Description
The present invention relates to an impact test device for testing an impact when a test object such as a home appliance is dropped.
Conventionally, products such as home appliances and personal computers have been tested for damage due to impacts such as dropping during transportation and use. JIS C-60068-2-27 defines this test method. In this regulation, the magnitude, duration of action, number of tests, direction, etc. of the impact pulse are specified. Further, JIS Z 0119 defines an impact test method for confirming the impact strength of the product itself. This specification specifies how to apply the impact pulse to obtain the damage boundary curve of the product.
As a device for performing such an impact test, there is a device for measuring the impact when the test object is dropped from a predetermined height. However, in recent years, there has been a demand for an apparatus capable of performing an impact test in which a test object is dropped from a higher position.
Prior arts for this type of impact tester include, for example, a mounting table that is held at a predetermined height, a breaking bolt that is provided above the mounting table, and a cylinder that pulls the mounting table upward via a breaking bolt. , There is an impact test device including a compression spring that applies a downward force to the mounting table by being compressed by a cylinder, and a collision member provided below the mounting table (see, for example, Patent Document 1). In this impact test device, the mounting table is pulled upward by the cylinder against the force of the compression spring, and the force of the compression spring is released at once by the breaking of the breaking bolt to cause the mounting table to collide with the collision member. In this device, the force of the compression spring is used to perform an impact test from a position higher than the actual height.
Further, as another prior art, there is an impact test device including a mounting table held at a predetermined height position and a launching means for launching a colliding body provided below the mounting table upward (for example,). , Patent Document 2). This impact test device is provided with a breaking bolt that holds the colliding body at a predetermined height position and a compression spring that applies an ascending force to the colliding body. Then, the elastic energy of the compression spring is released at once by the breakage of the breaking bolt to accelerate the colliding body and cause it to collide with the mounting table. This device also uses the force of the compression spring to perform an impact test from a position higher than the actual height.
However, in both the impact test devices of
It is also conceivable that the impact table portion on which the test object is placed is accelerated by an air cylinder and dropped. However, in the case of an air cylinder, the device becomes large, and a lot of time and labor are required for maintenance of each sliding part. Moreover, the reproducibility of the impact test may deteriorate due to deterioration of the seal portion due to long-term use.
Therefore, an object of the present invention is to provide an impact test apparatus capable of forming an apparatus compactly and performing an impact test with high reproducibility.
In order to achieve this object, the present invention is an impact test apparatus for testing an impact when a test object is dropped, and an impact table portion on which the test object is placed and dropped, and the impact table portion. A guide portion that guides the impact table portion in the vertical direction, an elevating portion that lifts the impact table portion to a predetermined height along the guide portion, a holding portion that holds the impact table portion at a predetermined height of the guide portion, and the impact. The base portion having a collision portion arranged in the drop portion of the table portion, the sensor for detecting the impact when the impact table portion collides with the collision portion, and the impact table portion held by the holding portion are dropped. A control unit is provided, and the guide unit is arranged so as to guide the opposite positions of the impact table unit, and the base unit urges the impact table unit downward when the impact table unit is raised. A spring member that increases the falling speed of the impact table portion and a spring guide that suppresses the central portion of the spring member from flapping in the lateral direction are located close to the guide portion on the side of the collision portion. The spring guide is made of a resin material and has a spring insertion hole through which the spring member is inserted, and the spring insertion hole is connected to the spring member in a state where the spring member is inserted. A predetermined gap is formed between them, and is configured to suppress the fluttering of the spring member.
With this configuration, the impact table portion on which the test object is placed is lifted to a predetermined height by the elevating portion along the guide portion and held by the holding portion, so that the impact table portion is prepared at a position close to the guide portion of the base portion. It is held in a downwardly urged state by the spring member. Then, by opening the holding portion, the impact table portion is given the same drop speed as when dropped from a height higher than the actual height by gravity and the initial acceleration by the spring member, and the impact test is performed. Can be done. The impact at this time can be detected by a sensor. As a result, it is possible to compactly form an impact test device capable of performing an impact test from a height higher than the actual height while suppressing the height and the occupied area. In addition, the spring member allows an impact test with high reproducibility of the impact waveform.
Further, the base portion further provides a spring guide at a position close to the guide portion on the side of the collision portion. Since the spring guide has a spring insertion hole in which a predetermined gap is formed between the spring member and the spring member in the inserted state, the central portion of the spring member extending in the vertical direction is the collision portion. The spring guide can prevent flapping on the side. As a result, the spring member can be stably contracted when the impact table portion is dropped.
Further, since the spring guide is made of a resin material and the spring member is inserted into the spring insertion hole, noise can be suppressed and fluttering can be suppressed even if the spring member comes into contact with the spring guide of the resin material when the spring member contracts. it can.
Further, a plurality of each of the spring members may be arranged. With this configuration, a large drop speed can be obtained even if the impact table portion is dropped from a low height by the force of a plurality of spring members. Moreover, the arrangement space can be reduced by using a plurality of spring members. Moreover, the falling speed of the impact table portion can be changed by adjusting the number of spring members.
Further, the holding portion may be composed of a hydraulic holding portion that holds the impact table portion on the guide portion at a predetermined height. With this configuration, even if a downward urging force of the spring member is applied to the impact table portion raised to a predetermined height, the impact table portion is held by the guide portion by a hydraulic holding portion such as a hydraulic brake. Can be kept properly.
Further, a cover portion that covers the side of the spring member may be further provided. With this configuration, it is possible to suppress the noise generated in the spring member from leaking to the surroundings.
According to the present invention, since the falling speed of the impact table portion can be increased by the spring member, it is possible to reduce the height of the impact test apparatus and achieve compactness. In addition, the spring member makes it possible to perform an impact test with high reproducibility of the impact waveform.
Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings. In the following embodiment, the
(Overall configuration of impact test equipment)
FIG. 1 is a front view of the impact test device according to the embodiment. FIG. 2A is a plan view of the impact test apparatus shown in FIG. 1, and FIG. 2B is a plan view of a spring guide. As shown in FIG. 1, in the
The
As shown in FIG. 2A, the
Then,
Further, the
As shown in FIG. 2B, the
Further, as shown in FIG. 2A, the
Further, in this embodiment, a
Further, the
(Peripheral configuration of impact table)
3 (A) and 3 (B) are cross-sectional views showing a mounting portion of the
As shown in FIG. 3A, the upper end of the
As shown in FIG. 3B, a
Further, as shown in FIG. 4, the holding
Further, as shown in FIG. 5, the
(Explanation of operation of impact test equipment)
FIG. 6 is a front view of the
First, the
Then, the standby switch (not shown) is pressed. As a result, as shown in FIGS. 6 and 7, the
After that, as shown in FIG. 8, the
Then, the impact generated by the collision is measured by the
(Effect of impact test equipment)
As described above, according to the
Then, by releasing the
As described above, according to the
Moreover, by using a plurality of
