Description
実施の形態1.
図1は、この発明の実施の形態1による冷凍サイクル装置を示す構成図である。図において、冷凍サイクル装置1は、冷媒が循環可能な冷媒回路2と、冷媒回路2を制御する制御部3とを有している。この例では、冷凍サイクル装置1が空気調和機となっている。また、この例では、R290冷媒であるプロパンが冷媒回路2の冷媒として用いられている。
図4は、この発明の実施の形態2による冷凍サイクル装置における圧縮機の吸入過熱度SHと、冷媒回路の冷媒としてR32冷媒を用いた比較例に対する実施の形態2の成績係数COPの低下率との関係を示すグラフである。なお、図4では、冷媒回路を循環する冷媒の圧力損失の影響を含む冷凍サイクル装置の運転上の成績係数COPを示している。
実施の形態3による冷凍サイクル装置の構成は、冷媒回路2の動作開始時における膨張弁6の状態を除き、図1の冷凍サイクル装置1の構成と同様である。実施の形態3における制御部3は、膨張弁6の開度が膨張弁6の全開時よりも小さい状態で、冷媒回路2の動作を開始する。また、冷房運転時の制御部3は、冷媒回路2の動作を開始してから設定時間経過後に、吸入温度センサ21及び第2の冷媒口温度センサ23のそれぞれで検出された温度の情報に基づいて、膨張弁6の開度を調整する。暖房運転時の制御部3は、冷媒回路2の動作を開始してから設定時間経過後に、吸入温度センサ21及び第1の冷媒口温度センサ22のそれぞれで検出された温度の情報に基づいて、膨張弁6の開度を調整する。制御部3は、膨張弁6の開度を調整することにより、圧縮機4の吸入過熱度SHを10deg以上の値にする。他の構成は実施の形態1と同様である。
図5は、この発明の実施の形態4による冷凍サイクル装置を示す構成図である。第1熱交換器5の伝熱管には、冷媒の温度を検出する第1の内部温度センサ24が設けられている。第1熱交換器5の膨張弁6側の冷媒口から第1の内部温度センサ24までの伝熱管の距離は、第1熱交換器5の一方の冷媒口から他方の冷媒口までの伝熱管の距離に対して、66%以上、88%以下の距離である。
図6は、この発明の実施の形態5による冷凍サイクル装置を示す構成図である。冷凍サイクル装置1は、圧縮機4、第1熱交換器5、膨張弁6及び第2熱交換器7を含む冷媒回路2を備えている。本実施の形態では、冷凍サイクル装置1に四方弁が含まれていない。従って、本実施の形態による冷凍サイクル装置は、冷房運転及び暖房運転の切り替えの機能を持たない冷凍サイクル装置となっている。冷媒回路2を循環する冷媒は、R290冷媒である。この例では、冷凍サイクル装置が冷蔵庫に用いられている。

- 圧縮機と、凝縮器と、減圧装置と、蒸発器とを有する冷媒回路、及び
前記冷媒回路を制御する制御部
を備え、
前記冷媒回路を循環する冷媒は、プロパン又はプロピレンを含む冷媒であり、
前記蒸発器は、冷媒が流れる伝熱管を有し、
前記蒸発器の入口には、冷媒の温度を検出する冷媒口温度センサが設けられ、
前記蒸発器の前記伝熱管には、冷媒の温度を検出する内部温度センサが設けられ、
前記蒸発器では、前記蒸発器の入口から前記内部温度センサまでの前記伝熱管の距離が、前記蒸発器の入口から前記蒸発器の出口までの前記伝熱管の距離に対して66%以上、88%以下の距離であり、
前記制御部は、前記圧縮機の入口での冷媒の過熱度を10deg以上の値にし、
前記制御部は、前記内部温度センサによる検出温度が前記冷媒口温度センサによる検出温度よりも高くなるように前記冷媒回路を制御する冷凍サイクル装置。 - 前記制御部は、前記圧縮機の入口での冷媒の過熱度を15.4deg以上、20.6deg以下の値にする請求項1に記載の冷凍サイクル装置。
