening device is configured, an open space for inserting a tool or the like is required when fixing the fixing means of the beam device to the support column.

Therefore, even in the conventional beam device, the shaft member forming the mounting portion is not extended to the position above the fixing means, and the space above the fixing means is opened.

However, in floor panels laid densely in the vertical and horizontal directions without gaps, adjacent floor panels are usually joined at a position above the upper end of the column, and in a conventional beam device, the floor is located above the fixing means. Unable to support the joints of the panels. That is, there is a problem that the bottom of the side wall of the floor panel cannot be mounted and supported over the entire length.

In view of the above, in view of the above, the mounting portion of the beam device that supports the bottom of the side wall of the floor panel is composed of a main mounting portion fixed to the device and a movable auxiliary mounting portion, and the main mounting portion and the auxiliary mounting portion. The beam device is configured to support the bottom of the side wall of the floor panel in the longitudinal direction, and when the fixing means such as the wedge-type fastening device is fixed to the support column, the space above the fixing means is provided. Although it is open, when the floor panel is mounted after fixing, it is an object of the present invention to configure a device capable of supporting the bottom of the side wall of the floor panel even at an upper position of the fixing means.

Therefore, what the present invention has constructed as a means is that with respect to a temporary stage in which floor panels are laid vertically and horizontally on the support structure, the support structure is arranged in the vertical and horizontal directions among the columns erected apart from each other in the vertical and horizontal directions. It is constructed by detachably connecting adjacent columns with a beam device, and the floor panel is configured such that the bottom of a side wall formed in a rectangular shape in a plan view is mounted along the axial direction of the beam device. The beam device is located at both ends of a beam shaft member provided with detachable fixing means to the support column at both ends, a support shaft member fixed to the upper portion of the beam shaft member, and both ends of the support shaft member. An auxiliary support member that is movable in the axial direction is provided, and the side wall bottom portion of the floor panel is formed by the main mounting portion formed on the upper portion of the support shaft member and the auxiliary mounting portion formed on the upper portion of the auxiliary support member. In addition to being configured to support, the auxiliary mounting portion is configured to be moved from a position that does not interfere with the space above the fixing means to an upper position of the fixing means through the movement of the auxiliary supporting member. is there.

In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the auxiliary support member constitutes a telescopic tube that is stretchably fitted into an end portion of the support shaft member, and is an outer end portion of the telescopic tube located outside the support shaft member. A seat member is provided on the upper portion, and the auxiliary mounting portion is formed by the seat member.

Preferably, the telescopic lock device is provided on the telescopic tube constituting the auxiliary support member, and the telescopic lock device includes a locking piece that is bulging from the side wall of the telescopic tube and is urged in the protruding direction, and the locking. It is composed of a plurality of locking holes formed at intervals in the axial direction of the support shaft member so as to allow one piece to pass through.

According to the present invention, the beam device 4 fixes the fixing means 10 to the support column 3 by moving the auxiliary support member 12 so as to position the auxiliary mounting portion 13b so as not to interfere with the space above the fixing means 10. After performing the work and connecting the columns 3 and 3 by the beam shaft member 7 in this way, the auxiliary mounting portion 13b is placed at a desired position by moving the auxiliary support member 12 as necessary. There is an effect that the bottom side wall portion of the floor panel 2 mounted on the support shaft member 8 can be suitably supported by both the main mounting portion 13a and the auxiliary mounting portion 13b in the longitudinal direction.

Hereinafter, preferred embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the drawings.

FIG. 1 shows an example of a temporary stage, and the temporary stage is constructed by laying floor panels 2 vertically and horizontally on the support structure 1.

The support structure 1 is constructed by a beam device 4 that detachably connects the columns 3 that are erected on the ground or the like at intervals in the vertical and horizontal directions and the columns 3 that are adjacent to each other in the vertical and horizontal directions. Although the drawing shows a state in which the beam device 4 is arranged in one direction in the vertical and horizontal directions, the beam device 4 may be arranged in both vertical and horizontal directions. Further, although not shown, it is preferable to provide a cane member that supports the beam device 4 from below the support column 3, and further, it is preferable to provide a breath member that connects the four support columns 3 in the diagonal direction. ..

The floor panel 2 includes a side wall 6 having a rectangular frame shape in a plan view by vertically suspending a side wall 6 on a rectangular plate-shaped floor plate 5, and the beam device 4 extends the bottom of the side wall 6 in the longitudinal direction. It is mounted along the axial direction of.

As shown in FIG. 2, the beam device 4 is a support shaft member composed of a beam shaft member 7 made of a metal round pipe and a metal square pipe arranged in parallel along the upper portion of the beam shaft member 7. 8 is provided, and the support shaft member 8 is provided by fixing the connecting piece 9a located near both ends of the beam shaft member 7 and the connecting piece 9b (see FIGS. 5 to 7) located between both ends by welding or the like. Is fixed to the upper part of the beam shaft member 7.

Fixing means 10 that is detachably fixed to the support column 3 is provided at both ends of the beam shaft member 7. In the case of the illustrated example, as shown in FIG. 2 (B), a wedge-type fastening device is configured as a fixing method, and the upper and lower jaw members of the fixing means 10 are fitted to the flange 11 fixed to the support column 2, respectively. It is configured to be tightly connected by driving a wedge into a wedge hole penetrating the jaw member and the flange, and when the fixing means 10 is fixed to the flange 11, an open space is formed above the fixing means 10. Incidentally, a fixing device of a different type from the wedge type fastening device as shown in the figure may be configured, and even in that case, when the fixing means 10 is fixed to the support column 3, a tool or the like is inserted. The open space of is formed above.

The support shaft member 7 includes auxiliary support members 12 located at both ends and movable in the axial direction, and the upper surface of the support shaft member 7 forms a main mounting portion 13a and the upper surface of the auxiliary support member 12. The auxiliary mounting portion 13b is formed by the above. As a result, the floor panel 2 mounted on the beam device 4 is supported by the main mounting portion 13a and the auxiliary mounting portion 13b over the bottom portion of the side wall 6 in the longitudinal direction.

In addition to the main mounting portion 13a, the support shaft member 7 is provided with engaging pieces 14 projecting upward from both side portions, and is provided in the width direction (direction intersecting the longitudinal direction) of the support shaft portion 7. In a state where the side walls 6 and 6 of the pair of floor panels 2 laid adjacent to each other are joined to each other, they are supported by the main mounting portion 13a and are configured to be fitted between the engaging pieces 14 and 14. There is.

As shown in FIGS. 3 and 4, the auxiliary support member 12 constitutes an expansion / contraction tube 15 made of a metal square pipe that is stretchably fitted at the end of the support shaft member 8. A seat member 16 is provided above the outer end portion of the telescopic tube 15 located outside the end portion, and the auxiliary mounting portion 12 is formed by the seat member 16. In the case of the illustrated embodiment, the seat member 16 made of a gate-shaped metal plate is crowned on the upper surface and both side surfaces of the outer end portion of the telescopic tube 15 and fixed by welding or the like to the upper surface of the seat member 16. The auxiliary mounting portion 13b is formed.

By providing such a seat member 16, the height position of the auxiliary mounting portion 13b is formed so as to be substantially flush with the main mounting portion 13a, and the bottom portion of the side wall 6 of the floor panel 2 is formed to have the same height in the longitudinal direction. Can be supported in position. Moreover, as shown in FIG. 3, when the telescopic tube 15 is most contracted to the support shaft member 8, the seat member 16 forms a stopper 17 that comes into contact with the end surface of the support shaft member 8.

The telescopic tube 15 constituting the auxiliary support member 12 is provided with a telescopic lock device 18, and when the telescopic tube 15 is moved to a contracted position as shown in FIG. 3, or as shown in FIG. 4, the telescopic tube 15 is stretched. When the 15 is moved to the extended position, it is locked so that the expansion / contraction movement is disabled.

The telescopic lock device 18 has a locking piece 19 that can freely appear and disappear from both side walls of the telescopic tube 15 and is urged in a protruding direction, and an axial direction through both side walls of the support shaft member 8 so as to insert the locking piece 19. In the case of the figure, the first locking holes 20a and the second locking holes 20b are arranged at intervals in the axial direction. , The third locking hole 20c is arranged.

In the case of the illustrated embodiment, outward pins are provided at both ends of a spring 21 made of a U-shaped or U-shaped leaf spring charged inside the telescopic tube 15, and the pins are inserted from both side walls of the telescopic tube 15. The locking pieces 19 and 19 are formed by projecting through the holes, and the locking pieces 19 and 19 are inserted into the locking holes 20 and 20 formed so as to face the side walls of the support shaft member 8. There is. Therefore, when the operator picks and holds both the locking pieces 19 and 19 with a pair of fingertips or the like to immerse the locking pieces 20 and 20 into the inside of the support shaft member 8, the telescopic tube 15 can be expanded and contracted. When the locking pieces 19 and 19 face any of the locking holes 20 and 20 due to the expansion and contraction movement, the locking pieces 19 and 19 are automatically inserted into the locking holes 20 and 20 by the spring 21 and locked. And lock it so that it cannot be expanded or contracted.

The number and spacing of the locking holes 20 can be changed in design according to the purpose, but in the case of the illustrated embodiment, when the locking piece 19 is inserted into the first locking hole 20a and locked, it expands and contracts for the purpose described later. When the auxiliary mounting portion 13b of the auxiliary support member 12 is stopped at the first position P1 and the locking piece 19 is inserted and locked in the second locking hole 20b while the pipe 15 is moved to the contracted position, the telescopic pipe 15 is inserted. When the auxiliary mounting portion 13b of the auxiliary support member 12 is stopped at the second position P2 in the state of being moved to the intermediate extension position and the locking piece 19 is inserted and locked in the third locking hole 20c, the expansion tube 15 is maximally extended. It is configured so that the auxiliary mounting portion 13b of the auxiliary support member 12 can be extended and contracted in three stages so as to stop at the third position P3 while being moved to the position.

(Attachment and fixation of beam device)
The beam device 4 inserts and locks the locking piece 19 of the telescopic lock device 18 into the first locking hole 20a, and completely contracts the telescopic tube 15, thereby fixing the auxiliary mounting portion 13b of the auxiliary support member 12. The fixing means 10 of the beam shaft member 7 is fixed to the support column 3 in a state of being stopped at the first position P1 that does not interfere with the space above the 10.

Since the space above the fixing means 10 is opened by stopping the auxiliary mounting portion 13b at the first position P1, the fixing means 10 can be fixed to the support column 3 by using a tool or the like.

(First use example of beam device)
FIG. 5 shows a first use example of the beam device 4, in which the side wall 6 of the floor panel 2 mounted on the support shaft member 8 is supported by the main mounting portion 13a in the longitudinal direction at the bottom and at the bottom. The case where the end portion 6a in the longitudinal direction is positioned above the upper end portion of the support column 3 is shown. As described above with respect to the prior art, in the floor panel 2 laid densely in the vertical and horizontal directions without gaps, the adjacent floor panels 2 and 2 are usually joined at a position above the upper end of the column 3, so that the length of the bottom of the side wall is long. The directional end 6a is located directly above the support column 3.

Therefore, in the case of the first use example, in the beam device 4 in the state where the auxiliary support member 12 is contracted as described above, the fixing means 10 of the beam shaft member 7 is fixed to the support column 3, and then as shown in FIG. The telescopic tube 15 is extended to the maximum extension position, and the locking piece 19 is inserted into and locked in the third locking hole 20c to lock the expansion tube 15, and the auxiliary mounting portion 13b is locked by the support column 3 including the space above the fixing means 10. It is located at the third position P3, which is the position above.

Therefore, when the floor panel 2 is mounted on the beam device 4 in this state, the side wall bottom portion of the floor panel 2 is supported by the main mounting portion 13a of the support shaft member 8 in the longitudinal direction, and the end portion 6a in the longitudinal direction is assisted. It is supported by the auxiliary mounting portion 13b of the member 12. Therefore, the main mounting portion 13a and the auxiliary mounting portion 13b can suitably support the bottom side wall portion of the floor panel 2 over the entire length in the longitudinal direction.

(Second use example of beam device)
FIG. 6 shows a second usage example of the beam device 4, in which an extension column 3a is erected on the upper portion of the column 3 via a joint 22. In this case, the side wall 6 of the floor panel 2 has a chamfered wall 6b formed at a corner facing the extension column 3a so as not to interfere with the extension column 3a, and is configured so as not to interfere with the extension column 3a. The directional end 6a does not reach the extension column 3a.

Therefore, in the case of the second use example, in the beam device 4 in the state where the auxiliary support member 12 is contracted as described above, the fixing means 10 of the beam shaft member 7 is fixed to the support column 3, and then as shown in FIG. In addition, the expansion tube 15 is extended to the intermediate extension position and the locking piece 19 is inserted and locked in the second locking hole 20b to lock the expansion tube 15, and the auxiliary mounting portion 13b is the second position which becomes the space above the fixing means 10. It is located at P2.

Therefore, when the floor panel 2 is mounted on the beam device 4 in this state, the side wall bottom portion of the floor panel 2 is supported by the main mounting portion 13a of the support shaft member 8 in the longitudinal direction, and is supported in the longitudinal direction in the vicinity of the chamfered wall 6b. The end portion 6a is supported by the auxiliary mounting portion 13b of the auxiliary support member 12.

(Third use example of beam device)
FIG. 7 shows a third use example of the beam device 4, in which a table-shaped support 23 is mounted on the upper portion of the support column 3. In this case, the floor panel 2 is densely laid in the vertical and horizontal directions without gaps, and is supported on the support 23 with the corners of the adjacent floor panels 2 and 2 joined, and stands on the support 23. The side wall 6 at the corner is sandwiched by the provided sandwiching piece 23a in a joined state. Therefore, the longitudinal end portion 6a of the side wall bottom portion located at the corner of the floor panel 2 is supported by the support tool 23.

Therefore, in the case of the third use example, the beam device 4 has the auxiliary support member 12 contracted as described above, and after the fixing means 10 of the beam shaft member 7 is fixed to the support column 3, that is, the state as it is. The telescopic tube 15 is contracted, the locking piece 19 is inserted and locked in the first locking hole 20a, and the auxiliary mounting portion 13b is used in the state of being positioned at the first position P1. That is, the auxiliary mounting portion 13b is used in a state of being stopped at a position where it does not interfere with the support tool 23.

Therefore, when the floor panel 2 is mounted on the beam device 4 from this state, the side wall bottom portion of the floor panel 2 is supported by the main mounting portion 13a of the support shaft member 8 and the auxiliary mounting portion 13b of the auxiliary support member 12 in the longitudinal direction. , The longitudinal end 6a is supported by the support 23.
