Description

The present invention relates to a water quality monitoring system that detects an abnormality in the water quality of the test water by injecting a test water such as tap water into a water tank and constantly monitoring aquatic organisms.

。 As for tap water distributed to households, raw water is taken from rivers, lakes and wells and distributed through water purification facilities. Toxic substances such as organochlorine compounds such as PCB (polychlorinated biphenyl), harmful heavy metals such as mercury, cadmium, lead and zinc, dioxins, potassium cyanide and pesticides may be mixed in this raw water. For this reason, tap water must comply with the water quality standards (50 items) based on Article 4 of the Waterworks Law, and water utilities are obliged to inspect. In addition to the water quality standards, items that should be noted in water quality management include water quality management target setting items (27 items), pesticides (101 items), and items for which the actual detection status in tap water is not clear (40 items). Item). Therefore, raw water quality management requires continuous monitoring for 24 hours. As a conventional monitoring method, the cost is lower than the chemical analysis method using reagents, the reaction result is quick, and the raw water can be continuously inspected. Therefore, the water quality monitoring method using aquatic organisms is widely recognized, and fish are used in the monitoring tank. A device that constantly breeds and directly and continuously supplies raw water for automatic monitoring has been put into practical use (see Patent Documents 1 to 5).

However, depending on the properties of the test water (raw water), the above-mentioned conventional monitoring device may not be able to monitor aquatic organisms, and water quality monitoring may not be possible. For example, river water immediately after the passage of a typhoon contains suspended substances, so the suspended substances are gradually accumulated in the water tank, and the accumulated suspended substances are wound up by the movement of aquatic organisms, and the image processing device etc. is suspended from the aquatic organisms. The water quality monitoring function was reduced due to confusion with turbid substances. This can be avoided by filtering the water to be tested before pouring it into the aquarium, but it requires replacement of the filter medium due to clogging, which requires cost and labor. In addition, if a toxic substance is attached to the suspended substance in the test water, the toxic substance attached to the suspended substance is removed at the same time as the suspended substance in the test water by performing the filtration treatment. , Water quality abnormality cannot be detected correctly.

Further, when the raw water is pumped up, the raw water often contains a large amount of air bubbles, which causes a malfunction of the detector.

In particular, the mass outbreak of algae in the aquarium is one of the causes that makes it impossible to monitor water quality. Especially in the summer, algae begin to adhere to the aquarium in a few days, and in about a week, a large amount of algae may grow in the aquarium, reducing the water quality monitoring function or killing aquatic organisms. These can be avoided by cleaning the aquarium frequently, but there are problems that a great deal of labor is required, water quality monitoring is stopped during cleaning, and stress is given to aquatic organisms.

The present invention has been made in view of the above-mentioned problems of the prior art, and provides a water quality monitoring system using aquatic organisms capable of long-term breeding of aquatic organisms and improving the detection accuracy of water quality. The purpose is to provide.

Therefore, the present invention is a water quality monitoring system for detecting the water quality of the test water in a plurality of aquariums through which the test water is continuously passed and for breeding aquatic organisms in the test water, and the water is continuously passed. The test water is defoamed and has a turbidity sensor, a water quality detection tank having a water quality detection sensor that detects harmful substances in the test water flowing in from the defoaming tank, and an inflow from the water quality detection tank. The first feature is that it is equipped with a control panel that controls the opening and closing of the emergency shutoff valve, the ON-OFF of the surveillance camera, the operation of the automatic feeder, and the ON-OFF of the LED lighting, as well as delivering to the terminal equipment.

The second feature is that the defoaming tank and the water quality detection tank are made of a light-shielding material and have a removable lid, and the breeding water tank has a net-like lid. The third feature is that it is provided so that it can be opened and closed.

Further, the fourth feature is that the breeding aquarium is divided into upper and lower parts by a porous partition plate on which a three-dimensional net-like mat is placed, and a drain pipe is provided at the bottom of the breeding aquarium.

Hereinafter, the outline of the water quality monitoring system of the present invention will be described with reference to FIG. The water quality monitoring system 1 of the present invention is installed outdoors exposed to sunlight and rainfall, and as shown in FIG. 1, mainly has a defoaming tank 100 that removes air bubbles in raw water, and a target water quality standard. It is composed of a water quality detection aquarium 200 in which a detector is installed, a breeding aquarium 300 for long-term breeding and breeding of aquatic organisms and checking the water quality of raw water using aquatic organisms, and a control panel 400. It is a device that monitors raw water quality abnormalities by dividing the raw water sent from springs, rivers, lakes, etc. to the purification facility from the headrace and supplying it continuously. In addition, each water tank (defoaming tank 100, water quality detection water tank 200, breeding water tank 300) is equipped with instruments for detecting water quality such as a turbidity sensor and a water quality detection sensor, and the detection results are reported in the control panel 400. It is configured so that the detection results, images, etc. can be transmitted to the terminal device wirelessly and / or by wire via a mobile line, a dedicated line, and an Internet line, etc., as needed.

The raw water is continuously supplied to various aquariums (defoaming tank 100, water quality detection tank 200, breeding tank 300), and after water quality inspection, it is finally drained from a drain pipe 500 connected to various tanks. .. By supplying raw water in a flowing manner in this way, it is possible to constantly monitor the quality of raw water. When an abnormality is detected in the water quality, the emergency shutoff valve B1 is closed to prevent the outflow of the raw water in which the abnormality is detected, and the raw water in which the abnormality is detected is stored. It can be useful when conducting an inspection.

In the water quality monitoring system 1 of the present invention, as shown in FIG. 1, the raw water is divided in the middle of the raw water conducted from wells, springs, rivers, lakes, etc. to the water purification facility, and supplied through the raw water conduit 21. Will be done. The term "raw water" as used herein means fresh water, rainwater, brackish water, and seawater, and for convenience, refers to the water to be tested. The raw water conduit 21 is provided with a water distribution valve 31 for adjusting the flow rate, and can adjust or stop the supply of raw water as needed. The raw water pipe 21 can be made of resin or metal, but from the viewpoint of workability, durability, heat retention, and heat insulation, it is excellent in wear resistance, impact resistance, and flexibility, and is inexpensive. A pipe with a heat insulating tube made of polybuden resin is good. Further, from the viewpoint of preventing the temperature of the raw water from changing and taking measures against ultraviolet rays, it is more preferable to have a double pipe structure in which the PF pipe and the CD pipe having excellent weather resistance are externalized.

In the water quality monitoring system 1 of the present invention to which the raw water pipe 21 is connected, as shown in FIG. 2, the breeding water tank 300 and the base 902 on which the control panel 400 is loaded are placed on the upper part of the resin pallet 901. The defoaming tank 100 and the water quality detection water tank 200 are laminated on the 300, and each tank and the control panel 400 are connected by a pipe or a dedicated cable to form an integrated unit. As shown in FIGS. 2B and 2C, the defoaming tank 100 and the water quality detection water tank 200 are provided with removable lids 101 and 201 and are sealed, and the breeding water tank 300 is a hinge. A mesh-like lid 301 that can be opened and closed by means of the like is provided, and it is possible to take in sunlight and rainfall into the water tank.

As shown in FIG. 3, the raw water pipe 21 is connected to a water supply inlet 102 provided above the defoaming tank 100 (above the water surface W). The defoaming tank 100 is a metal box body, and has a removable lid 101 at the top. Therefore, since the outside light is blocked from the outside light and photosynthesis is not performed in the defoaming tank 100 at all times, the generation of algae is not activated and the algae can be prevented from breeding. Inside the defoaming tank 100, a separator 112 is provided at a predetermined distance from the inner bottom surface of the defoaming tank 100, and is divided into an inflow chamber and an outflow chamber. Therefore, since the bubbles 113 in the raw water rise in the inflow chamber, only the raw water from which the bubbles 113 have been removed can be introduced into the outflow chamber. A turbidity sensor 41 connected to the control panel 400 via a dedicated cable is inserted on the outflow chamber side, and accurate turbidity of raw water can be detected without causing malfunction due to air bubbles 113. More specifically, by fixing the turbidity sensor 41 on the back surface of the lid 101 and integrating it with the lid 101, the lid 101 can be removed without worrying about the turbidity sensor 41, and the defoaming tank can be removed. Cleaning inside 100 can be easily performed. Further, on the inflow chamber side, a thermometer 42 connected to the control panel 400 via a dedicated cable is inserted so that the temperature of the raw water can be detected.

As shown in FIG. 3, a cleaning outlet 103 to which the drain pipe 501 is connected is provided on the bottom surface of the defoaming tank 100. The drain pipe 501 is connected to the drain pipe 500 via the manual valve B2, and the raw water in the defoaming tank 100 can be discharged by opening the manual valve B2 when cleaning the inside of the defoaming tank 100. it can. Further, in the defoaming tank 100, an overflow cylinder 105 formed of a tubular body having an opening at one end and a pipe connected to the other end is provided so that the opening always protrudes from the water surface W. The overflow pipe 105 can forcibly drain water to the drain pipe 500 via the overflow port 104 and the overflow pipe 502 when the water level in the defoaming tank 100 rises abnormally.

The defoaming tank 100 is connected to the water quality detection tank 200 via the emergency shutoff valve B1 to the communication port 106 provided above the defoaming tank 100. Since the water quality detection water tank 200 has the same structure as the defoaming tank 100 except that a water quality detection sensor is provided instead of the turbidity sensor 41, detailed description thereof will be omitted. The water quality detection water tank 200 is provided with a water quality detection sensor as needed in accordance with the water quality standard items according to the Water Supply Law, and is provided with no reagent such as a pH / ORP detector, a conductivity detector, and a dissolved oxygen detector. A type of water quality detection sensor is provided. When the installed water quality detection sensor detects a water quality abnormality, the emergency shutoff valve B1 is closed, the water level of the defoaming tank 100 is raised, and the continuously supplied raw water is forcibly drained from the overflow cylinder 105. The raw water in the water quality detection tank 200 is stored in the state at the time of detecting the water quality abnormality. In addition, it is possible to prevent the inflow of abnormal raw water into the breeding aquarium 300 provided on the downstream side of the water quality detection tank 200. The opening / closing state of the emergency shutoff valve B1 is remotely or manually operated, but the operation to the closed state is automatically remotely controlled by the control panel 400, and only when returning to the open state is manually or via the control panel 400. It is preferably operated manually.

The breeding aquarium 300 uses raw water whose water quality has been inspected in the water quality detection tank 200, and as shown in FIG. 4, aquatic organisms a are bred for a long period of time with natural breeding in a natural environment, and the aquatic organisms a are used as samples for raw water. It is a water tank for further water quality inspection. Here, aquatic organism a generally refers to Himedaka, goldfish, Daphnia, etc., and it is desirable to use Himedaka from the viewpoint that sensitivity to poisons has been sufficiently investigated and it is possible to supply a constant evaluation quality. .. The safety of raw water can be evaluated by exposing the medaka fish to the water of the evaluation site and observing its survival, swimming behavior, spawning, spawning behavior, and hatching of eggs. In other words, it is possible to determine the acute toxicity, chronic toxicity, and hereditary toxicity of water quality depending on whether or not Himedaka can lay and reproduce soundly. When an abnormality occurs, the emergency shutoff valve B1 is closed to stop the supply of raw water, and the sample aquatic organism a and the water test (raw water in the breeding aquarium 300) are inspected closely by a specialized agency, etc., with high accuracy. Toxicity can be detected.

In addition, from the viewpoint of ecosystem protection, the raw water of the area where the water quality monitoring system 1 is installed in the aquatic organism a is examined using the organisms (for example, black medaka, Amano shrimp, Kawanina, etc.) that inhabit the rivers and lakes. By using water, breeding can be carried out in a situation closer to the natural environment. Furthermore, aquatic organisms a that have actively propagated and increased, or raw water in which no abnormality has been detected can be released into the area.

The breeding aquarium 300 includes surveillance cameras 311, 312 that image the inside of the aquarium, LED lighting 313 that assists the illuminance at the time of imaging, an automatic feeder 314 that automatically feeds the aquatic organism a, and a thermometer 315. It is equipped. As shown in FIG. 4, the breeding aquarium 300 is a metal box body, and has an openable and closable lid body 301 at the upper part. The lid 301 is configured by stretching a bird net on the frame to prevent the invasion of predatory organisms such as birds and dragonflies, and to take in sunlight, rainfall, and natural wind into the breeding water tank 300. it can. The inside of the breeding aquarium 300 is mainly divided into three spaces, a duct room, a breeding room, and a deposition room. The duct room and the breeding room are partially partitioned by a partition plate or the like, and in particular, the duct room accommodates equipment and dedicated cables arranged in the breeding aquarium 300. Further, in a space where the duct room and the breeding room are continuous, aquatic plants b (for example, water hyacinth) that grow floating on the water surface can be cultivated.

As shown in FIG. 4, the breeding aquarium 300 is provided with a partition plate 302 made of a perforated metal plate such as punching metal at a predetermined position, and a polypropylene three-dimensional net-like mat 303 (Shinko) is provided on the upper surface of the partition plate 302. (Manufactured by Nylon Co., Ltd.) and the ball gravel 304 are placed on the mat 303 for the purpose of preventing the mat 303 from floating. Therefore, the breeding aquarium 300 is divided into a breeding chamber and a sedimentary chamber, and the movement of the aquatic organism a from the breeding chamber to the sedimentary chamber is restricted. Therefore, by partitioning the inside of the breeding aquarium 300, only the excrement and residual food of the aquatic organism a generated in the breeding chamber sinks into the sedimentary chamber through the minute gaps of the partition plate 302, the mat 303, and the ball gravel 304. As the sediment 305 is formed, the sediment 305 can be prevented from being rolled up again and floating in the breeding chamber, and the hygiene management in the breeding aquarium 300 becomes easy. When the partition plate 302 and the mat 303 are fixedly attached, the ball gravel 304 can be eliminated.

Further, a drain pipe 503 and a sediment removal manual valve B3 are connected to the bottom surface of the deposit chamber, and the deposit removal manual valve B3 can be manually opened and closed to collect the deposit 305. Therefore, the breeding aquarium 300 can be easily cleaned by simply pouring water over the mat 303 or the like while collecting the sediment 305. At that time, since the aquatic organism a is not moved to a water tank or the like separately to damage the aquatic organism a and stress the aquatic organism a is not applied, the life of the aquatic organism a can be extended.

As shown in FIG. 4, an overflow drainage pipe 306 is provided on the upper side surface of the breeding water tank 300, and a breeding water tank drainage pipe 307 is provided on the lower side. As shown in FIG. 1, the overflow drainage pipe 306 and the breeding water tank drainage pipe 307 are connected to the drainage pipe 500 as one piping system. Therefore, the raw water constantly poured into the breeding aquarium 300 is drained through the breeding aquarium drainage pipe 307, and when the breeding aquarium drainage pipe 307 is clogged with deposits 305 and the like and the water level in the breeding aquarium 300 rises. Is drained through the overflow drain pipe 306.

As shown in FIG. 5, the surveillance cameras 311, 312 house the Web camera 3111 in a transparent storage BOX3112 made of polycarbonate resin having a protection class of IP67 and install it in the breeding aquarium 300, and capture the imaging data in the breeding aquarium 300. It is configured so that it can be transmitted to the control panel 400 via the LAN cable 3114. The Web camera 3111 is a camera that can be powered by a switching hub from the viewpoint of workability and waterproofness, and can adjust the horizontal and vertical angles of the lens with a zoom function so that the inside of the water tank can be imaged from a desired angle and direction. Is used. From the viewpoint of waterproofness, it is preferable that the storage BOX3112 has one wiring port and is provided by a construction method that can ensure waterproofness. Specifically, a hole is constructed in the outer wall of the storage BOX3112, an insert pipe joint 3115 is inserted through the hole, a packing 3117 is provided on the outer wall side of the outer screw of the insert pipe joint 3115, and the inside is tightened with a nut 3116. The connector 3113 is provided with a LAN cable 3114. The Web camera 3111 is fixed to a stay 3118 provided inside the storage BOX 3112 via a position adjusting stud 3119. The surveillance cameras 311, 312 configured in this way are attached to the wall surface of the breeding aquarium 300, and can operate the Web camera 3111 by utilizing the cooling effect of the raw water without taking heat measures.

LED lighting 313 is fixedly attached to the back surface of the lid 301. The LED lighting 313 is normally turned off, and is controlled so as to detect an abnormality in water quality and automatically turn on when the surveillance cameras 311, 312 take an image. Further, the LED lighting 313 is connected to the control panel 400 by a dedicated cable, and the lighting or extinguishing operation is controlled by a manual operation on the control panel 400. Further, a thermometer 315 is provided in the lower part of the breeding aquarium 300, and is configured to transmit the water temperature in the breeding aquarium 300 to the control panel 400.

As shown in FIG. 6, the automatic feeder 314 includes a hopper 3141 for storing food C1 for feeding aquatic organism a, a jig 3144 for measuring an appropriate amount of food C2 from the hopper 3141, and a drive motor 3143 for rotating the jig 3144. It is composed of a shooter 3145 for dropping bait C2 and a storage BOX 3142 for storing these. The hopper 3141 is made of resin and is formed in a cone-shaped cylinder that is elongated toward the bottom, and a lid 3141a is detachably attached to the upper portion. Below the hopper 3141, a jig 3144 that rotates in the axial direction by a drive motor 3143 that is started based on a feeding command of the control panel 400 is arranged. The jig 3144 is provided with a measuring hole 3144a, and when the jig 3144 is rotated and the measuring hole 3144a is turned upward, the bait C1 of the hopper 3141 is scraped off by the volume of the hole, that is, only the bait C2, and the measuring hole 3144a is turned downward. At that time, the bait C2 is dropped on the shooter 3145. The shooter 3145 is a tubular body that prevents the bait C2 from being scattered by the wind. Further, the axis of the shooter 3145, the axis of the hopper 3141, and the axis of the measuring hole 3144a are arranged so as to be in the same linear shape so that the bait C2 is surely dropped. These were stored in a storage BOX3142 made of polycarbonate resin having a protection class of IP67, and the wiring cable connected to the control panel 400 was protected by a waterproof connector to form a highly waterproof automatic feeder 314. Since the detailed structure of the waterproof connector has the same structure as the waterproof connector used in the surveillance cameras 311, 312, the description thereof will be omitted.

Feeding is adjusted by controlling the rotation of the sig 3144, and the jig 3144 is equipped with a rotation detection sensor 3144b. The detected rotation is transmitted to the control panel 400, and the control panel 400 performs arithmetic processing from the preset feeding time, the water temperature in the breeding aquarium 300, and other external conditions to obtain an appropriate feeding time. Feeding is performed by driving the drive motor 3143. The amount of food for aquatic organisms a changes according to the amount of activity due to the season, water temperature, and weather. It is said that the automatic feeder 314 enables long-term breeding of the aquatic organism a by adjusting the increase / decrease in the feeding amount so as to correspond to the food amount of the aquatic organism a.

Further, in the breeding aquarium 300, nitrates are generated from the residual food and excrement of the aquatic organism a. In order to treat this nitrate, aquatic plant b is cultivated in the breeding aquarium 300. In particular, the aquatic plant b absorbs nitrates, supplies oxygen to the water by photosynthesis, and is used as a diet for the aquatic plant a, which serves as a spawning place and a hiding place. Therefore, it is necessary for long-term breeding of the aquatic plant a. Examples of such aquatic plants include floating plants, cabbomba, anacharis, coontail, screw ballisneria, water hyacinth, water lily, and hoteiso.

As shown in FIG. 7, the control panel 400 is a stainless steel housing in which various devices and devices are housed. As shown in FIG. 7, the control panel 400 is roughly classified into a monitoring unit 401, a communication unit 402, and an imaging memory. The unit 403 is provided and is connected to the terminal device 405 via the Internet 404. In order to enable the water quality monitoring system 1 to be installed outdoors, the housing of the control panel 400 is manufactured with a waterproof structure having a protection class of IP54.

The monitoring unit 401 includes a power supply device 4011 that supplies 100 V of power from a commercial power source or the like to the control panel 400 as a main device, and a touch panel type display for displaying the status of various devices and devices and setting and operating operating conditions. Various numerical values set by the device 4012 and the touch panel display 4012, transmission signals to be output to various instrumentation devices, and control signals are transmitted to and received from various instrumentation devices and connected devices, and various instrumentation devices and connected devices are automatically transmitted. The PLC (micro sequencer) 4013 to be controlled is connected to the analog / communication mobile router 4021, the Internet router 4022, and the Wi-Fi antenna 4023, and an abnormality is detected in the water quality of the terminal device 405 such as a mobile phone, a smartphone, or a PC. It is equipped with a DL (remote monitoring / data logging) 4014 that sends an alarm by mail or voice, and a signal converter 4015.

例えば、IEEE1394、USB、電力線搬送、ケーブルTV回線、電話線、ADSL(Asymmetric Digital Subscriber Line)回線等の有線でも、IrDAやリモコンのようなWi-Fi(登録商標)、赤外線、Bluetooth(登録商標)、IEEE802.11無線、HDR(High Data Rate)、NFC(Near Field Communication)、Digital Living Network Alliance、携帯電話網、衛星回線、地上波デジタル網等の無線でも利用可能である。 Here, the program code may be transmitted between the control panel 400, the Internet 404, and the terminal device 405, and is not particularly limited. For example, the Internet, intranet, extranet, LAN, ISDN, VAN, CATV communication network, virtual private network, telephone line network, mobile communication network, satellite communication network and the like can be used. Further, the transmission medium constituting this communication network may be any medium as long as it can transmit the program code, and is not limited to a specific configuration or type. For example, even wired such as IEEE1394, USB, power line carrier, cable TV line, telephone line, ADSL (Asymmetric Digital Subscriber Line) line, Wi-Fi (registered trademark) such as IrDA and remote control, infrared, Bluetooth (registered trademark) , IEEE802.11 radio, HDR (High Data Rate), NFC (Near Field Communication), Digital Living Network Alliance, mobile phone network, satellite line, terrestrial digital network, etc. The present invention can also be realized in the form of a computer data signal embedded in a carrier wave, in which the program code is embodied by electronic transmission.

The signal converter 4015 is connected to a temperature sensor and a water quality detection sensor via a dedicated cable, converts a transmission signal of 4 to 20 mA into a transmission signal and an alarm signal, and transmits / receives to the PLC 4013 and DL 4014. The auxiliary relay 4016 amplifies the output signal of the PLC 4013 and transmits it to the emergency shutoff valve, the LED lighting, and the feeder, and these connected devices are controlled to turn on and off based on the command of the PLC 4013. Further, the control panel 400 is provided with an outside air thermometer 406, an illuminance sensor 407, and an isolator 4017 that converts the output signal of the illuminance sensor 407 into a transmission signal of 4 to 20 mA and an alarm signal. The outside air thermometer 406 and the illuminance sensor 407 are provided outside the control panel 400 and are attached at appropriate positions.

The communication unit 402 includes DL4014, and transmits transmission signals transmitted from various instrumentation devices (various sensors, emergency shutoff valves, LED lighting) to the monitoring unit 401 via the Internet 404 for WEB browsing and / or automatic mail transmission. Take on the role of Further, the image data of the surveillance camera is converted into a transmission signal, and the WEB can be browsed in real time via the Internet 404. Further, the imaging data of the surveillance camera is stored in the network disk recorder 4031 provided in the imaging storage unit 403. When a water quality abnormality is detected, the stored imaging data is used to confirm the state of the water tank before and after the detection, and can be useful for making a more accurate judgment on the water quality abnormality.

The water quality monitoring system 1 of the present invention configured as described above automatically controls the water temperature, lighting, feeding, aeration, water amount, etc. required for the management of the breeding aquarium 300, and creates an optimum environment for the aquatic organism a. It can be maintained without the hassle of an administrator. In addition, when a harmful substance is detected in the raw water, the image of the breeding aquarium 300 is transmitted to the terminal device, etc., and the lighting and feeding amount can be controlled by the terminal device, etc. from outside, so that the situation can be grasped. This can be done reliably, and it becomes easy to maintain the optimum environment for the aquatic organism a for a long period of time.

In the present invention, the various water tanks (defoaming tank 100, water quality detection water tank 200, breeding water tank 300) are manufactured by processing a metal plate, but have weather resistance and strength sufficient to withstand outdoor installation. Any material may be used as long as it has a material, and examples thereof include a resin material such as acrylic resin and a glass material. However, when a transparent material is used, it is necessary to attach a light-shielding member so that the growth of algae can be suppressed in the aquarium. Further, when the oxygen concentration in the breeding aquarium 300 is low and it is difficult to breed the aquatic organism a, an air pump may be provided in the breeding aquarium 300 to replenish oxygen. At this time, since a water flow is generated in the breeding aquarium 300 by the air pump and it becomes difficult for the sediment 305 to be formed, a timed intermittent operation type is used so that the excrement and residual food of the aquatic organism a sink during the operation stop. It is preferable to do so.
