Claims (2)
- 回転軸(15,41)の外周に嵌合するインナーレース(45)と、ベアリング保持部材(44)の内周にスクイズフィルムを構成する環状空間(54)を介して支持されたアウターレース(46)と、前記インナーレース(45)および前記アウターレース(46)間に配置された複数の転動体(47)とを備えるスクイズフィルムダンパベアリング装置であって、
前記ベアリング保持部材(44)の内周に前記アウターレース(46)の軸方向両端部の外周に向かって突出する一対の環状突起(44a)が設けられ、前記回転軸(15,41)に作用する径方向荷重が所定値未満のときに、前記環状突起(44a)の先端面は前記アウターレース(46)の外周に対して非接触状態に維持されるとともに、前記回転軸(15,41)に作用する径方向荷重が所定値以上のときに、前記環状突起(44a)の先端面は前記アウターレース(46)の外周に対して接触し、
前記アウターレース(46)の外周における前記環状突起(44a)の軸方向内側位置には前記ベアリング保持部材(44)の内周に弾発的に当接して前記環状空間(54)の軸方向両端を区画する一対のシールリング(53)が装着され、前記環状突起(44a)は位相が180゜ずれた位置に一対の切欠き(44b)を備えることを特徴とするスクイズフィルムダンパベアリング装置。 - 前記環状突起(44a)の径方向の突出高さは前記環状空間(54)の径方向高さの20%〜70%であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のスクイズフィルムダンパベアリング装置。
