Claims (13)
- 充電柱(202)に接続され、少なくとも2つの電力半導体スイッチと少なくとも1つのエネルギー蓄積器とをそれぞれ含む少なくとも2つの電池モジュールを有する、インテリジェント電池パック(122、123、124、206)を直流充電するための方法であって、前記電池パックが接続回路(200)を用いて充電のために接続され、各個別の前記エネルギー蓄積器の状態が監視され、前記それぞれのエネルギー蓄積器の前記状態の連続的評価に従って、前記電池パック(122、123、124、206)内の前記電池モジュールの相互間のそれぞれの直列および/または並列の相互接続が前記電力半導体スイッチの作動を介して動的に構成される、方法。
- 隣接電池モジュールの直列相互接続(122)と隣接電池モジュールの並列相互接続(124)との間で動的に選択がなされる、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記電池パック内の前記相互接続において少なくとも1つの電池モジュールが迂回される、請求項1または2に記載の方法。
- 前記電池モジュールのそれぞれの適切な相互接続を介して、さまざまな充電モードが実行される、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記電池モジュールの適切な相互接続を介して、個別の電池モジュール間でエネルギー交換が実行される、請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記電池パック(122、123、124)に接続された、制御されていない充電柱の電圧レベルが識別され、前記電池モジュールの前記相互接続は、前記電池パック(122、123、124)の電圧レベル(142、143、144)が常に前記充電柱の前記電圧レベル以下であるように制御される、請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記充電柱に接続された前記インテリジェント電池パック(122、123、124)は、電流制御を実行し、前記電池パック(122、123、124)の前記電圧レベル(142、143、144)は、所定の電流量をもたらすために、絶え間なく連続して前記電池モジュールの相互間の前記直列および/または並列の相互接続を介して制御される、
請求項6に記載の方法。 - 前記電池パックの電圧レベルは、前記電池パックの残りの電池モジュールと直列接続された個別の電池モジュールを交互に接続および切断することを介して実現される、請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記電池モジュールの前記相互接続の変更によって生じるサージ電流がフィルタ(204)によって相殺される、請求項1〜8のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 流れる充電電流が測定され、前記個別のエネルギー蓄積器の前記それぞれの状態に応じて、前記電力半導体スイッチの作動を介して調節される、請求項1〜9のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 電池パック(122、123、124)であって、少なくとも2つの電力半導体スイッチおよび前記少なくとも2つの電力半導体スイッチに電気的に接続されたエネルギー蓄積器をそれぞれ含む、少なくとも2つの電池モジュールと、それぞれのエネルギー蓄積器の状態を決定するためのセンサと、流れる充電電流を測定するための、各電池モジュールと関連付けられたセンサと、コンピュータプロセッサおよび前記コンピュータプロセッサ上で実行されるコンピュータプログラムを備えた制御装置とを含み、前記電池パック(122、123、124)は、請求項1〜10のいずれか一項に記載の方法を実行するように設計される、電池パック(122、123、124)。
