Claims (8)
- コモンレール(3)を備える直接噴射システム(1)用の燃料ポンプ(4)であって、前記燃料ポンプ(4)が、
本体(12)に形成された、ポンピングチャンバー(14)と、
前記ポンピングチャンバー(14)の容積を周期的に変動させるように、前記ポンピングチャンバーの内部で滑動するように取り付けられる、ピストン(15)と、
前記ポンピングチャンバー(14)の壁を起点とし、前記ポンピングチャンバー(14)の領域に配置されるハウジング部(28)を有する、入口流路(17)と、
前記入口流路(17)の前記ハウジング部(28)の中へ挿入される、入口弁(18)と、
前記ポンピングチャンバー(14)の壁を起点とする、出口流路(19)と、
前記出口流路(19)に沿って前記ポンピングチャンバー(14)の領域に配置される、出口弁(20)と、
ねじ切りされて、前記入口弁(18)に突き当たるように前記入口流路(17)の前記ハウジング部(28)の中へねじ込まれる、環状のロック・リングナット(30)と、
を備え、
前記入口流路(17)の前記ハウジング部(28)が、環状アバットメント(29)を有し、前記環状アバットメントでは、前記ハウジング部(28)の直径が減少し、前記環状アバットメントに、前記入口弁(18)が突き当たり、
前記入口弁(18)が、前記環状アバットメント(29)が製造される金属材料より大きい硬度を有する金属材料で製造され、
前記ロック・リングナット(30)が、前記入口弁(18)に向かって、前記環状アバットメント(29)を塑性変形させるのに充分な締付け力で、前記入口流路(17)の前記ハウジング部(28)の中へねじ込まれ、
前記入口弁(18)が、一方の側において、前記ハウジング部(28)の前記環状アバットメント(29)に突き当たり、他方の側において、前記ロック・リングナット(30)に突き当たる、
ことを特徴とする、燃料ポンプ(4)。 - 前記入口弁(18)が、燃料が通過して流れることができる一連の貫通供給孔(26)を有するディスク(25)と、前記ディスク(25)の基部に対して着座して前記供給孔(26)を貫通する通路を閉鎖する可撓性薄板(27)と、を備え、
前記可撓性薄板(27)が、円形の外縁(32)を備え、前記円形の外縁(32)が、前記環状アバットメント(29)に対して着座し、前記環状アバットメント(29)の塑性変形を生じさせる、
請求項1に記載の燃料ポンプ(4)。 - 前記可撓性薄板(27)が、前記環状アバットメント(29)が製造される金属材料より大きい硬度を有する金属材料で製造される、
請求項2に記載の燃料ポンプ(4)。 - 前記入口弁(18)の前記ディスク(25)が、前記環状アバットメント(29)が製造される金属材料より大きい硬度を有する金属材料で製造される、
請求項2又は3に記載の燃料ポンプ(4)。 - 前記可撓性薄板(27)が、前記外縁(32)を起点とする一連の薄いステム(33)と、前記ステム(33)によって支持されるシャッター本体(34)と、を備える、
請求項2又は3又は4に記載の燃料ポンプ(4)。 - ベアリングとして作用する中間要素が、前記ロック・リングナット(30)と前記入口弁(18)との間に配置される、
