Description
ディスプレイ画面、コネクタ、カバー・プレート、およびブラケットを提供することであって、ディスプレイ画面は、ディスプレイ領域と、非ディスプレイ領域とを含み、コネクタは、第1の接合部分と、第2の接合部分と、第3の接合部分とを含む、提供すること、
第1の接合部分をカバー・プレートの下面に結合すること、
カバー・プレートの下面をディスプレイ画面の頂面に位置付けること、
第1の接合部分をディスプレイ画面の非ディスプレイ領域において結合し、かつディスプレイ領域を第1の接合部分の外に露出すること、
第2の接合部分をディスプレイ画面の側壁に向けて曲げて、第2の接合部分が、ディスプレイ画面の側壁に向き合うようにすること、
第3の接合部分をディスプレイ画面の底面に向けて曲げて、第3の接合部分が、非ディスプレイ領域に対応するようにすること、
ディスプレイ画面の底面をブラケットの頂部分に結合すること、および
第3の接合部分をブラケットの頂部分に結合することを含む。
Claims (10)
- ディスプレイ領域(14)と、前記ディスプレイ領域(14)を囲む非ディスプレイ領域(15)とを有するディスプレイ画面(10)と、
第1の接合部分(21)と、前記第1の接合部分の端部から曲がる第2の接合部分(22)と、前記第2の接合部分(22)から曲がる第3の接合部分(23)とを備えるコネクタ(20)であって、前記第1の接合部分(21)は、前記ディスプレイ画面(10)の頂面(11)に結合され、かつ前記ディスプレイ画面(10)の前記非ディスプレイ領域(15)に配置され、前記ディスプレイ領域(14)は、前記第1の接合部分(21)の外に露出され、前記第2の接合部分(22)は、前記ディスプレイ画面(10)の側壁(13)に向き合い、前記第3の接合部分(23)は、前記ディスプレイ画面(10)の底面(12)に取り付けられ、かつ前記非ディスプレイ領域(15)に対応する、コネクタ(20)と、
前記ディスプレイ画面(10)の前記頂面(11)、および前記第1の接合部分(21)に位置付けられた下面(31)を有するカバー・プレート(30)と、
前記ディスプレイ画面(10)の前記底面(12)および前記第3の接合部分(23)に接合された頂部分(41)を有するブラケット(40)と
を備え、
前記第1の接合部分(21)は、前記ディスプレイ画面(10)の前記頂面(11)に密着するように平坦な直線形状を有し、前記第2の接合部分(22)は、前記ディスプレイ画面(10)の側壁(13)に密着するように平坦な直線形状を有し、
前記第1の接合部分(21)は、前記ディスプレイ画面(10)の前記頂面(11)に接着され、前記第2の接合部分(22)は、前記ディスプレイ画面(10)の前記側壁(13)に接着されるディスプレイ画面組立品(100)。 - 前記ディスプレイ画面(10)は、有機発光ダイオード・フレキシブル画面を備える、請求項1に記載のディスプレイ画面組立品(100)。
- 前記コネクタ(20)は、薄膜、金属シート、およびプラスチック・シートのうちのいずれか1つを備える、請求項1に記載のディスプレイ画面組立品(100)。
- 前記第1の接合部分(21)は、接着することを手段として前記ディスプレイ画面(10)の前記非ディスプレイ領域(15)において結合される、請求項1に記載のディスプレイ画面組立品(100)。
- 前記第1の接合部分(21)は、前記非ディスプレイ領域(15)のすべてを覆う、または
前記第1の接合部分(21)は、前記非ディスプレイ領域(15)の一部を覆う、請求項1に記載のディスプレイ画面組立品(100)。 - 前記第3の接合部分(23)は、接着することを手段として前記ディスプレイ画面(10)の前記底面(12)に接合される、請求項1に記載のディスプレイ画面組立品(100)。
- 前記ディスプレイ画面(10)の前記頂面(11)は、前記カバー・プレート(30)の前記下面(31)にフルラミネーション様態で接合される、請求項1に記載のディスプレイ画面組立品(100)。
- 前記ディスプレイ画面(10)の前記頂面(11)は、光学透明接着剤を手段として前記カバー・プレート(30)の前記下面(31)に接着される、請求項1に記載のディスプレイ画面組立品(100)。
- 前記ブラケット(40)は、前記頂部分(41)の端部から上向きに延びる側壁(42)を備える、ディスプレイ画面組立品(100)であって、
装飾筐体(70)をさらに備え、前記装飾筐体(70)は、前記ブラケット(40)の前記側壁(42)の頂に配置され、かつ前記カバー・プレート(30)および前記ディスプレイ画面(10)を囲む、請求項1に記載のディスプレイ画面組立品(100)。 - 前記装飾筐体(70)は、インモールド射出成形を手段として前記ブラケット(40)に接合される、請求項9に記載のディスプレイ画面組立品(100)。
