Description
図2〜図7を参照して、本発明の第1実施形態に係る経皮カテーテル(以下、「カテーテル」と称する)30を説明する。図2〜図7は、第1実施形態に係るカテーテル30の構成の説明に供する図である。本実施形態に係るカテーテル30は、図1の静脈側カテーテル(脱血用カテーテル)5として使用されるものである。
以下、第1実施形態に係るカテーテルチューブ31の製造方法について、図8、図9を参照しながら説明する。図8、図9は、本実施形態に係るカテーテルチューブ31の製造方法を示す図である。
次に、上述したカテーテル30の使用方法について説明する。図2はダイレーター50のダイレーターチューブ51をカテーテル30のルーメン30Aに挿通する前の状態、図4はダイレーターチューブ51をカテーテル30のルーメン30Aに挿通した後の状態をそれぞれ示している。
以下、第1実施形態に係るカテーテルチューブ31の製造方法の変形例について図10、図11を参照しながら説明する。図10、図11は、本実施形態に係るカテーテルチューブ31の製造方法の変形例を示す図である。
図12を参照して、本発明の第2実施形態に係る経皮カテーテル(以下、「カテーテル」という。)230を説明する。図12(A)は、カテーテル230の先端側を示す側面図であり、図12(B)は、カテーテル230にダイレーター50を挿入した様子を示す側面図である。
図13〜図15を参照して、本発明の第3実施形態に係る経皮カテーテル(以下、「カテーテル」という。)60を説明する。図13〜図15は、第2実施形態に係るカテーテル60の構成の説明に供する図である。

Claims (3)
- 血液が流通するルーメンを備え、軸方向に延びる経皮カテーテルであって、
網状に編組された複数のワイヤー間の隙間に、複数の間隙部と、前記間隙部よりも開口面積が大きくなるように形成された第1開口部と、を備える管状の補強体と、
前記補強体を被覆するように設けられ、前記第1開口部に重なるように配置された第2開口部を備える樹脂層と、を有し、
前記第1開口部と前記第2開口部とが重なる部分に、前記ルーメンと連通する側孔が形成され、
前記補強体と前記樹脂層とを含み、前記軸方向に延びる第1チューブと、前記第1チューブの基端側に連結され、前記補強体と前記樹脂層とを含み、前記軸方向に延びる第2チューブと、前記第1チューブの先端に固定された先端チップと、を有し、前記第1チューブは、前記第2チューブよりも伸縮性が高く構成され、
前記側孔は、前記第1チューブに配置される先端側の側孔を含み、
前記第1チューブは、前記ルーメンにダイレーターを挿通すると、前記ダイレーターの先端部が、前記先端チップの受け面に当接して前記先端チップを先端側へ押し込むことによって前記軸方向へ伸長し、
前記先端側の側孔は、前記第1チューブの前記軸方向への伸長に伴って、前記軸方向に沿って縦長に変形して前記先端側の側孔の開口面積が小さくなる、経皮カテーテル。 - 血液が流通するルーメンを備え、軸方向に延びる経皮カテーテルに用いられるチューブの製造方法であって、
網状に形成された複数のワイヤー間の隙間に、複数の間隙部と、前記間隙部よりも開口面積が大きくなるように形成された第1開口部と、を備える管状の補強体を形成する工程と、
前記補強体を樹脂によって被覆して樹脂層を形成する工程と、
前記第1開口部に形成された前記樹脂層を穿孔して第2開口部を形成し、前記第1開口部と前記第2開口部とが重なる部分に、前記ルーメンと連通する側孔を形成する工程と、を有し、
前記補強体を形成する工程は、前記軸方向に延在する円柱状の第1治具の外周面に前記ワイヤーを編組しながら、前記第1治具の外周面の一部に前記軸方向に交差する方向に配置された第2治具の周りに前記第1開口部を形成する工程を有する、経皮カテーテル用チューブの製造方法。 - 前記補強体を形成する工程は、前記第1開口部が形成された前記ワイヤー間の隙間を維持しつつ、前記ワイヤーに熱を加えて形状記憶する工程を有する、請求項2に記載の経皮カテーテル用チューブの製造方法。
