Abstract
Description
本形態の農業フィルムは、ポリオレフィン系であって、例えばトンネル栽培、ハウス栽培の際に使用できる。ポリオレフィン系農業フィルム(以下、フィルムという)は、ポリオレフィン系樹脂にポリオレフィン系農業フィルム用改質剤(以下、改質剤という)を配合し、成形することにより作成される。また、ポリオレフィン系樹脂と高濃度の改質剤とを含有するマスターバッチを作成し、マスターバッチとポリオレフィン系樹脂との混合物を成形してフィルムを作成してもよい。
改質剤は、(A)非イオン性界面活性剤、(B)有機スルホン酸塩、(C)特定の無機塩、及び(D)無機物(前記(C)成分を除く)を含有する。改質剤には任意に(E)酸化防止剤が含有されてもよい。
(A)非イオン性界面活性剤は、従来公知のものを使用することができ、その種類は特に限定されない。(A)非イオン性界面活性剤は、1種類を単独で用いてもよいし、2種類以上を併用してもよい。
(B)有機スルホン酸塩は、従来公知のものを使用することができ、その種類は特に限定されない。(B)有機スルホン酸塩は、1種類を単独で用いてもよいし、2種類以上を併用してもよい。
(C)成分は、硫酸ナトリウム、硫酸カリウム、硫酸カルシウム、硫酸リチウム、塩化ナトリウム、塩化カリウム、塩化リチウム、塩化マグネシウム、及び塩化カルシウムから選ばれる少なくとも一つの無機塩である。例えば流滴性、透明性の観点から、(C)無機塩は硫酸ナトリウム及び塩化ナトリウムから選ばれる少なくとも一つであることが好ましい。
(D)成分は、(C)成分以外の無機物であればよく、その種類は特に限定されない。なお(D)成分は、(C)成分が上述のように特定されているため明瞭に特定していると考える。(D)無機物は、1種類を単独で用いてもよいし、2種類以上を併用してもよい。
(E)酸化防止剤は、従来公知のものであればよく、その種類は特に限定されない。(E)酸化防止剤は、1種類を単独で用いてもよいし、2種類以上を併用してもよい。
改質剤は、(A)〜(D)成分の含有割合の合計を100質量部とした場合に、(D)成分を1〜75質量部の割合で含有することが好ましい。また、(A)〜(D)成分の含有割合の合計を100質量部とした場合に、(D)成分を2〜60質量部の割合で含有することが更に好ましく、5〜40質量部の割合で含有することがより好ましい。
ポリオレフィン系樹脂としては、アルファオレフィンの単独重合、アルファオレフィンを主成分とする異種単量体との共重合体が挙げられる。例えば、ポリエチレン、ポリプロピレン、エチレン−ブテン共重合体、エチレン−4−メチル−1−ペンテン共重合体、エチレン−ヘキセン共重合体、エチレン−オクテン共重合体等のエチレン−アルファオレフィン共重合体、エチレン−酢酸ビニル共重合体、エチレン−アクリレート共重合体、エチレン−メチルアクリレート共重合体、エチレン−酢酸ビニルから得られる共重合体をけん化して得られるエチレン・ビニルアルコール共重合体、エチレン−メチルメタクリレート共重合体、エチレン−酢酸ビニル−メチルメタクリレート共重合体、アイオノマー樹脂等が挙げられる。上記二つ以上のポリオレフィン系樹脂を混合して用いることもできる。
ポリオレフィン系農業フィルム用マスターバッチ(以下、マスターバッチという)は、上述したいずれかのポリオレフィン系農業フィルム用改質剤とポリオレフィン系樹脂とを含有して生成される。マスターバッチには、本開示の目的を阻害しない範囲であれば、合目的的に他の剤を含有させることができる。かかる他の剤としては、耐候剤、紫外線吸収剤、赤外線吸収剤、アンチブロッキング剤、帯電防止剤、防曇剤、防霧剤、保温剤、熱安定剤、中和剤、可塑剤、滑剤、難燃剤、結晶核剤、顔料等等が挙げられる。
フィルムを成形する方法としては公知の方法を用いることができる。例えば、空冷インフレーション成形、空冷2段インフレーション成形、空冷3段インフレーション成形、水冷インフレーション成形等のインフレーション成形、Tダイとしてストレート・マニホールド型、コート・ハンガー型、これらを組み合わせたもの等を用いたTダイ成形が挙げられる。フィルムはインフレーション成形、Tダイ成形等が挙げられる。なお、フィルムの成形に用いられる樹脂組成物としては、ポリオレフィン系樹脂に上述のマスターバッチを混合した樹脂組成物と、ポリオレフィン系樹脂に直接改質剤を混合した樹脂組成物とのいずれを用いてもよい。フィルムの厚みは、例えば10μm〜300μmであるが、この厚さに限定されない。
積層フィルムは、例えば2層以上の積層フィルムであって、上述の改質剤を含有する改質フィルムを少なくともどちらか一方の表層として有する。積層フィルムの他の層は、熱可塑性樹脂、接着剤、アンカーコート剤、接着性樹脂等によって形成される。熱可塑性樹脂としては、ポリオレフィン系樹脂、ポリエチレンテレフタレート等のポリエステル、ナイロン6等のポリアミド、ポリビニルアルコール、ポリスチレン、ポリメタクリル酸メチル等のアクリル樹脂等が挙げられる。熱可塑性樹脂として、改質フィルムに含有される材料と同じポリオレフィン系樹脂を用いることもできる。熱可塑性樹脂には、合目的的に添加剤を含有させることもできる。添加剤としては、耐候剤、紫外線吸収剤、赤外線吸収剤、アンチブロッキング剤、帯電防止剤、防曇剤、防霧剤、保温剤、熱安定剤、中和剤、可塑剤、滑剤、難燃剤、結晶核剤、顔料等が挙げられる。
非イオン性界面活性剤としてジグリセリンとラウリン酸の部分エステル(A−1)63.20部、有機スルホン酸塩としてアルキル基の炭素数13〜18のアルキルスルホン酸ナトリウム(B−1)14.22部、無機塩として硫酸ナトリウム(C−1)1.58部、無機物としてシリカ(D−1)を20.50部、及び酸化防止剤として3−(3,5−ジ−tert−ブチル−4−ヒドロキシフェニル)プロピオン酸ステアリル(E−1)0.5部を均一混合することで、改質剤(K−1)を得た。
実施例1−1の改質剤(K−1)と同様にして、表1に示す組成の実施例1−2〜1−15の各改質剤(K−2〜K−15)および比較例1−1〜1−4の改質剤(k−1〜k−4)を得た。

オレフィン系樹脂としてエチレン−(1−ヘキセン)共重合体(密度:0.930g/cm3、MFR:1.0g/10分、エチレン共重合比率96%)(R−1)80部と、実施例1−1で得た改質剤(K−1)20部を均一混合した。これにより改質剤の濃度が20%となるマスターバッチ(N−1)を得た。
実施例2−1のマスターバッチ(N−1)と同様にして、表2に示す組成の実施例2−2〜2−15のマスターバッチ(N−2〜N−15)及び比較例2−1〜2−4のマスターバッチ(n−1〜n−4)を得た。
R−1:エチレン−(1−ヘキセン)共重合体(密度:0.930g/cm3、MFR:1.0g/10分、エチレン共重合比率96%)
R−2:エチレン−(1−ブテン)共重合体(密度:0.920g/cm3、MFR:2.1g/10分、エチレン共重合比率95%)
R−3:エチレン−プロピレン共重合体(密度:0.90g/cm3、MFR:7.0g/10分、エチレン共重合比率4%)
R−4:エチレン・酢酸ビニル共重合体(密度:0.936g/cm3、MFR:2.0g/10分、エチレン共重合比率85%)
ポリオレフィン系樹脂としてエチレン−(1−ヘキセン)共重合体(密度:0.930g/cm3、MFR:1.0g/10分、エチレン共重合比率96%)(R−1)90部と、実施例2−1で得たマスターバッチ(N−1)10部をタンブラーで混合して混合材料を得た。混合材料をTダイ法により30℃に冷却しながら押し出して80μmのフィルム(F−1)を得た。得られた混合材料及びフィルムは、ポリオレフィン系樹脂98部に対して、改質剤を2部含有していた。
実施例3−1のフィルム(F−1)と同様にして、表3に示す組成及び膜厚の実施例3−2〜3−15のフィルム(F−2〜F−15)及び比較例3−1〜3−4のフィルム(f−1〜f−4)を得た。
20℃の雰囲気下に水温40℃の水を張った水槽を置き、30度の斜度を付けた金型にフィルムを張った。3時間後にフィルムの表面に対する水滴の付き具合を観察して、以下の基準で初期の流滴性を評価した。10日後にもフィルムの表面に対する水滴の付き具合を観察して、同基準で流滴性の持続性を評価した。
4:水滴の付着無し
3:水滴の付着面積が50%未満
2:水滴の付着面積が50%以上80%未満
1:水滴の付着面積が80%以上
フィルムを、20℃で相対湿度65%の条件下に24時間調湿した。その後、ヘイズメーター(日本電色工業社製の商品名(NDH−5000))を用いて、JIS K 7136:2000に準拠した方法によりヘイズ値を測定した。以下の基準でフィルムの透明性を評価した。
3(優):10%未満(透明性が優れている)
2(良):10%以上且つ20%未満(透明性が良好である)
1(不良):20%以上(透明性が劣る)
フィルムを、20℃で相対湿度65%の条件下に24時間調湿した後、目視でフィルムを観察した。以下の基準でフィルムの外観を評価した。
3(優):フィルムにブツ(無機物の分散不良)が観察されない
2(良):フィルムにブツがわずかに観察される
1(不良):フィルムにブツが多く観察される
フィルムを製膜する際に、フィルムの製膜安定性を目視で観察した。以下の基準で生産性を評価した。
4(優):製膜開始から5時間以上製膜フィルムに押出変動が見られず、安定した膜厚のフィルムが得られた。
3(良):製膜開始から2時間以上5時間未満に製膜フィルムに押出変動が見られず、安定した膜厚のフィルムが得られた。
2(可):製膜開始から30分以上2時間未満に製膜フィルムに押出変動がみられなかったが、安定した膜厚のフィルムが得られなかった。
1(不良):製膜開始から30分未満に製膜フィルムに押出変動がみられ、安定した膜厚のフィルムが得られなかった。
ポリオレフィン系樹脂としてエチレン−(1−ヘキセン)共重合体(密度:0.930g/cm3、MFR:1.0g/10分、エチレン共重合比率96%)(R−1)90部と、製造したマスターバッチ(N−1)10部を混合して混合材料を得た。混合材料は、ポリオレフィン系樹脂98部に対して改質剤を2部含有していた。得られた混合材料を片側の外層(表層1:A層)の原料として利用した。エチレン−(1−ヘキセン)共重合体(R−1)を中間層(B層)の原料、及び他方の外層(表層2:C層)の原料として利用した。A〜C層をTダイ法により30℃に冷却しながら共押し出しして、厚さ100μmの3層の積層フィルム(M−1)を得た。各層の厚さの比は、A層/B層/C層=1/8/1とした。
実施例4−1の積層フィルム(M−1)と同様にして、表5に示す組成及び膜厚の実施例4−2〜4−15の積層フィルム(M−2〜M−15)及び比較例4−1〜4−4の積層フィルム(m−1〜m−4)を得た。
Claims (7)
- (A)非イオン性界面活性剤、(B)有機スルホン酸塩、(C)下記の無機塩及び(D)無機物(前記(C)成分を除く)を含有することを特徴とするポリオレフィン系農業フィルム用改質剤。
成分(C):硫酸ナトリウム、硫酸カリウム、硫酸カルシウム、硫酸リチウム、塩化ナトリウム、塩化カリウム、塩化リチウム、塩化マグネシウム及び塩化カルシウムから選ばれる少なくとも一つ - 前記(A)成分が、多価アルコールと、脂肪酸及び脂肪酸誘導体から選ばれる少なくとも一つとから形成された分子中に水酸基を有する脂肪酸エステルである請求項1に記載のポリオレフィン系農業フィルム用改質剤。
- 前記(B)成分が、炭素数6〜22のアルキル基を有するアルキルスルホン酸アルカリ金属塩、炭素数6〜22のアルキル基を有するアルキルアリールスルホン酸アルカリ金属塩、及び炭素数6〜22のアルキル基を有するスルホ脂肪酸エステルアルカリ金属塩から選ばれる少なくとも一つである請求項1又は2に記載のポリオレフィン系農業フィルム用改質剤。
- 前記(D)成分が、シリカ、ゼオライト、タルク及び珪藻土から選ばれる少なくとも一つである請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載のポリオレフィン系農業フィルム用改質剤。
- 前記(A)成分、前記(B)成分、前記(C)成分及び前記(D)成分の含有割合の合計を100質量部とした場合に、前記(D)成分を1〜75質量部の割合で含有する請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載のポリオレフィン系農業フィルム用改質剤。
- 更に、(E)酸化防止剤を含有する請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載のポリオレフィン系農業フィルム用改質剤。
- 前記(A)成分、前記(B)成分、前記(C)成分、前記(D)成分及び前記(E)成分の含有割合の合計を100質量部とした場合に、前記(D)成分を2〜70質量部の割合で含有する請求項6に記載のポリオレフィン系農業フィルム用改質剤。
