Claims (6)
- プライマリプーリと、セカンダリプーリと、該プライマリプーリおよび該セカンダリプーリの間に巻き掛けられたベルトと、を備えるベルト式無段変速機を有する車両の、診断装置であって、
ベルト滑りの発生の過渡期の、前記プライマリプーリの油圧アクチュエータに供給される作動油の油圧および前記セカンダリプーリの油圧アクチュエータに供給される作動油の油圧の少なくとも一方に基づいて、前記ベルト滑りの発生要因を推定する推定部を備え、
前記ベルト滑りの発生回数を測定する滑り回数測定部と、
前記ベルト滑りの発生中に、前記プライマリプーリの前記油圧アクチュエータの油圧および前記セカンダリプーリの前記油圧アクチュエータの油圧の少なくとも一方の油圧振動の発生を判定するとともに、該油圧振動の発生回数を測定する油圧振動測定部と、を備え、
前記推定部は、前記ベルト滑りの発生回数と前記油圧振動の発生回数とに基づいて、前記油圧振動が前記ベルト滑りの発生要因であるかを推定する
ことを特徴とする車両の診断装置。 - 前記推定部は、前記ベルト滑りの発生回数と前記油圧振動の発生回数との相関係数を算出し、該相関係数が予め設定されている閾値以上である場合に、前記油圧振動が前記ベルト滑りの発生要因と推定する
ことを特徴とする請求項1の車両の診断装置。 - 前記推定部は、前記ベルト滑りの発生回数に対する前記油圧振動の発生回数の割合が予め設定されている閾値以上である場合に、前記油圧振動が前記ベルト滑りの発生要因と推定する
ことを特徴とする請求項1の車両の診断装置。 - プライマリプーリと、セカンダリプーリと、該プライマリプーリおよび該セカンダリプーリの間に巻き掛けられたベルトと、を備えるベルト式無段変速機を有する車両の、診断装置であって、
ベルト滑りの発生の過渡期の、前記プライマリプーリの油圧アクチュエータに供給される作動油の油圧および前記セカンダリプーリの油圧アクチュエータに供給される作動油の油圧の少なくとも一方に基づいて、前記ベルト滑りの発生要因を推定する推定部を備え、
前記ベルト滑りの発生回数を測定する滑り回数測定部と、
前記ベルト滑りの発生中に、前記プライマリプーリの前記油圧アクチュエータの油圧および前記セカンダリプーリの前記油圧アクチュエータの油圧の少なくとも一方の油圧の応答遅れが発生したかを判定するとともに、該油圧の応答遅れの発生回数を測定する応答遅れ測定部と、を備え、
前記推定部は、前記ベルト滑りの発生回数と前記油圧の応答遅れの発生回数とに基づいて、前記油圧の応答遅れが前記ベルト滑りの発生要因であるかを推定する
ことを特徴とする車両の診断装置。 - 前記推定部は、前記ベルト滑りの発生回数と前記油圧の応答遅れの発生回数との相関係数を算出し、該相関係数が予め設定されている閾値以上である場合に、前記油圧の応答遅れが前記ベルト滑りの発生要因と推定する
ことを特徴とする請求項4の車両の診断装置。 - 前記推定部は、前記ベルト滑りの発生回数に対する前記油圧の応答遅れの発生回数の割合が予め設定されている閾値以上である場合に、前記油圧の応答遅れが前記ベルト滑りの発生要因と推定する
