Claims (12)
- コイル部が埋設され、複数の磁性粒子を含む本体と、
前記コイル部と接続された外部電極と、を含み、
前記複数の磁性粒子のうち少なくとも一部の粒子は、表面に形成された第1層、前記第1層の表面に形成された第2層、及び前記第2層の表面に形成された第3層を含み、
前記第1層はP成分を含む無機コーティング層であり、
前記第2層は原子層蒸着層であり、
前記第3層はP成分を含む無機コーティング層である、
コイル電子部品。 - 前記第1層の厚さは10〜15nmである、請求項1に記載のコイル電子部品。
- 前記第2層の厚さは10〜15nmである、請求項1または2に記載のコイル電子部品。
- 前記第1層及び第2層の合計厚さは20〜30nmである、請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載のコイル電子部品。
- 前記第1層及び第2層は互いに異なる物質からなる、請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載のコイル電子部品。
- 前記第3層は前記第1層と同一の物質からなる、請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載のコイル電子部品。
- 前記第2層はアルミナ(Al2O3)及びシリカ(SiO2)のうち少なくとも一つの成分を含む、請求項1から6のいずれか一項に記載のコイル電子部品。
- 前記複数の磁性粒子は、複数の第1粒子、及び前記複数の第1粒子よりもサイズが小さい複数の第2粒子を含む、請求項1から7のいずれか一項に記載のコイル電子部品。
- 前記複数の第1粒子はFe系合金からなる、請求項8に記載のコイル電子部品。
- 前記複数の第1粒子は直径が10〜25μmである、請求項8または9に記載のコイル電子部品。
- 前記複数の第2粒子は純鉄からなる、請求項8から10のいずれか一項に記載のコイル電子部品。
- 前記複数の第2粒子は直径が5μm以下である、請求項8から11のいずれか一項に記載のコイル電子部品。
