Description
Claims (9)
- 電気制御システムであって、
第1バッテリーセルの電圧をモニターする第1スレーブICと、
第2バッテリーセルの電圧をモニターする第2スレーブICと、
相互動作可能に通信する第1マイクロコントローラ及び第2マイクロコントローラと、
前記第1スレーブIC及び第2スレーブICと前記第1マイクロコントローラとが相互動作可能に通信する通信ICと、
前記第1マイクロコントローラ及び前記第2マイクロコントローラと、第1コンタクタ及び第2コンタクタに作動可能に接続するコンタクタ制御システムと、を含み、
前記第1スレーブICは、前記通信ICによって受信され、前記第1バッテリーセルが過電圧状態を有することを示す第1メッセージを生成し、
前記通信ICは、前記第1メッセージに応じて、前記通信ICと前記第2マイクロコントローラとの間に接続したフォルトラインを、過電圧状態が検出されたことを示す第1ロジッグレベルに設定し、
前記第2マイクロコントローラは、前記第1ロジッグレベルを有する前記フォルトラインに応じて、前記過電圧状態が検出されたことを示す第2メッセージを前記第1マイクロコントローラに伝送し、
前記第1マイクロコントローラは、前記第2メッセージの受信に応じて、前記第1マイクロコントローラが前記第1コンタクタ及び前記第2コンタクタのそれぞれを開放動作状態に設定することを示す第3メッセージを、通信バス送受信機ICを介して車両制御機に伝送し、
前記第1マイクロコントローラは、前記第2メッセージの受信に応じて、前記第1コンタクタ及び前記第2コンタクタのそれぞれを前記開放動作状態に設定するように前記コンタクタ制御システムに命令するように構成された、電気制御システム。 - 前記第1マイクロコントローラは、前記第2メッセージの受信に応じて、前記第2マイクロコントローラが前記コンタクタ制御システムに前記第1コンタクタ及び前記第2コンタクタのそれぞれを前記開放動作状態に設定するように命令する第4メッセージを前記第2マイクロコントローラに伝送する、請求項1に記載の電気制御システム。
- 前記第2マイクロコントローラは、前記第2マイクロコントローラが第2メッセージを送信した後、予め決められた第1時間内に前記第1マイクロコントローラから前記第4メッセージを受信できない場合、前記車両制御機が前記第2マイクロコントローラ及び前記第1マイクロコントローラからメッセージを受信しないように前記通信バス送受信機ICの動作を非活性化する、請求項2に記載の電気制御システム。
- 前記車両制御機は、前記車両制御機が予め決められた第2時間内に前記第2マイクロコントローラ及び前記第1マイクロコントローラからメッセージを受信できない場合、前記第2マイクロコントローラが前記第1コンタクタ及び前記第2コンタクタのそれぞれを前記開放動作状態に設定するように決定する、請求項3に記載の電気制御システム。
- 前記第2マイクロコントローラは、前記第2マイクロコントローラが第2メッセージを送信した後、予め決められた第1時間内に前記第1マイクロコントローラから第4メッセージを受信できない場合、前記第1コンタクタ及び前記第2コンタクタのそれぞれを前記開放動作状態に設定するように前記コンタクタ制御システムに命令する、請求項1に記載の電気制御システム。
- 前記第1マイクロコントローラは、前記第1コンタクタ及び前記第2コンタクタの、第1コンタクタコイル及び第2コンタクタコイルを、それぞれ非活性化することで前記第1コンタクタ及び前記第2コンタクタのそれぞれを開放動作状態に設定するように前記コンタクタ制御システムに命令する、請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載の電気制御システム。
- 前記第1コンタクタ及び前記第2コンタクタは、車両のパワートレインに電気的に接続する、請求項1から6のいずれか一項に記載の電気制御システム。
- 前記第1マイクロコントローラと前記第2マイクロコントローラとの間に動作可能に接続した他の通信バスをさらに含む、請求項1から7のいずれか一項に記載の電気制御システム。
- 前記第1スレーブICは、前記第1バッテリーセルの測定された電圧レベルを示す測定された電圧値をさらに含むように前記第1メッセージを生成し、
前記通信ICは、前記測定された電圧値をさらに含む前記第1メッセージを前記第1マイクロコントローラに伝送する、請求項1から8のいずれか一項に記載の電気制御システム。
