Claims (11)
- ガスを乾燥するための吸湿剤を有する乾燥装置と、
前記乾燥装置によって乾燥されたガスから二酸化炭素を分離して、二酸化炭素を分離した残部ガスを排出する分離装置と、
前記分離装置から排出される前記残部ガスを、前記分離装置へ供給されるガスに供給可能な還流システムと、
前記吸湿剤を再生するための再生ガスを外部から導入する導入部と、
前記導入部によって導入される再生ガス、及び、前記分離装置から排出される残部ガスの一方を前記乾燥装置に供給可能な再生システムと、
前記吸湿剤の再生に応じて、前記再生ガスと前記残部ガスとの間で前記再生システムによる供給を切り替える切り替え機構と
を有し、
前記切り替え機構は、前記再生ガスが前記再生システムによって前記乾燥装置に供給される間、前記分離装置へ供給されるガスに前記残部ガスが供給されるように前記還流システムによる供給を切り替える二酸化炭素の回収装置。 - 前記還流システムは、前記分離装置へ供給されるガスに、前記残部ガスを供給する還流流路を有し、前記再生システムは、前記還流流路から分れて、前記乾燥装置に前記残部ガスを供給可能な流路を有する請求項1に記載の二酸化炭素の回収装置。
- 前記切り替え機構は、
前記吸湿剤の再生開始時に前記再生ガスが前記乾燥装置に供給され、前記吸湿剤の再生終了時に前記残部ガスが前記乾燥装置に供給されて前記再生ガスが前記残部ガスで置換されるように切り替えを制御する制御システム
を有する請求項1又は2に記載の二酸化炭素の回収装置。 - 前記制御システムは、前記乾燥装置から排出される再生ガスの湿度を検出する湿度計を有し、前記湿度計の検出湿度に基づいて切り替えを制御する請求項3に記載の二酸化炭素の回収装置。
- 更に、
前記分離装置へ供給されるガスを圧縮して、前記分離装置による二酸化炭素の分離に適した圧力にガスを加圧する圧縮機と、
前記圧縮機による圧縮によって温度が上昇したガスと、前記乾燥装置へ供給される前記再生ガス及び前記残部ガスの一方との熱交換を行う熱交換器と
を有し、前記熱交換器によって前記再生ガス及び前記残部ガスの一方は加熱され、前記ガスは冷却される請求項1〜4の何れか一項に記載の二酸化炭素の回収装置。 - 前記分離装置は、深冷式液化蒸留装置を有する請求項5に記載の二酸化炭素の回収装置。
- 更に、
前記熱交換器によって加熱された再生ガスを補足的に加熱する加熱装置と、
前記加熱装置による前記再生ガスの加熱を調節する調節機構と
を有する請求項5又は6に記載の二酸化炭素の回収装置。 - 前記調節機構は、前記吸湿剤の再生が進行するに従って前記再生ガスの温度が低下するように前記加熱装置による加熱を調節する請求項7に記載の二酸化炭素の回収装置。
- 前記調節機構は、前記乾燥装置から排出される再生ガスの湿度に基づいて前記加熱装置による加熱を調節する請求項7又は8に記載の二酸化炭素の回収装置。
- 前記分離装置は、前記残部ガスを排出する排出部を有し、
前記切り替え機構は、前記分離装置の排出部と前記導入部との間で前記乾燥装置への接続を切り替え可能な切替弁を有し、
前記湿度計の検出湿度に応じて前記切替弁を制御する請求項4に記載の二酸化炭素の回収装置。 - 吸湿剤を用いてガスを乾燥する乾燥処理と、
前記乾燥処理によって乾燥されたガスから二酸化炭素を分離して、二酸化炭素を分離した残部ガスを排出する分離処理と、
前記分離処理によって排出される前記残部ガスを、前記分離処理へ供給されるガスに供給可能な還流処理と、
外部から導入される再生ガスを前記吸湿剤に供給して前記吸湿剤を再生する再生処理と、
前記吸湿剤の再生の進行に応じて、前記吸湿剤へ供給される前記再生ガスを、前記残部ガスに切り替える切り替え処理と
を有し、
前記切り替え処理は、前記再生ガスが前記再生処理によって前記吸湿剤に供給される間、前記分離処理へ供給されるガスに前記残部ガスが供給されるように前記還流処理による供給を切り替える二酸化炭素の回収方法。
