Claims (5)
- 一方面の少なくとも一部が曲面であるガラス基材と、
前記ガラス基材の前記一方面の上に形成された基体シートと、
前記基体シートの上に形成された、上面に凹凸パターンを有し、立体的な意匠を表現する凹凸パターン層と、
前記凹凸パターン層の上面に形成された金属、金属酸化物又は半金属の酸化物からなる金属蒸着層とを備えた、加飾ガラスパネル。 - 前記金属蒸着層は、屈折率の異なる層が複数積層される、請求項1に記載の加飾ガラスパネル。
- 前記金属蒸着層は、積層方向に隣り合う層の屈折率が異なる、請求項2に記載の加飾ガラスパネル。
- 一方面の少なくとも一部が曲面であるガラス基材を準備する工程と、
基体シートの上に、前記基体シートの上に形成された凹凸パターンに対応した凹凸パターンを下面に有する凹凸パターン層が形成された加飾シートを準備する工程と、
前記ガラス基材の前記一方面と前記加飾シートの前記凹凸パターン層が対向するように、前記ガラス基材と前記加飾シートを固着させる工程と、
前記加飾シートの前記基体シートを剥離して、前記ガラス基材に前記凹凸パターン層を転写させる工程と、
前記ガラス基材に転写された前記凹凸パターン層の上面に金属、金属酸化物又は半金属の酸化物からなる金属蒸着層を形成する工程とを備えた、加飾ガラスパネルの製造方法。 - 一方面の少なくとも一部が曲面であるガラス基材を準備する工程と、
基体シートの上に、上面に凹凸パターンを有する凹凸パターン層が形成された加飾シートを準備する工程と、
前記ガラス基材の前記一方面と前記加飾シートの前記基体シートが対向するように、前記ガラス基材と前記加飾シートを固着させる工程と、
前記ガラス基材に固着された前記加飾シートの前記凹凸パターン層の上面に金属、金属酸化物又は半金属の酸化物からなる金属蒸着層を形成する工程とを備えた、加飾ガラスパネルの製造方法。
