Description
タッチ走査周期において、複数のソース線に第1のアナログ信号を入力し、複数の多重化線に第2のアナログ信号を入力し、複数のゲート線に第3のアナログ信号を入力して、複数のゲート線、複数のソース線、複数の共通電極線及び複数のセンサブロックの間に形成された寄生容量を除去し、
第1のアナログ信号の波形と共通電極に入力された走査信号の波形とが類似し、第2のアナログ信号の波形と共通電極に入力された走査信号の波形とが類似し、第3のアナログ信号の波形と共通電極に入力された走査信号の波形とが類似する。
タッチ走査周期において、第1の入力モジュールが複数のソース線に第1のアナログ信号を入力し、第2の入力モジュールが複数の多重化線に第2のアナログ信号を入力し、第3の入力モジュールが複数のゲート線に第3のアナログ信号を入力して、複数のゲート線、複数のソース線、複数の共通電極線及び複数のセンサブロックの間に形成された寄生容量を除去し、
第1のアナログ信号の波形と共通電極に入力された走査信号の波形とが類似し、第2のアナログ信号の波形と共通電極に入力された走査信号の波形とが類似し、第3のアナログ信号の波形と共通電極に入力された走査信号の波形とが類似する。

Claims (10)
- 寄生容量の除去方法であって、タッチ表示パネルが複数のゲート線、複数のソース線、複数の共通電極線及び複数の多重化線を含み、前記複数の共通電極線の延伸方向が前記複数のソース線の延伸方向と平行であり、共通電極が複数のセンサブロックを含み、前記共通電極がタッチ駆動電極として多重化され、前記複数の共通電極線が前記複数のセンサブロックにそれぞれ接続され、前記複数の多重化線が前記複数のゲート線にそれぞれ接続され、走査周期が表示走査周期及びタッチ走査周期を含み、
前記タッチ走査周期において、前記複数のソース線に第1のアナログ信号を入力し、前記複数の多重化線に第2のアナログ信号を入力し、前記複数のゲート線に第3のアナログ信号を入力して、前記複数のゲート線、前記複数のソース線、前記複数の共通電極線及び前記複数のセンサブロックの間に形成された寄生容量を除去し、
前記第1のアナログ信号の波形と前記共通電極に入力された走査信号の波形とが任意時点において同レベルとし、前記第2のアナログ信号の波形と前記共通電極に入力された走査信号の波形とが任意時点において同レベルとし、前記第3のアナログ信号の波形と前記共通電極に入力された走査信号の波形とが任意時点において同レベルとすることを特徴とする方法。 - 前記第2のアナログ信号の波形は、第1の目標ハイレベル及び第2の目標ハイレベルを含み、前記第2のアナログ信号の波形は、第1の目標ローレベル及び第2の目標ローレベルを含み、前記第1の目標ハイレベル及び前記第2の目標ハイレベルが、異なるVGHモジュールにより生成され、前記第1の目標ローレベル及び前記第2の目標ローレベルが、異なるVGLモジュールにより生成されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記第1の目標ハイレベルが第1のVGHモジュールにより生成され、前記第2の目標ハイレベルが第2のVGHモジュールにより生成され、前記第1の目標ローレベルが第1のVGLモジュールにより生成され、前記第2の目標ローレベルが第2のVGLモジュールにより生成されることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の方法。
- 前記第1の目標ハイレベル>前記第2の目標ハイレベル>前記第1の目標ローレベル>前記第2の目標ローレベルであることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の方法。
- 前記第1のアナログ信号の波形と前記共通電極に入力された走査信号の波形とが完全に同じであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。
- 寄生容量の除去装置であって、タッチ表示パネルが複数のゲート線、複数のソース線、複数の共通電極線及び複数の多重化線を含み、前記複数の共通電極線の延伸方向が前記複数のソース線の延伸方向と平行であり、共通電極が複数のセンサブロックを含み、前記共通電極がタッチ駆動電極として多重化され、前記複数の共通電極線が前記複数のセンサブロックにそれぞれ接続され、前記複数の多重化線が前記複数のゲート線にそれぞれ接続され、走査周期が表示走査周期及びタッチ走査周期を含み、
第1の入力モジュール、第2の入力モジュール及び第3の入力モジュールを含み、前記タッチ走査周期において、前記第1の入力モジュールが前記複数のソース線に第1のアナログ信号を入力し、前記第2の入力モジュールが前記複数の多重化線に第2のアナログ信号を入力し、前記第3の入力モジュールが前記複数のゲート線に第3のアナログ信号を入力して、前記複数のゲート線、前記複数のソース線、前記複数の共通電極線及び前記複数のセンサブロックの間に形成された寄生容量を除去し、
前記第1のアナログ信号の波形と前記共通電極に入力された走査信号の波形とが任意時点において同レベルとし、前記第2のアナログ信号の波形と前記共通電極に入力された走査信号の波形とが任意時点において同レベルとし、前記第3のアナログ信号の波形と前記共通電極に入力された走査信号の波形とが任意時点において同レベルとすることを特徴とする装置。 - 前記第2のアナログ信号の波形は、第1の目標ハイレベル及び第2の目標ハイレベルを含み、前記第2のアナログ信号の波形は、第1の目標ローレベル及び第2の目標ローレベルを含み、前記第1の目標ハイレベル及び前記第2の目標ハイレベルが、異なるVGHモジュールにより生成され、前記第1の目標ローレベル及び前記第2の目標ローレベルが、異なるVGLモジュールにより生成されることを特徴とする請求項6に記載の装置。
- 前記第1の目標ハイレベルが第1のVGHモジュールにより生成され、前記第2の目標ハイレベルが第2のVGHモジュールにより生成され、前記第1の目標ローレベルが第1のVGLモジュールにより生成され、前記第2の目標ローレベルが第2のVGLモジュールにより生成されることを特徴とする請求項7に記載の装置。
- 前記第1の目標ハイレベル>前記第2の目標ハイレベル>前記第1の目標ローレベル>前記第2の目標ローレベルであることを特徴とする請求項8に記載の装置。
- 前記第1のアナログ信号の波形と前記共通電極に入力された走査信号の波形とが完全に同じであることを特徴とする請求項7に記載の装置。
