Description
The present invention relates to a pouch container with a support member and a pouch container constituting the pouch container.
Pouch containers are widely used as refill containers for various toiletry products because they are lightweight and easy to dispose of. In recent years, in order to save the trouble of refilling work, it has been proposed to attach a dispensing member such as a dispenser pump to a pouch container and use it as it is. For example, Patent Document 1 discloses a dispenser container in which a pouch container is housed in a container body having a substantially cylindrical shape with a bottom. In such a dispenser container, a cover body having a pump member closes the opening of the container body and is attached to the upper end of the pouch container.
By the way, when the pouring member is attached to the pouch container and used, the pouch container is required to have excellent stability without easily tipping over. Furthermore, it is also important that the structure of the pouch container, the pouring member, and the peripheral members thereof is simple and the manufacturing cost is low. The dispenser container disclosed in Patent Document 1 has a complicated structure and requires a container body for accommodating the entire pouch container, so that it is difficult to manufacture the dispenser container at low cost.
The pouch container with a support member according to the present invention has a pouch container having a filling space for the contents and to which an injection member for taking out the contents is attached, and a support member including a support member for supporting the pouch container. A pouch container with a pouch, the pouch container includes a wall surface sheet forming at least the first surface and the second surface facing each other, and an additional sheet joined to at least one of the first surface and the second surface. It is characterized by having an insertion portion provided between the additional sheet and the wall surface sheet, which does not communicate with the filling space, and an insertion port capable of inserting the support member into the insertion portion. ..
The pouch container according to the present invention is a pouch container that has a filling space for the contents, is attached with an injection member for taking out the contents, and is supported by the support member, and has at least the first surface facing each other. A filling space provided between the additional sheet and the wall sheet, which comprises a wall sheet constituting the second surface and an additional sheet joined to at least one of the first surface and the second surface. It is characterized by having an insertion portion that does not communicate with the insertion portion and an insertion port that enables insertion of the support member into the insertion portion.
According to the pouch container with a support member according to the present invention, since the pouch container to which the pouring member is attached is supported by the support member, a stable use state can be obtained without the pouch container easily tipping over. Further, the pouch container with a support member of the present invention, which is formed by inserting a support member into an insertion portion which is a space formed by joining an additional sheet to the wall surface sheet of the pouch container, has a simple structure and can be manufactured at low cost. Can be done. That is, according to the pouch container with a support member of the present invention, a stable usage state is ensured while the structure is simple and the manufacturing cost is low.
Hereinafter, an example of an embodiment of a pouch container with a support member and a pouch container constituting the pouch container will be described in detail with reference to the drawings. The drawings referred to in the embodiments are schematically described, and the specific dimensions of each component should be determined in consideration of the following description. It is assumed from the beginning that the feature portions of the plurality of embodiments described below are appropriately combined.
In the present specification, in the pouch container with a support member and the pouch container constituting the pouch container, the side to which the injection member is attached is referred to as "upper". Further, the direction in which the sheets overlap is defined as the "front-back direction (or front-back direction)" of the pouch container, and the direction orthogonal to the vertical direction and the front-back direction is defined as the "lateral direction" of the pouch container. The term indicating the direction is also used for the support member.
In the embodiments illustrated below, the content to be filled in the pouch container is a liquid substance intended for shampoo, conditioner, liquid soap and the like. However, the content is not limited to this, and may be, for example, a solid substance such as a powder or granular material, or a jelly-like or gel-like semi-solid substance. Further, the

The
The
The
The upper
The
A
The
In the present embodiment, the
Each sheet constituting the
The base film layer itself may be provided with a gas barrier property. In this case, the barrier layer is used as the base film layer, and the multi-layer sheet has the barrier layer and the sealant layer. Further, when imparting heat-sealing property to both sides of the sheet, a single-layer film for forming a sealant layer described later may be used, and in the case of a multi-layer sheet, whether two layers of the same type or different types of sealant layers are provided. (At this time, one layer of the sealant layer is formally used as the base film layer), or a sheet having the sealant layers on both sides of the base film layer may be used.
Here, the constituent materials of the base film layer, the sealant layer, and the gas barrier layer will be illustrated. Lamination of each of these layers can be performed by a conventional laminating method, for example, dry lamination with an adhesive, thermal lamination in which a heat-adhesive layer is sandwiched and heat-bonded.
The films constituting the base film layer include polyester (polyethylene terephthalate (PET), polyethylene terephthalate (PEN), polybutylene terephthalate (PBT), polycarbonate (PC), etc.), polyolefin (polyethylene (PE), polypropylene ( PP), etc.), Polyethylene (Nylon-6, Nylon-66, etc.), Polyacrylonitrile (PAN), Polyethylene (PI), Polyvinyl Chloride (PVC), Polybutylene Chloride (PVDC), Polymethylmethacrylate (PMMA), and An example is a stretched or unstretched film having one or more layers composed of polyether sterephon (PES) or the like. The thickness of the base film is, for example, 10 μm to 200 μm, preferably 10 μm to 100 μm.
Examples of the film constituting the sealant layer include low density polyethylene (LDPE), linear low density polyethylene (LLDPE), ethylene-propylene copolymer (EP), unstretched polypropylene (CPP), and biaxially stretched nylon (ON). , Ethylene-olefin copolymer, ethylene-acrylic acid copolymer (EAA), ethylene-methacrylic acid copolymer (EMAA), ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer (EVA), etc. Can be exemplified by a stretched or unstretched film of. The thickness of the sealant layer is, for example, 20 μm to 200 μm, preferably 30 μm to 180 μm.
The gas barrier layer may be a metal thin film such as aluminum, a resin film such as vinylidene chloride (PVDC) or ethylene-vinyl alcohol copolymer (EVOH), or an arbitrary synthetic resin film (for example, a base film layer). ), An example is a film obtained by depositing (or sputtering) an inorganic oxide such as aluminum, aluminum oxide or silica.
Each sheet may be provided with a printing layer (not shown) for displaying the product name of the contents, the product description such as raw materials and precautions for use, and other various designs. For example, the print layer can be formed on the inner surface of the base film layer by a known method such as gravure printing.
FIG. 2 is a perspective view of the
In the
The vertical length of the
Since the standing
The shape of the
Hereinafter, with reference to FIGS. 3 and 4, the
As shown in FIGS. 3 and 4, the
The
The vertical length of the
An
The peripheral portion of the
The
The
The
FIG. 5 is a diagram showing a usage state of the pouch container 1 with a support member. As illustrated in FIG. 5, the pouch container 1 with a support member is used by attaching the
As described above, the
The above-described embodiment can be appropriately redesigned as long as the object of the present invention is not impaired. For example, the pouch container may be a standing pouch having only a bottom gusset sheet or a side gusset pouch having a side gusset sheet, and one sheet is used to form the first surface and the second surface. It may be a so-called one-seam pouch. Further, it may be a flat pouch that does not have independence. Even if the pouch container does not have self-supporting property, it can stand upright stably with the spout portion facing vertically upward by the support member.
6 to 10 show another example of the embodiment. In the following, the differences from the above-described embodiment will be mainly described, and the same reference numerals will be used for the same components as those in the above-described embodiment, and duplicate description will be omitted.
The
The
The
In the
In the pouch container 10C, one
The
The
The
In each of the above embodiments, the insertion slot is formed in the lower part of the pouch container and the support member is inserted into the insertion portion from below, but the insertion opening is formed in the upper part of the pouch container and the support member is inserted into the insertion portion from above. You may insert it. In this case, the support member wraps around from the back side of the pouch container, for example, above the pouch container to the front side, and is inserted into the insertion portion formed on the front side of the pouch container. Further, the insertion port may be formed along the vertical direction of the pouch container, and the support member may be inserted into the insertion portion from the side.
