Description
Claims (8)
- 高分子材料製の物体を形成する方法であって、前記高分子材料は融解温度(Tf)を有し、
前記高分子材料を溶融するステップと、
前記高分子材料を溶融温度(Tf)未満に冷却するステップと、
前記高分子材料を管状成形体(H)に押し出すステップと、
内部キャビティを有する金型(60)に前記管状成形体(H)を挿入するステップと、
前記管状成形体(H)を第1の端部にて閉鎖するステップと、
前記管状成形体(H)が前記金型(60)の前記内部キャビティに付着するように、第2の端部を通して前記管状成形体(H)に空気を吹き込むステップと、
を含み、
前記高分子材料を溶融温度(Tf)未満に冷却するステップは、前記高分子材料を、スタティックミキサーを含む熱交換器(2)を備える冷却装置(20)に供給するステップを含み、
前記スタティックミキサーは、前記高分子材料が通過する主導管を含み、
前記主導管の中に混合要素(16)が配置され、
前記混合要素(16)は、静止位置に配置されて前記高分子材料の流れを均一にする複数の分流バー(17)を含み、
前記分流バー(17)を使用して、前記高分子材料の主流を複数の二次流に分割し、前記複数の二次流は前記スタティックミキサーを流れる間に混合する、方法。 - 少なくとも第2の高分子材料を溶融するステップと、
前記第2の高分子材料を前記管状成形体(H)と同心の第2の管状成形体(H1)に押し出すステップと、
内部キャビティを有する金型(60)に前記管状成形体(H)および前記第2の管状成形体(H1)を挿入するステップと、
前記管状成形体(H、H1)を第1の端部にて閉鎖するステップと、
前記管状成形体(H、H1)が前記金型(60)の前記内部キャビティに付着するように、第2の端部を通して前記管状成形体(H、H1)に空気を吹き込むステップと、
を含む、請求項1に記載の方法。 - 前記第2の高分子材料を前記第2の高分子材料の溶融温度(Tf2)未満に冷却するステップを含む、請求項2に記載の方法。
- 管状体をブロー成形するための形成装置であって、
高分子材料を溶融するように構成された溶融装置(10)と、
前記高分子材料を管状体(H)に押し出すように構成された押出ヘッド(50)と、
前記管状体(H)を収容し、第1の端部にて前記管状体(H)を閉鎖するように構成された、成形された内部キャビティを有する金型(60)と、
前記管状体(H)内への流体の供給を可能にするように構成された吹込手段(53、54)と、
前記高分子材料を溶融温度(Tf)未満の温度に冷却するように構成されており、前記溶融装置(10)及び前記押出ヘッド(50)の間に配置され、前記溶融装置(10)の下流側に配置される冷却装置(20)と、
を備え、
前記冷却装置(20)は、スタティックミキサーを含む熱交換器(2)を備え、
前記スタティックミキサーは、静止位置に配置されて前記高分子材料の流れを均一にする複数の分流バー(17)を含む混合要素(16)を備え、
前記分流バー(17)は、前記高分子材料の主流を、前記スタティックミキサーを流れる間に混合される複数の二次流に分割するために提供されることを特徴とする、形成装置。 - 前記押出ヘッド(50)は、前記溶融装置(10)と連通して配置された供給導管(51)によって供給され、前記冷却装置(20)は前記供給導管(51)に沿って配置されている、請求項4に記載の装置。
- 供給導管(51)は、前記溶融装置(10)から来る第1のストレッチ(51a)と、前記第1のストレッチに接続され、前記押出ヘッド(50)と連通する第2のストレッチ(51b)とを含み、前記冷却装置(20)は、前記供給導管(51)の前記第1のストレッチ(51a)に沿って配置されている、請求項4に記載の装置。
- 第2の高分子材料を溶融するための少なくとも第2の溶融装置(10a)を備え、前記押出ヘッド(50)は、前記第2の高分子材料を前記第1の管状体(H)と同心である第2の管状体(H1)に押し出すように構成されている、請求項4に記載の装置。
- 前記第2の溶融装置(10a)と前記押出ヘッド(50)との間に配置され、前記第2の高分子材料を溶融温度(Tf2)より低い温度に冷却するように構成された少なくとも第2の冷却装置(20a)を備える、請求項7に記載の装置。
