Description
なお、パラメータとしては、例えば、傾斜軸制御に関する傾斜軸の傾斜角度、傾斜軸の軸番号など、工作機械の制御等に関する各種パラメータが挙げられる。
例えば、工作機械の電源の再投入が変更パラメータを機械側に反映させる条件である場合には、停電などの不測の電源停止や緊急の電源停止が生じた後に工作機械に電源を再投入する場合と、作業者の意思による通常の工作機械の電源の再投入を区別できる不測、緊急の電源停止検知/記憶手段などを備え、この電源停止検知/記憶手段などの検知、記憶結果に基づいて、変更パラメータ反映条件検出/判定手段7で検出した条件が変更パラメータを機械側に反映させる条件であるか否かを判定する。

Claims (3)
- コンピュータ数値制御によってパラメータを反映させることにより自動化された工作機械の制御システムであって、
前記パラメータを変更した際に、変更したパラメータである変更パラメータを記憶する記憶手段と、
作業員によって前記変更パラメータを反映させる条件を任意に設定できる変更パラメータ反映条件設定手段と、
前記条件が検出された際に、未反映の前記変更パラメータを反映させる変更パラメータ反映手段とを備える、工作機械の制御システム。 - 前記変更パラメータを反映させる条件が、1つ又は複数設定され、少なくとも作業者の意思によって行われる工作機械への電源の給電操作である、請求項1に記載の工作機械の制御システム。
- 前記記憶手段に未反映パラメータリストが記憶されており、
前記パラメータを変更した際に、前記未反映パラメータリストを更新する未反映パラメータリスト更新手段と、
前記未反映パラメータリストを表示する未反映パラメータ表示手段とを備える、請求項1または請求項2に記載の工作機械の制御システム。
