Description
バッテリパックの他の例によれば、前記第2バッテリ端子は、負極端子であり、前記第1スイッチは、NタイプFETスイッチを含むことを特徴とする。
バッテリの充電制御方法の他の例によれば、前記充電器との電気的連結が感知されていない場合、前記第1スイッチをターンオンさせる段階をさらに含む。
バッテリパック100は、第2充電モードにおいて、充電器10の電気的連結が切られるか否かということを感知する(S109)。

Claims (11)
- 少なくとも1つのバッテリセルを含み、第1バッテリ端子及び第2バッテリ端子を有するバッテリと、
充電器と連結される第1パック端子及び第2パック端子と、
前記第2パック端子及び第2バッテリ端子間に連結される第1スイッチ、及び前記第1スイッチと並列に連結され、前記バッテリの充電電流が流れる方向が順方向であるダイオードを含む放電スイッチと、
前記第1スイッチに流れる充電電流で、前記バッテリを充電させる第1充電モードと、前記ダイオードに流れる充電電流で、前記バッテリを充電させる第2充電モードとのうちいずれか一つを充電モードと決定するバッテリ管理部と、を含み、
前記バッテリ管理部は、前記第1充電モードで、前記バッテリの充電を始めた後、前記バッテリを充電させる前記充電器の充電電流の大きさが、既設定の基準電流以下になれば、前記第1充電モードから前記第2充電モードに充電モードを転換することを特徴とするバッテリパック。 - 前記バッテリ管理部は、前記第1充電モードから前記第2充電モードに転換し、前記第1充電モードで充電が完了する電圧より、既設定の電圧ほど低い電圧で、前記バッテリの充電を完了させることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のバッテリパック。
- 前記バッテリ管理部は、前記バッテリを充電させる前記充電器の充電電圧が一定に維持されれば、前記充電モードを、前記第1充電モードから前記第2充電モードに転換することを特徴とする請求項1に記載のバッテリパック。
- 前記バッテリ管理部は、前記バッテリが既設定の基準電圧まで充電されれば、前記第1充電モードから前記第2充電モードに転換することを特徴とする請求項1に記載のバッテリパック。
- 前記バッテリ管理部は、前記バッテリの充電状態を検出し、前記バッテリの充電状態が既設定の充電状態以上であるならば、前記第1充電モードから前記第2充電モードに転換することを特徴とする請求項1に記載のバッテリパック。
- 前記バッテリ管理部は、前記第2充電モードで、前記第1パック端子及び前記第2パック端子間に充電器の連結が感知されなければ、前記第1スイッチをターンオンさせることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のバッテリパック。
- 前記第2バッテリ端子は、前記バッテリの負極端子であり、前記第1スイッチは、NタイプFET(field effect transistor)スイッチを含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のバッテリパック。
- バッテリを充電させる充電器の連結を感知する段階と、
前記バッテリの充電電流及び放電電流が流れる大電流経路上に配置された第1スイッチに流れる充電電流である第1充電電流で、前記バッテリを充電させる段階と、
前記充電器が印加する充電電流を測定する段階と、
前記感知された充電電流が既設定の基準電流未満になれば、前記第1スイッチをターンオフさせる段階と、
前記第1スイッチと並列に連結されたダイオードに流れる充電電流である第2充電電流で、前記バッテリを充電させる段階と、を含むバッテリの充電制御方法。 - 前記第1スイッチをターンオフさせる段階は、
前記バッテリの電圧を測定する段階と、
前記感知された充電電圧の大きさが既設定の基準電圧以上になれば、前記第1スイッチをターンオフさせる段階と、をさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項8に記載のバッテリの充電制御方法。 - 前記感知された充電電圧に基づいて、バッテリの充電状態を検出する段階と、
前記検出されたバッテリの充電状態が既設定の充電状態以上になれば、前記第1スイッチをターンオフさせる段階と、をさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項9に記載のバッテリの充電制御方法。 - 前記充電器と電気的連結が感知されていない場合、前記第1スイッチをターンオンさせる段階をさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項8に記載のバッテリの充電制御方法。
