Description
前記均熱板は、内部が中空の薄板である。
次いで、これらの熱は、さらに均熱板4に伝達され、均熱板4の吸熱端である均熱板4の放熱材1の外側立ち上り面に接する部分が熱を受けて、均熱板4の内部の微細網目構造又は微細多孔質構造が急速に吸熱し、冷媒が真空超低圧環境下で急速に熱を受けて蒸発し、蒸気状態の冷媒は、均熱板4の冷端である均熱板4の放熱フィン5と接触する部分に移行して液体冷媒に再凝縮し、その後、液体冷媒が均熱板4内部の微細網目構造又は微細多孔質構造の毛細管現象により吸熱側に改めて流れて循環を形成して、この冷媒の蒸発、凝縮過程が、真空超低圧の環境及び均熱板4内部の微細網目構造又は微細多孔構造の超大熱交換面積により、極めて効率的な熱伝達、放熱効果を達成でき、前記均熱板4の背面板3への投影面積が、放熱材1の背面板3への投影面積よりも大きく、前記均熱板4の高さが放熱材1の高さよりも大きく、均熱板4を設けることによりLEDライトバー2の発光による熱の大部分を吸収することができ、従来のアルミニウム押出形材よりも温度勾配を大幅に低減させて放熱効率を向上させることができ、
次いで、均熱板4は、吸収した熱を放熱フィン5に移行し、
最後に、前記複数のファン6は、強制空冷方式により熱を空気中に移行させ、最終的に、LEDライトバー2の発熱量を素早く、大量に、効率よく導出し、LEDライトバー2が温度過昇による焼損又は寿命の急激短縮を防止することを実現する。
Claims (13)
- 端面がL字状をなす放熱材と、前記放熱材の水平底面に接着されるLEDライトバーと、前記LEDライトバーと放熱材の内側立ち上り面との間に設けられて放熱材を締め付けるための背面板と、前記放熱材の外側立ち上り面に接着される均熱板と、前記均熱板の放熱材から離れる側に締め付けられる放熱フィンと、前記放熱フィンの均熱板から離れる側に締め付けられる複数のファンとを含み、
前記内側立ち上り面は、前記放熱材の前記LEDライトバーに相対的に近い立ち上り面であり、前記外側立ち上り面は、前記放熱材の前記LEDライトバーから相対的に遠い立ち上り面であり、前記内側立ち上り面及び前記外側立ち上り面は、前記水平底面から立ち上がる面であり、
前記均熱板の背面板への投影面積が、前記放熱材の背面板への投影面積よりも大きく、前記均熱板の高さが前記放熱材の高さよりも大きい液晶テレビ用放熱システム。 - 前記放熱材は、アルミニウム押出形材、又は銅形材である請求項1に記載の液晶テレビ用放熱システム。
- 前記均熱板は、内部が中空の薄板である請求項1に記載の液晶テレビ用放熱システム。
- 前記均熱板の内部が真空引きされた真空超低圧環境下で前記均熱板の内部に冷媒が充填されている請求項3に記載の液晶テレビ用放熱システム。
- 前記均熱板の内部に微細網目構造、又は微細多孔質構造を有する請求項4に記載の液晶テレビ用放熱システム。
- 前記冷媒は、アルコール又は純水である請求項4に記載の液晶テレビ用放熱システム。
- 前記均熱板の材料は、銅である請求項1に記載の液晶テレビ用放熱システム。
- 請求項1に記載の液晶テレビ用放熱システムを含む液晶テレビ。
- 端面がL字状をなす放熱材と、前記放熱材の水平底面に接着されるLEDライトバーと、前記LEDライトバーと放熱材の内側立ち上り面との間に設けられて放熱材を締め付けるための背面板と、前記放熱材の外側立ち上り面に接着される均熱板と、前記均熱板の放熱材から離れる側に締め付けられる放熱フィンと、前記放熱フィンの均熱板から離れる側に締め付けられる複数のファンとを含み、
前記内側立ち上り面は、前記放熱材の前記LEDライトバーに相対的に近い立ち上り面であり、前記外側立ち上り面は、前記放熱材の前記LEDライトバーから相対的に遠い立ち上り面であり、前記内側立ち上り面及び前記外側立ち上り面は、前記水平底面から立ち上がる面であり、
前記均熱板の背面板への投影面積が、前記放熱材の背面板への投影面積よりも大きく、前記均熱板の高さが前記放熱材の高さよりも大きく、
前記放熱材は、アルミニウム押出形材、又は銅形材であり、
前記均熱板は、内部が中空の薄板である液晶テレビ用放熱システム。 - 前記均熱板の内部が真空引きされた真空超低圧環境下で前記均熱板の内部に冷媒が充填されている請求項9に記載の液晶テレビ用放熱システム。
- 前記均熱板の内部に微細網目構造、又は微細多孔質構造を有する請求項10に記載の液晶テレビ用放熱システム。
- 前記冷媒は、アルコール又は純水である請求項10に記載の液晶テレビ用放熱システム。
- 前記均熱板の材料は、銅である請求項9に記載の液晶テレビ用放熱システム。
