Description
以下に記述された実施例において、触媒構造体を得るためのコロイド状セラミック成形技術としてロボキャスト(robocasting)が使用される。
<1A. ロボキャストされた(マクロ)ポーラス3D(固有の)触媒構造体の準備>
触媒材料として、Si/Al比が25のゼオライトZSM−5粉末がSud−Chemieから提供された(粒径分布は0.5〜22μm、d50は8μm)。ゼオライト粉末は、受領したままで使用された。
せん断速度の関数としての押出ペーストの粘度を決定するためにレオロジー技術が使用された(kinexus rheometer、Malvern Instruments、ウスターシャー、イギリス)。
触媒材料としてのゼオライトZSM−5に基づく(同じ1−1構造を有する)ロボキャストされた(マクロ)ポーラス3D(固有の)触媒構造体が、セクション1Aで提示されたように準備された。無機バインダの異なる組み合わせを有する構造体が研究された。比較例として一つだけの単一の無機バインダを使用する構造体が分析された。
<2A. メタノールからオレフィンへの反応のためのロボキャストされたZSM−5構造体の触媒結果>
触媒材料としてのゼオライトZSM−5に基づく(同じ1−1構造を有する)ロボキャストされた(マクロ)ポーラス3D(固有の)触媒構造体が、セクション1Aで提示されたように準備される。無機バインダの異なる組み合わせを有する構造体が研究された。一つだけの単一の無機バインダを使用した構造体も、比較例として分析された。
<2B.1. ファイバー直径の影響>
第一ステップにおいて、ファイバー直径の影響が評価された。400、900、1500μmのファイバー直径を有する構造体の触媒試験の結果が図7及び表5に示されている。
マクロ気孔率が異なる触媒構造体を用いたメタノールからオレフィンへの(MTO)反応についての生産時間実験の結果が図8及び表6に示されている。
本発明のシリカ/リン酸アルミニウム二成分バインダ触媒の異なるアーキテクチャがロボキャストされた。構造体中のチャネルのアーキテクチャと、従って拡散経路及びねじれは、ロボキャストプロセス中の異なる層の積層を変えることによって変化される。より詳細に、1−1及び1−3積層を有する3DFD構造体が、0.9mm直径のノズルと、1.1mmのプログラムされたファイバー間距離とを用いて製造された。
Claims (15)
- バルク触媒構造体の組み立て方法であって、
セラミック材料を含む組成物を成形してグリーン構造体を得るステップであって、前記セラミック材料が触媒材料と第一及び第二無機バインダとを含み、前記成形するステップが、前記組成物の懸濁液、スラリー、又はペーストを準備し、前記グリーン構造体を得るために前記懸濁液、スラリー、又はペーストを成形するステップを備え、前記成形するステップが、三次元ファイバー堆積によって前記懸濁液、スラリー、又はペーストをファイバーとして押し出すステップを備え、
前記ファイバーが層状ネットワークを形成し、
前記触媒材料はゼオライトを含み、
前記セラミック材料における前記第一及び第二無機バインダの合計量が、形成された触媒構造体の全固体重量による10重量%から50重量%の間に含まれ、
前記第一無機バインダがベントナイトであり前記第二無機バインダがコロイド状シリカであるか、又は、前記第一無機バインダがコロイド状シリカであり前記第二無機バインダがリン酸アルミニウムである、ステップと、
前記グリーン構造体を乾燥及びか焼してバルク触媒構造体を得るステップであって、前記構造体はモノリシックであり、流れ方向に延在する長さを有する第一チャネルと、半径方向に延在する長さを有する第二チャネルとを備え、前記半径方向は前記流れ方向と直交しており、前記第一チャネル及び前記第二チャネルは流体連結しているステップと、を備える方法。 - 前記ファイバーが離間されており、前記ファイバー間に第一及び/又は第二チャネルを画定する、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記層状ネットワークは交互の層を備え、前記成形するステップは互いに斜めの前記交互の層にファイバーを配置するステップを備える、請求項1又は2に記載の方法。
- 互いに直交する前記交互の層に前記ファイバーを配置するステップを備える、請求項3に記載の方法。
- 前記交互の層のそれぞれにおいて前記ファイバーが互いに平行である、請求項3又は4に記載の方法。
- 前記交互の層が、第一の交互層と第二の交互層とを備え、前記第一の交互層の連続物におけるファイバーの配置が整列されており、前記第二の交互層の連続物におけるファイバーの配置が整列されている、請求項3から5のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記交互の層が第一の交互層と第二の交互層とを備え、互いに整列された第一の交互層の連続物に前記ファイバーを配置するステップと、第二の交互層の連続物にファイバーを千鳥状に配置するステップとを備える、請求項3から5のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 前記ファイバーが直線状である、請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記第一及び第二無機バインダに対する触媒材料の比が、重量で85/15から65/35の間に含まれている、請求項1から8のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記第一チャネルが直線状である、請求項1から9のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記第一チャネルが蛇行している、請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記第二チャネルが直線状である、請求項1から11のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- メタノールからオレフィンへの反応のための、請求項1〜12のいずれか一項に記載の方法によって得ることが可能なバルク触媒構造体の使用。
- 前記層状ネットワークの前記ファイバーが0.1mm〜2mmの直径を有する、請求項13に記載のバルク触媒構造体の使用。
- 約303Kで、窒素フロー中の0.04m/秒の表面気体速度において、0.3bar/m以下の圧力降下を前記バルク触媒構造体が示す、請求項13又は14に記載のバルク触媒構造体の使用。
