Claims (8)
- 鞍乗型電動車両(1)に電力を供給する略直方体のバッテリ(B)と、該バッテリ(B)が収納されるバッテリケース(40)と、前記バッテリ(B)の底面に設けられるバッテリ側端子(78)と、該バッテリ側端子(78)に係合するケース側端子(75)とを含んで構成される電動二輪車のバッテリ着脱構造において、
車体上下方向に操作することで前記バッテリ側端子(78)および前記ケース側端子(75)を互いに接続または離間させる操作レバー(60)と、
前記バッテリ側端子(78)および前記ケース側端子(75)が接続される位置で、前記操作レバー(60)を保持するロック部材(50)とを具備し、
前記バッテリケース(40)は、乗員が着座する開閉式のシート(23)を閉じることで前記バッテリ(B)の収納部(29)の上部に蓋がされる構成とされ、
前記ロック部材(50)は、前記操作レバー(60)に係合することで前記操作レバー(60)の車体上方への移動を規制する構成とされ、
前記ロック部材(50)が前記操作レバー(60)に係合していない状態では、前記シート(23)の底板(80)が前記ロック部材(50)に干渉して、前記シート(23)が閉じないように構成されていることを特徴とする鞍乗型電動車両のバッテリ着脱構造。 - 前記ロック部材(50)には、前記操作レバー(60)への係合時に該操作レバー(60)の上面に当接する係合板(52)が設けられており、
前記係合板(52)の下面に係合凸部(52a)が形成されており、
前記操作レバー(60)の上面に、前記係合凸部(52a)が収まる係合凹部(64a)が形成されており、
前記ロック部材(50)は、前記操作レバー(60)に係合するロック位置と、前記操作レバー(60)から離間するアンロック位置との間で揺動可能に構成されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の鞍乗型電動車両のバッテリ着脱構造。 - 前記シート(23)の底板(80)に、前記アンロック位置にある前記ロック部材(50)に当接させるラバー部材(49)が取り付けられていることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の鞍乗型電動車両のバッテリ着脱構造。
- 前記ロック部材(50)に単一の付勢部材(54)が取り付けられており、
前記付勢部材(54)は、前記ロック位置寄りの範囲では前記ロック位置側に前記ロック部材(50)を揺動させる付勢力を与え、前記アンロック位置寄りの範囲では前記アンロック位置側に前記ロック部材(50)を揺動させる付勢力を与えることを特徴とする請求項2または3に記載の鞍乗型電動車両のバッテリ着脱構造。 - 前記ロック部材(50)が前記ロック位置にある際に前記シート(23)を閉じると、前記シート(23)の底板(80)の一部が、前記ロック部材(50)の車体前方に近接することを特徴とする請求項2ないし4のいずれかに記載の鞍乗型電動車両のバッテリ着脱構造。
- 前記シート(23)を閉じた状態で保持するシートキャッチ機構(44)が、前記バッテリケース(40)の車体後方寄りの位置に配設されており、
前記ロック部材(60)が、前記バッテリケース(40)の車体前方寄りで、前記シート(23)のヒンジ機構(39)の車体後方に配設されていることを特徴とする請求項1,2ないし5のいずれかに記載の鞍乗型電動車両のバッテリ着脱構造。 - 前記バッテリ(B)は、車幅方向に2本並んで前記バッテリケース(40)に収納され、
前記操作レバー(60)は、前記バッテリ(B)を前記バッテリケース(40)に収納した状態で、前記2本のバッテリ(B)の間の上方に把持部(61)が位置する構成とされ、
前記バッテリ(B)の上面を押圧する揺動式の押圧ホルダ(41)と、
前記ケース側端子(75)を、前記バッテリ側端子(78)に接続される接続位置と前記バッテリ側端子(78)から離間した退避位置との間で移動できるように支持する端子ホルダ(73)とを具備し、
前記バッテリ(B)を前記バッテリケース(40)に収めて前記操作レバー(60)を下方に押し下げることで、前記押圧ホルダ(41)が揺動されて前記バッテリ(B)の上面を押さえるように構成されていることを特徴とする請求項1ないし6のいずれかに記載の鞍乗型電動車両のバッテリ着脱構造。 - 電動車両(1)に電力を供給する略直方体のバッテリ(B)と、該バッテリ(B)が収納されるバッテリケース(40)と、前記バッテリ(B)の底面に設けられるバッテリ側端子(78)と、該バッテリ側端子(78)に係合するケース側端子(75)とを含んで構成される電動車両のバッテリ着脱構造において、
車体上下方向に操作することで前記バッテリ側端子(78)および前記ケース側端子(75)を互いに接続または離間させる操作レバー(60)と、
前記バッテリ側端子(78)および前記ケース側端子(75)が接続される位置で、前記操作レバー(60)を保持するロック部材(50)とを具備し、
前記バッテリケース(40)は、乗員が着座する開閉式のシート(23)を閉じることで前記バッテリ(B)の収納部(29)の上部に蓋がされる構成とされ、
前記ロック部材(50)は、前記操作レバー(60)に係合することで前記操作レバー(60)の車体上方への移動を規制する構成とされ、
前記ロック部材(50)が前記操作レバー(60)に係合していない状態では、前記シート(23)の底板(80)が前記ロック部材(50)に干渉して、前記シート(23)が閉じないように構成されていることを特徴とする電動車両のバッテリ着脱構造。
