Claims (11)
- 上下重畳された二枚のフィルムの間に複数のセルが形成されるように接合し、前記複数のセルの他端部を接着して閉鎖させ、前記複数のセルの一端部に形成された注入口にチェックバルブをそれぞれ配置させて複数のセル内部、および前記セル同士の間に形成される空間の全てに流体が注入されるセル包装シートを製造する段階と、
前記セル包装シートのチェックバルブを介して流体を注入して前記複数のセルを膨張させる段階と、
前記複数のセルが膨張したセル包装シートの上側と下側にそれぞれ上側フィルムと下側フィルムを接合する段階と、
前記セル包装シートの密閉された複数のセルの他端部が開放されるように、前記上側フィルムおよび下側フィルムと共に前記セル包装シートの他端部を切断する段階と、
他端部が切断された前記セル包装シートを一対の回転ローラーの間に通過させて前記セル包装シートを圧着しながら前記セル包装シートの複数のセルの流体を抜き出して、他端部と接合する段階と、
他端部が接合された前記セル包装シートまたは他端部が接合されていない前記セル包装シートを巻取ローラーの外面にロール状に巻き取る段階とを含んでなることを特徴とする、断熱性および保管性が向上したシートの製造方法。 - 前記上側フィルムの一端部及び前記下側フィルムの一端部は、前記セル包装シートの一端部よりも一側に延びて設けられ、前記下側フィルムの一端部の上面に共同チェックバルブが備えられることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の断熱性および保管性が向上したシートの製造方法。
- 前記共同チェックバルブは、前記下側フィルムの一端部の上面に一定の間隔で設けられることを特徴とする、請求項2に記載の断熱性および保管性が向上したシートの製造方法。
- 前記共同チェックバルブの注入口を除いた前記上側フィルムの一端部と前記下側フィルムの一端部とを接合して前記チェックバルブと連通する共同注入空間を形成する段階を含むことを特徴とする、請求項2に記載の断熱性および保管性が向上したシートの製造方法。
- 前記下側フィルムと前記上側フィルムとの間ごとに前記セル包装シートが位置するように前記下側フィルムと前記上側フィルムが交互に上下に積層された状態で接合され、
前記下側フィルムの一端部の上面及び前記上側フィルムの一端部の上面に前記共同チェックバルブが備えられることを特徴とする、請求項2に記載の断熱性および保管性が向上したシートの製造方法。 - 前記セル内に気体が充填されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の断熱性および保管性が向上した包装シートの製造方法。
- 前記気体が空気または不活性ガスであることを特徴とする、請求項6に記載の断熱性および保管性が向上したシートの製造方法。
- 前記セル内に液体が充填されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の断熱性および保管性が向上したシートの製造方法。
- 前記液体が水であることを特徴とする、請求項8に記載の断熱性および保管性が向上したシートの製造方法。
- 前記上側フィルムの上部または前記下側フィルムの下部に光反射層が備えられるか、或いは前記上側フィルムの上部と前記下側フィルムの下部の両方に前記光反射層が備えられることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の断熱性および保管性が向上した包装シートの製造方法。
- 前記上側フィルムの上部または前記下側フィルムの下部にカバー層が備えられるか、或いは前記上側フィルムの上部と前記下側フィルムの下部の両方に前記カバー層が備えられることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の断熱性および保管性が向上した包装シートの製造方法。
