Description
(1)本実施形態に係るエンジン発電機100は、回転数が可変制御される汎用エンジン1と、三相の巻線24を有し、エンジン1により駆動されて発電する発電部2と、発電部2から出力された交流を所定周波数の交流に変換して負荷36に出力するインバータユニット3と、巻線24の結線状態をY結線およびΔ結線のいずれかに切り替えるスイッチ回路25と、負荷の大きさを検出する負荷検出器72と、負荷検出器72により検出された負荷の大きさが所定値Pa以下のとき結線状態をY結線に切替え、所定値Paを超えると結線状態をΔ結線に切替えるようにスイッチ回路25の作動を制御するインバータ制御部51とを備える(図1,3)。
Claims (3)
- 回転数が可変制御される汎用エンジンと、
三相の巻線を有し、前記エンジンにより駆動されて発電する発電部と、
前記発電部から出力された交流を所定周波数の交流に変換して負荷に出力するインバータユニットと、
前記巻線の結線状態をY結線およびΔ結線のいずれかに切り替える結線切替え部と、
前記負荷の大きさを検出する負荷検出部と、
前記結線切替え部を制御する結線切替え制御部と、
第1モードおよび第2モードのいずれかの運転モードを選択するモード選択部と、
前記モード選択部により選択された運転モードに応じて目標回転数を設定する回転数設定部と、
前記回転数設定部により設定された目標回転数にエンジン回転数を制御する回転数制御部と、を備え、
前記結線切替え制御部は、前記第1モードが選択されると、前記負荷検出部により検出された負荷の大きさに拘らず前記巻線の結線状態を前記Δ結線に切り替え、前記第2モードが選択されると、前記負荷検出部により検出された負荷の大きさが所定値以下のとき結線状態を前記Y結線に切替え、前記負荷検出部により検出された負荷の大きさが前記所定値を超えると結線状態を前記Δ結線に切替えるように前記結線切替え部を制御し、
前記回転数設定部は、前記モード選択部により前記第2モードが選択され、かつ、前記負荷検出部により検出された負荷の大きさが前記所定値以下のとき、前記巻線の結線状態が前記Y結線のときのエンジン回転数と負荷との関係を示す予め定められた第1の特性に基づいて前記目標回転数を設定し、前記第2モードが選択され、かつ、前記負荷検出部により検出された負荷の大きさが前記所定値を超えると、前記巻線の結線状態が前記Δ結線のときのエンジン回転数と負荷との関係を示す予め定められた第2の特性に基づいて前記目標回転数を設定し、前記第1モードが選択されると、前記負荷検出部により検出された負荷の大きさに拘らず前記第2の特性に基づいて前記所定値に対応する回転数より大きい所定の回転数を前記目標回転数として設定することを特徴とするエンジン発電機。 - 請求項1に記載のエンジン発電機において、
前記発電部より出力された三相交流を整流する電力変換回路をさらに備え、
前記結線切替え部は、前記発電部と前記電力変換回路との間に設けられたスイッチ回路により構成されることを特徴とするエンジン発電機。 - 請求項2に記載のエンジン発電機において、
前記三相の巻線は、一端部が第1端子、第2端子および第3端子を介してそれぞれ前記電力変換回路に接続される第1巻線、第2巻線および第3巻線を有し、前記第1巻線、前記第2巻線および前記第3巻線の他端部は、それぞれ第4端子、第5端子および第6端子を介して前記スイッチ回路に接続され、
前記スイッチ回路は、一端が前記第4端子に、他端が前記第2端子に接続された第1スイッチと、一端部が前記第5端子に、他端が前記第3端子に接続された第2スイッチと、一端が前記第6端子に、他端が前記第1端子に接続された第3スイッチと、一端が前記第4端子、前記第5端子および前記第6端子にそれぞれ接続され、他端が中性点を介して互いに接続された第4スイッチ、第5スイッチおよび第6スイッチとを有することを特徴とするエンジン発電機。
