Description
また、光源ユニットからの熱によりリフレクタユニットの温度は上昇し、それぞれのリフレクタ間の距離が大きくなる傾向にある。しかし、本発明の車両用前照灯では、複数の光源ユニットがそれぞれのリフレクタ毎に配置されるため、リフレクタ間の距離が大きくなる場合であっても、リフレクタと当該リフレクタに配置される光源ユニットとの相対的な位置が変化することを抑制することができる。
このため、本発明の車両用前照灯は熱耐久性に優れるのである。
図1は、本実施形態における車両用前照灯を正面視する図である。本実施形態の車両用前照灯1は、車両の前方の左右方向のそれぞれに備えられるものであり、左右の車両用前照灯は左右方向に概ね対称の構成とされる。従って、本実施形態では、一方の車両用前照灯について説明する。
次に、本発明の第2実施形態について図8を参照して詳細に説明する。なお、第1実施形態と同一又は同等の構成要素については、特に説明する場合を除き、同一の参照符号を付して重複する説明は省略する。

Claims (3)
- 互いに連結される複数のリフレクタとそれぞれの前記リフレクタが連結される基台部とを有するリフレクタユニットと、
それぞれのリフレクタ毎に前記基台部上に配置される複数の光源ユニットと、
それぞれの光源ユニット上に配置される複数の放熱部材と、
を備え、
前記基台部には前記リフレクタ側と反対側に延在する複数の放熱部材固定用リブ及び前記リフレクタ側と反対側に延在する複数の光源ユニット固定用リブが設けられ、
それぞれの前記放熱部材には前記放熱部材固定用リブよりも大きな径の複数の放熱部材固定用孔が形成され、
それぞれの前記光源ユニットには前記光源ユニット固定用リブよりも大きな径の複数の光源ユニット固定用孔が形成され、
それぞれの前記放熱部材固定用リブは、前記放熱部材固定用孔に挿通されて、前記放熱部材固定用孔の内壁面と前記放熱部材固定用リブの外周面との間に隙間が形成されるように熱かしめされており、
それぞれの前記光源ユニット固定用リブは、前記光源ユニット固定用孔に挿通されて、前記光源ユニット固定用孔の内壁面と前記光源ユニット固定用リブの外周面との間に隙間が形成されるように熱かしめされている
ことを特徴とする車両用前照灯。 - 前記放熱部材の熱伝導率は、前記リフレクタユニットの熱伝導率よりも大きい
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の車両用前照灯。 - それぞれの前記光源ユニットは、発光素子と当該発光素子が搭載される基板とを有し、
前記光源ユニット固定用孔は、前記基板に形成される
ことを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の車両用前照灯。
