Description
The present invention relates to an elevator renewal method for renewing at least a part of an existing elevator.
Elevators are being renewed by replacing existing elevators with new ones in order to cope with aging deterioration of equipment or improve performance such as energy saving. During the elevator renewal work period, it is necessary to suspend the operation of the elevator continuously for a long period of time.
Therefore, especially in condominiums and hospitals where there are many elderly people, long-term suspension of elevators has been a major obstacle to renewal. Therefore, in the renewal of the elevator, it is required to shorten the continuous suspension period of the elevator as much as possible in consideration of the convenience of the user.
Here, in order to shorten the continuous suspension period of the elevator, a new transmission control unit of the new serial transmission method, which has at least a different data transmission speed from the old serial transmission method, and a new transmission control unit connected to the new transmission control unit. The old transmission control CPU connected to the CPU and the old transmission control unit of the old serial transmission method provided on the landing side, and the old transmission control CPU connected to both the new transmission control CPU and the old transmission control CPU on the landing side. The data of the old serial transmission method transmitted from the transmission conversion unit is saved via the old transmission control CPU, and the saved data is held accessible from the new transmission control unit via the new transmission control CPU. On the other hand, the data of the new serial transmission method transmitted from the new transmission control unit is saved via the new transmission control CPU, and the saved data is stored in the old transmission conversion unit on the landing side via the old transmission control CPU. An elevator control device including an old and new transmission conversion unit including a dual port memory that is held accessible from is proposed (see, for example, Patent Document 1).
However, the elevator renewal method using the elevator control device described in
The present invention has been made to solve the above-mentioned problems, and is an elevator capable of shortening the continuous suspension period of the elevator during the renewal work period in which at least a part of the equipment of the existing elevator is renewed. The purpose is to obtain a renewal method.
The method for renewing an elevator according to the present invention is a method for renewing an elevator that renews at least a part of the equipment of an existing elevator, and the old equipment including at least one of the old landing equipment and the old car equipment by the old communication method. The process of replacing the old control board with the old elevator control board that communicates with the new control board with the new elevator control board that communicates with the new equipment including at least one of the new landing equipment and the new car equipment by the new communication method, and the primary It is composed of a plurality of terminal units having a terminal part and a secondary terminal part that conducts with the primary terminal part, and the pin number of the new old standard connector is individually assigned to the secondary terminal part of each terminal unit to connect the new old standard connector. The process of preparing the connection jig and the multiple signal lines that make up the old cable of the old device were cut and separated from the existing old standard connector of the old cable, and the pin numbers of the existing old standard connector were individually assigned. A process of connecting multiple signal lines individually to the primary terminal of each terminal unit so that the pin numbers match between the primary terminal and the secondary terminal of each terminal unit, and to the connection jig. It includes a process of making the old device communicable with the new elevator control board by connecting the new old standard connector to be connected to the new standard connector on the new elevator control board side via the relay harness. ..
According to the present invention, it is possible to obtain an elevator renewal method capable of shortening the continuous suspension period of the elevator during the renewal work period for renewing at least a part of the equipment of the existing elevator.
Hereinafter, preferred embodiments of the elevator renewal method according to the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings, but the same or corresponding parts in the drawings will be described with the same reference numerals. Hereinafter, the elevator control panel is also simply referred to as a control panel, and the elevator accessory panel is also simply referred to as an accessory panel. Further, the "communication" used in the embodiment includes transmission / reception of various signals such as a control signal, a voltage signal, and a current signal.
FIG. 1 is a configuration diagram showing an elevator device to which the elevator renewal method according to the first embodiment of the present invention is applied. In FIG. 1, the
Here, the car equipment refers to equipment around the car such as a
In the first embodiment of the present invention, in order to shorten the continuous suspension period of the elevator during the elevator renewal work period, the renewal work is divided into a plurality of divided work steps, and after each divided work step is completed. , We have developed an elevator control panel that can control both old and new hoisting machines so that the elevator can be used.
That is, in order to shorten the continuous suspension period of the elevator during the renewal work period of the elevator, it is premised that the elevator can be used when each division work step of the renewal work is completed. For example, in condominiums, it is necessary to make the elevator available during morning and evening hours when there are many users such as commuting to work and school, and in restaurant tenant buildings during business hours such as evening and night.
Therefore, the construction time that can be secured in one day was set, and the construction content to be completed within the time was set for each divided construction step based on the result of analyzing the construction content and the time required for each construction. That is, the content of the renewal work is divided into a series of divided construction steps in units where the elevator is always in a state where it can be normally operated after the completion of each divided construction step. Furthermore, the renewal work will be carried out according to a series of division work steps. Here, FIG. 2 shows the renewal contents of each division construction step and the main replacement equipment. FIG. 2 is an explanatory diagram showing the renewal contents of each divided construction step and the main replacement equipment in the elevator renewal method according to the first embodiment of the present invention. In FIG. 2, the renewal work is mainly divided into five divided construction steps, but depending on the specifications of the elevator, it is necessary to further divide each divided construction step.
Specifically, of the series of divided construction steps for replacing the old equipment and the new equipment, the renewal work is carried out by dividing into a group of divided construction steps that set a time zone during which the elevator can be used. In addition, the time zone during which the elevator can be used is determined by the frequency of elevator activation before renewal and the purpose of the building. In addition, the renewal work will be carried out by dividing the work time into at least one day and the work steps that can be used by the elevator after the work is completed. That is, the series of divided construction steps is divided so that each divided construction step is further completed at each of the series of construction times that can be continuously secured for each renewal construction day during the renewal construction period. That is, there are a normal operation mode and an installation work mode, and each time each division construction step is completed, the installation work mode is switched to the normal operation mode so that the elevator can be commissioned (service) and the passengers can use the elevator. It can be performed.
(Renewal method)
Subsequently, the method for renewing the elevator according to the first embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to FIGS. 3 to 14 together with FIGS. 1 and 2. FIG. 3 is a block configuration diagram showing an initial state in an elevator device to which the elevator renewal method according to the first embodiment of the present invention is applied.
In FIG. 3, in the initial state of the elevator device, the
(Split construction step 1: Machine room repair)
Here, the elevator control panel is replaced with respect to this elevator device by the
In addition, the elevator control panel is replaced first in the
In FIG. 4, the
The new
However, the new
In addition, since the CAN communication method can communicate a larger amount of data than the old serial communication method, the display device installed in the new car device can display a larger capacity than the display device installed in the old car device. effective. In addition, for example, a touch-type car operation function integrated with a display device, which is not found in the old car device, can be realized in the new car device.
The specific contents of the communication between the new
Therefore, the
The serial input /
In the first embodiment, as described above, in order for the new
The
Further, the
Further, by using the
In the first embodiment, the case where the
When the
Further, depending on the configuration of the elevator device, the
As described above, as the method in which the old
The
Therefore, by removing the
Here, the case where the
In this way, the old equipment including at least one of the
As described above, after the step of replacing the old control panel of the existing elevator with the new control panel, the new
Next, the diversion of the old cables of the
In the
However, since the types, pin assignments, etc. of the old standard connector of the old cable of the
Therefore, as shown in FIG. 6, a

As a result, the old cable connected to the
Here, consider a case where the old

As a result, the old cable connected to the
However, when connecting the old cable to the
Therefore, as shown in FIG. 8, the old cable is connected to the

Subsequently, the procedure of the method of connecting the old

Subsequently, the corresponding pin number of the old
After marking all the signal lines of the old cable signal line as described above, the old cable signal line is separated from the old
Next, each signal line of the old cable signal line marked so that the pin number of the old
By executing the above procedure, the pin number of the old

The
As an example of the configuration of the

(工程A)
As described above, according to the first embodiment, the elevator renewal method includes at least the following steps A to D.
(Step A)
The old control panel having the old elevator control board that communicates with the old equipment by the old communication method is replaced with the new control panel having the new elevator control board that communicates with the new equipment by the new communication method.
(Step B)
Prepare a connection jig that is composed of a plurality of terminal units, assigns the pin numbers of the new and old standard connectors individually to the secondary terminals of each terminal unit, and connects the new and old standard connectors.
(Step C)
The multiple signal lines that make up the old cable of the old device are separated from the existing old standard connector of the old cable, and the multiple signal lines that are individually assigned the pin numbers of the existing old standard connector are assigned to each terminal unit. Connect to each terminal unit individually so that the pin numbers match between the primary terminal and the secondary terminal.
(Step D)
By connecting the new old standard connector connected to the connection jig to the new standard connector on the new elevator control board side via the relay harness, the old device can be communicated with the new elevator control board.
As a result, it is possible to shorten the continuous suspension period of the elevator during the renewal work period in which at least a part of the equipment of the existing elevator is renewed. Even if the existing old standard connector of the old cable cannot be used when diverting the old cable, the old cable can be connected to the communication conversion board or elevator control board by using the above connection jig as a backup means. The work to be done can be facilitated.
In the above embodiment, an example in which the present invention is applied when the old car device is replaced with the new car device and when the old landing device is replaced with the new landing device is shown, but other than the landing device and the car device.
