Description

The present invention relates to an excavator.

Conventionally, a configuration in which an excavator is inserted into a casing press-fitted into the ground by a casing rotary press-fitting device and integrally rotated together with the casing to excavate is known (see Patent Document 1).
Further, conventionally, a configuration in which a gyro sensor is provided on the excavation head of the earth auger to correct the inclination of the earth auger is known (see Patent Document 2).

Japanese Unexamined Patent Publication No. 2001-254388

Among the known examples, the former is an excavator used in the so-called GSB method, and a swivel is provided to supply hydraulic oil from the fixed portion to the rotating portion, but the swivel simply rotates with respect to the fixed portion. Since it is only provided freely, there is a problem that the rotation of the rotating portion of the swivel is hindered due to the resistance of the excavated earth and sand, and the hose that supplies the hydraulic oil to the equipment is entangled.
Further, when an excavation resistance exceeding the allowable torque acts, the gripper of the excavator slips and prevents the torque of the rotary press-fitting device from being transmitted, but there is a problem that the swivel cannot follow this slip and the hose is entangled.
In addition, the depth is measured by detecting the extension length of the hydraulic hose, but if the hydraulic hose is entangled, the depth cannot be detected, and the excavation work is interrupted and the excavator is lifted to correct the entanglement. There is also a problem that excavation accuracy and construction efficiency are greatly reduced.
The latter of the known examples is intended to correct the inclination of the earth auger and cannot prevent the hose from being entangled.
In the present application, the hose is prevented from being entangled by devising the structure of the swivel.

An embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings.
Reference numeral 1 denotes an excavator having a swivel 2 (FIGS. 1 and 2), wherein the swivel 2 is a drive source G of various devices T or devices T provided in the excavator 1 with fluid from a fluid supply unit 3 installed on the ground. Is to be supplied to.
In this case, the fluid supplied to the swivel 2 is assumed to be water, hydraulic oil, soil conditioner, or the like, and the fluid supply destination is arbitrary, but the example of hydraulic oil will be described below.
Further, the configurations of the excavation device 1 and the various devices T of the excavation device 1 are arbitrary, but in this example, the following will be described with reference to an example of a casing all-around swivel type all-casing construction method.

Reference numeral 5 denotes a casing rotary press-fitting device for press-fitting the casing K into which the excavating device 1 is inserted into the ground (FIGS. 1 and 2), and the casing rotary press-fitting device 5 is installed on the ground W to bring the casing K into the ground W. As long as it can be press-fitted, the configuration is arbitrary, and although not shown, the casing fixing mechanism that holds the base frame, the elevating frame that moves up and down with respect to the base frame, and the casing K in a fixed state, and the casing K fixed by the casing fixing mechanism. A casing drive rotation mechanism for driving and rotating the casing is provided, and the casing K fixed by the casing fixing mechanism is press-fitted into the ground W while being driven and rotated by the casing drive rotation mechanism.

Reference numeral 6 denotes a boom of the base machine in which the excavator 1 is suspended and inserted into the casing K in which the casing rotary press-fitting device 5 is press-fitted into the ground W, 8 is a wire hanging from the boom 6, and the excavator 1 is a wire. Suspended by 8.
The excavation device (expanded excavation device) 1 is provided with a holding / fixing device 10 that integrally rotates the excavation device 1 together with the casing K. The holding / fixing device 10 is provided with a plurality of abutting bodies (stabilizers) 12 in the holding / fixing frame 11 so as to be able to move in and out of the holding / fixing frame 11 in the radial direction in the circumferential direction. An entry / exit cylinder 13 (FIGS. 4 and 7) for allowing the contact body 12 to enter and exit is provided between the two, and the holding / fixing device 10 serves as the device T of the excavation device 1, and the entry / exit cylinder 13 serves as the drive source G.

In the holding / fixing device 10, the contact body 12 is brought into contact with the inner surface of the casing K by the entry / exit cylinder 13, and the excavation device 1 is integrally driven and rotated with the casing K.
The upper part of the vertically moving frame 16 is attached to the holding and fixing frame 11 of the holding and fixing device 10 via a guide guide mechanism 15 described later so as to be vertically movable with respect to the holding and fixing frame 11. The upper part of the expansion blade 18 is rotatably attached to the vertically moving frame 16 by the attachment shaft 17. The expansion blade 18 is formed to have a predetermined length in the vertical direction, and rotates on the horizontal axis while excavating the ground to excavate an expansion hole in the ground.

Therefore, the expansion blade 18 serves as the equipment T of the excavator 1, and the expansion / contraction cylinder 19 that expands / contracts the expansion blade 18 serves as the drive source G.
One end of the expansion / contraction cylinder 19 is attached to a predetermined position in the upper and lower intermediate positions of the expansion blade 18, and the other end of the expansion / contraction cylinder 19 is attached to the vertical movement frame 16 side by the attachment shaft 20.
When the expansion / contraction cylinder 19 is extended, the expansion blade 18 is rotated outward around the mounting shaft 17, and the expansion blade 18 is inclined and expanded to a downward expansion state located outside the outer diameter of the casing K. When the expansion / contraction cylinder 19 is reduced, the expansion blade 18 is stored in the casing K.

Further, a vertical excavation portion 22 forming a part of the expansion blade 18 is rotatably attached to the lower portion of the expansion blade portion 18A of the expansion blade 18 by a mounting shaft 21 (FIG. 3). The vertical excavation portion 22 excavates the expansion cylindrical hole portion 23B in a substantially vertical columnar shape below the slope 23A of the expansion hole 23 excavated diagonally by the expansion blade 18 rotated about the mounting shaft 17. is there.
An angle adjusting cylinder 25 for changing and adjusting the angle of the vertical excavation portion 22 is provided between the vertical excavation portion 22 and the expansion blade 18. One end of the angle adjusting cylinder 25 is rotatably attached to the expansion blade 18, and the other end of the angle adjusting cylinder 25 is attached to the vertical excavation portion 22 side.
When the angle adjusting cylinder 25 is reduced, the angle between the upper portion of the expansion blade 18 and the vertical excavation portion 22 becomes smaller, and when the angle between the upper portion of the expansion blade 18 and the vertical excavation portion 22 becomes smaller, the expansion hole 23 becomes smaller. The enlarged diameter becomes large.

Therefore, the angle adjusting cylinder 25 is expanded and contracted according to the maximum expansion diameter excavated by the expansion blade 18, and the angle between the expansion blade 18 and the vertical excavation portion 22 is set in advance. Once the angle is set, the expansion hole 23 During the excavation work, the expansion and contraction of the angle adjusting cylinder 25 is stopped.
The expansion / contraction setting of the angle adjusting cylinder 25 is performed while the excavator 1 is on the ground.
A cylinder mounting member 27 is provided at the center position of the holding and fixing frame 11 of the holding and fixing device 10 in a plan view, and one end side (upper end side) of the elevating cylinder 28 is attached to the cylinder mounting member 27 (FIG. 3). A mounting member 29 is provided on the other end side (lower end side) of the cylinder 28, and the mounting member 29 is mounted on the vertically moving frame 16 (FIG. 3).

That is, the mounting member 29 is formed in the shape of a shaft rod at the center of the horizontal axis, the intermediate portion of the mounting member 29 is mounted on the other end side of the elevating cylinder 28, and both ends of the mounting member 29 are mounted on the vertical movement frame 16 side, respectively.
When the elevating cylinder 28 is extended, the mounting member 29 is lowered with respect to the holding and fixing frame 11, whereby the vertically moving frame 16 is lowered, and when the vertically moving frame 16 is lowered, the mounting shaft 17 is lowered, resulting in a result. The base of the expansion blade 18 descends, and the lower end of the vertical excavation portion 22 descends.

By synchronizing the extension amount of the elevating cylinder 28 with the extension amount of the expansion / contraction cylinder 19, the lower end of the vertical excavation portion 22 moves horizontally, and as described above, the bottom surface 23C of the cylindrical hole of the expansion hole 23 is omitted. Excavate horizontally.
That is, when the expansion blade 18 is simply rotated on the horizontal axis around the mounting shaft 17 for expansion excavation, the movement locus in which the lower end of the vertical excavation portion 22 moves becomes an arc surface, but the expansion / contraction cylinder 19 extends. The expansion blade 18 and the vertical excavation portion 22 are lowered by the elevating cylinder 28 in accordance with the above, and the movement locus of the lower end of the vertical excavation portion 22 is made horizontal (FIG. 3).

Therefore, the bottom surface 23F of the vertical hole 23E and the bottom surface 23C of the columnar hole of the enlarged columnar hole 23B are substantially horizontal, and the lower surface of the expanded bulb is made horizontal to stabilize the support force improvement and the pull-out resistance increase of the vertical pile and the enlarged bulb. Let me.
In this case, the elevating mechanism of the expansion blade 18 serves as the equipment T of the excavating device 1, and the elevating cylinder 28 serves as the drive source G.

The scraper 30 is provided so as to project in the circumferential direction on the side surface side in the rotational direction of the vertical excavation portion 22, and a sediment receiver 31 for collecting the sediment scraped by the scraper 30 is provided below the scraper 30. Reference numeral 32 denotes an opening / closing lid provided on the lower surface of the earth and sand receiver 31, and reference numeral 33 denotes an operating lever for opening / closing the opening / closing lid 32.

As shown in FIG. 3, a fixed side cylinder portion 35 projecting downward is provided on the central lower surface of the holding and fixing frame 11, and the shaft-shaped cylinder is provided in a mounting hole (not shown) above the fixed side cylinder portion 35. The mounting member 27 is inserted to mount the upper end of the elevating cylinder 28. An outer cylinder portion 36 having a diameter larger than that of the fixed side cylinder portion 35 is attached to the upper portion of the fixed side cylinder portion 35 in a fixed state. Inside the outer cylinder portion 36, an inner cylinder portion 37 is provided in a fitted state so that it can move only up and down. A bottom plate 38 is fixed to the inner cylinder portion 37, an intermediate portion of the moving side cylinder portion 39 is provided in a fixed state in the center of the bottom plate 38, and the moving side cylinder portion 39 can be moved up and down on the outer circumference of the fixed side cylinder portion 35.
The upper part of the vertical movement frame 16 is attached to the bottom plate 38 in a fixed state.
One of the outer cylinder portion 36 and the inner cylinder portion 37 is provided with an engaging recess 40 recessed in the radial direction with respect to the axial center of the outer cylinder portion 36 and the inner cylinder portion 37, and the engaging recess 40 is provided on the other one. An engaging convex portion 41 to be engaged is provided, and the vertical movement frame 16 is guided up and down by the action of the engaging concave portion 40 and the engaging convex portion 41 and the fitting configuration of the outer tubular portion 36 and the inner tubular portion 37.
The upper portion of the support member 42 is attached to the lower portion of the fixed side cylinder portion 35 in a fixed state, and the attachment portion 43 of the earth and sand receiver 31 is attached to the lower portion of the support member 42.

Therefore, the inner cylinder portion 37, the bottom plate 38, and the moving side cylinder portion 39 of the guide guide mechanism 15 are lowered with respect to the fixed side cylinder portion 35 and the support member 42, and the vertical movement frame 16 is lowered by the lowering of the bottom plate 38. ..
Therefore, the swivel 2 is provided above the excavator 1. The swivel 2 is configured by rotatably mounting a vertical axis 45 at the center position of the holding and fixing frame 11 and rotatably attaching a branch cylinder 47 having a connection nozzle 46 below the vertical axis 45.
That is, a hydraulic oil flow path 48 is formed inside on the vertical axis 45, and the swivel 2 supplies hydraulic oil to the pipe branching cylinder 47 rotating from the flow path 48 on the vertical axis 45 in the immobilized state, and the branching cylinder 47. The hydraulic oil is supplied to the drive source G of each of the above devices T by the rotating side pipe 49 connected to the connection nozzle 46 of the above.

The tip of the hydraulic oil hose (hydraulic hose (piping)) 50 sent from the fluid supply unit 3 is connected to the upper part of the flow path 48 on the vertical axis 45. The base of the hose support arm 51 is attached to the upper part of the vertical axis 45, the intermediate portion of the hose 50 is positioned on the lower surface side of the hose support arm 51, and the hose support arm 51 can be freely extended and extended in the intermediate portion of the hose 50. Support.
The bearing portion 55 on which the vertical axis 45 is mounted is provided at the center of the upper portion of the holding and fixing frame 11 of the holding and fixing device 10, and the pipe branching cylinder 47 is provided on the lower outer peripheral portion of the vertical axis 45 protruding downward from the bearing portion 55. Is rotatably fitted. A plurality of connection nozzles 46 of the branch cylinder 47 are arranged side by side in the vertical direction and the rotation direction of the branch cylinder 47, and the base portion of the rotation side pipe 49 whose tip is connected to each device T is connected to each connection nozzle 46.

The swivel 2 is attached to the bearing portion 55 of the holding and fixing frame 11 via a tuning mechanism 57 that rotates in the opposite direction to the holding and fixing frame 11 of the excavator 1 that rotates integrally with the casing K, and the hose 50 is relatively always predetermined. Positioned at a fixed position to prevent the hose 50 from the fluid supply unit 3 from being twisted or entangled.
In the tuning mechanism 57, the rotating body 58 provided on the vertical axis 45 is rotated by the tuning motor 60, and the vertical axis 45 is tuned and rotated in the direction opposite to the holding fixed frame 11 by the rotation of the rotating body 58, and the vertical axis 45 The swivel 2 (vertical axis 45, hose support arm 51, rotating body 58) and the hose 50 are made stationary with respect to the rotating holding and fixing frame 11 (excavator 1) by the opposite rotation of the hose 50. Prevents twisting.

The output gear 61 of the tuning motor 60 is attached to the rotating body 58, the passive gear 62 is meshed with the output gear 61, and the passive gear 62 is attached to the holding and fixing frame 11.
To facilitate understanding, if the holding and fixing frame 11 is described as a rotation stopped state, when the output gear 61 is rotated by the tuning motor 60, the output gear 61 rotates while rotating and the passive gear 62 on the holding and fixing frame 11 side. Since the tuning mechanism 57 rotates the vertical axis 45 with respect to the holding and fixing frame 11, the output gear 61 actually revolves in the direction opposite to the rotation direction of the holding and fixing frame 11. The swivel 2 (vertical axis 45, hose support arm 51, rotating body 58) and hose 50 rotate when the rotation speed of the holding and fixing frame 11 is synchronized with the rotation speed of the vertical axis 45 and the rotating body 58. It stands still with respect to the holding and fixing frame 11 (excavator 1).

Then, the tuning motor 60 is built in the tuning motor case 65 provided in the rotating body 58, and the output gear 61 is positioned between the upper and lower parts of the tuning motor case 65 and the rotating body 58. In this example, the tuning motor 60 is positioned on the lower surface side of the rotating body 58 to prevent interference with the hose 50 and the hose support arm 51.
Further, the rotating body 58 is formed by arranging the upper plate 66 and the lower plate 67 vertically at predetermined intervals to form a thick case (box) shape, and outputs the output between the upper plate 66 and the lower plate 67. The gear 61 is positioned.
Further, the passive gear 62 that meshes with the output gear 61 is fixed to the bearing portion 55 and arranged in the rotating body 58, and the lower cylinder portion 68 is provided at the center of the lower plate 67 of the rotating body 58 to provide the lower cylinder portion 68. The portion 68 is rotatably fitted to the outer periphery of the bearing portion 55.

Then, the gyro sensor 70 is provided on the rotating body 58 side of the swivel 2. The gyro sensor 70 is configured to detect the rotation and rotation direction of the rotating body 58, and the detection signal of the gyro sensor 70 is sent to a control device (not shown) for arithmetic processing, and as a result, the rotation of the tuning motor 60 is performed. It is controlled so as to be synchronized with the rotation of the holding and fixing frame 11.
The excavator 1 (casing K) is configured to rotate in both forward and reverse directions, and the tuning motor 60 is also configured to correspond to this by a so-called servomotor that reverses forward and reverse.
Further, the gyro sensor 70 is provided in the tuning motor case 65 together with the tuning motor 60.

Thus, the bearing portion 55 fixes the lower portion of the bearing portion 55 to the upper portion of the upper cylinder portion 75 concentric with the bearing portion 55, and the upper cylinder portion 75 is fixed to the top plate 76 of the holding and fixing frame 11. The lower part of the upper cylinder portion 75 is fixed to the fixed side cylinder portion 35.
A plurality of cylinder cases 77 projecting in the radial direction with respect to the axis of the holding and fixing frame 11 are arranged side by side in the circumferential (rotation) direction on the top plate 76, and the contact body 12 is moved in and out of each cylinder case 77. Each cylinder 13 is built in, the inner end of the inlet / outlet cylinder 13 is attached to the fixed portion of each cylinder case 77, and the contact body 12 is attached to the outer end side of the inlet / outlet cylinder 13 (FIG. 6).
The abutting body 12 is configured to enter and exit by guiding the expansion and contraction of the entry / exit cylinder 13 by the cylinder case 77.

In FIG. 1, 80 is an operation panel, 81 is a hose reel, 82 is a depth detector, and 83 is a depth detection wire. The depth detection wire 83 is freely supported by a hose support arm 51 together with a hose 50. ing.
In the construction method in which an excavation bit is formed at the lower end of the casing and the casing is press-fitted by the casing rotary press-fitting device while the fluid is supplied into the casing by the hose 50, the upper part of the casing is not shown. A bearing portion 55 on the rotating side is provided, a vertical axis 45 provided with a hose support arm 51 for the swivel 2 is provided on the bearing portion 55, and a tuning mechanism 57 is provided, and the swivel 2 is rotated in the reverse direction with respect to the casing by the tuning mechanism 57. The swivel 2 may be used to supply a fluid such as water into the casing while allowing the casing to stand still.

Further, in the case of the suspended excavation device 1 in which the drive unit provided on the upper part of the excavation device 1 is suspended by the wire 8 hanging from the boom 6 of the base machine 7 and the rod for excavation work is provided in the drive unit. A bearing portion 55 on the rotating side is provided in an arbitrary rotating portion such as a drive portion of the excavator 1, and a vertical axis 45 provided with a hose support arm 51 of a swivel 2 is mounted on the bearing portion 55, and a tuning mechanism 57 is provided. The swivel 2 may be rotated in the reverse direction by the tuning mechanism 57 to stand still with respect to the suspended excavator 1, or the excavating device 1 provided with the swivel 2 and the tuning mechanism 57 may be press-fitted into the casing while suspended in the air. It is also possible that the device is inserted into a casing in which the device is rotationally press-fitted.

(Action of Embodiment)
The present invention has the above configuration, and as an example of excavation work, a casing rotary press-fitting device 5 and an excavation device such as an earth drill (not shown) are used for a vertical pile having a predetermined diameter and a predetermined depth in the ground W in advance. The vertical hole 23E is excavated, then the excavating device 1 is inserted into the vertical hole 23E with the expansion blade 18 closed and contracted, and the excavating device 1 is fixedly held in the casing K by the holding and fixing device 10 at a predetermined position. ..
The holding / fixing device 10 which is one of the devices T sends hydraulic oil from the swivel 2 to the inlet / outlet cylinder 13 which is one of the drive sources G to fix the excavator 1 to the casing K. In this state, while transmitting the rotation of the casing K to the excavator 1 to drive and rotate the expansion blade 18, which is one of the devices T, the expansion / contraction cylinder 19 which is one of the drive sources G causes the outer diameter of the casing K to rotate. The expansion hole 23 is excavated by expanding it further outward.

During the rotation of the excavator 1, the expansion blade 18 rotates at the horizontal axis of the mounting shaft 17 in the direction intersecting the rotation axis of the excavator 1 to excavate the slope 23A of the expansion hole 23.
At this time, the vertical excavation portion 22 below the wing expansion portion 18A, which is one of the devices T, is rotated by the angle adjusting cylinder 25 while maintaining a predetermined angle with respect to the wing expansion portion 18A, and the wing expansion portion 18A is rotated. When the vertical excavation portion 22 is rotated outward to the maximum inclined state, the vertical excavation portion 22 rotates in a substantially vertical state to excavate a columnar enlarged cylindrical hole portion 23B below the slope 23A of the expanding hole 23.

In this case, when the vertical excavation portion 22 is rotated to the center of the mounting shaft 17, the bottom surface 23C of the cylindrical hole becomes an arc surface, but the expansion blade 18 is driven and rotated while being rotated upward to the center of the mounting shaft 17. At the same time as excavating, when the expansion blade 18 which is one of the devices T is lowered by the elevating cylinder 28 which is one of the drive sources G in synchronization with the rotation of the expansion blade 18, the vertical excavation portion 22 It can be expanded and excavated so that the movement locus where the lower end of the cylinder moves is horizontal.
Therefore, the bottom surface 23F of the vertical hole 23E and the bottom surface 23C of the columnar hole of the enlarged columnar hole 23B are substantially horizontal, and the lower surface of the enlarged bulb to be manufactured is made horizontal to improve the bearing capacity of the vertical pile and the enlarged bulb and the pull-out resistance. Stabilize the increase in.

When the expansion blade 18 excavates the expansion hole 23 in this way, the scraper 30 scrapes the excavated earth and sand toward the center of the excavation device 1, and the collected earth and sand is collected by the earth and sand receiver 31. When the earth and sand are collected in the earth and sand receiver 31, the expansion / contraction cylinder 19 and the elevating cylinder 28 are reduced to store the expansion blade 18, and in this state, the excavator 1 is once pulled up from the vertical hole 23E and inside the earth and sand receiver 31. The earth and sand are thrown away by opening the opening / closing lid 32 of the earth and sand receiver 31, and when the inside of the earth and sand receiver 31 becomes empty, the excavator 1 is inserted into the vertical hole 23E again and the above operation is repeated.

The swivel 2 that supplies hydraulic oil to the drive source G of various devices T provided in the excavator 1 detects the rotation (rotation number) and rotation direction of the rotating body 58 on the rotating body 58 side of the swivel 2. Since the rotation is controlled by the gyro sensor 70, the swivel 2 also stops rotating when the casing K stops rotating, and when the casing rotation press-fitting device 5 starts rotating the casing K and the excavator 1, the gyro The sensor 70 detects this and activates the tuning mechanism 57 to position the swivel 2 in a predetermined position relative to the excavator 1 at all times, and the hose 50 from the fluid supply unit 3 is twisted or entangled. To prevent.

Since the tuning mechanism 57 is configured to drive and synchronize the rotating body 58 provided on the vertical axis 45 of the swivel 2 by the tuning motor 60, the control unit (not shown) synchronizes with the signal of the gyro sensor 70. The motor 60 is energized to rotate the rotating body 58, the vertical axis 45 is held in synchronization with the rotation of the rotating body 58, and the vertical axis 45 is synchronized and rotated in the direction opposite to the fixed frame 11. And the hose 50 is stationary with respect to the rotating holding and fixing frame 11 to prevent the hose 50 from twisting.

Since the output gear 61 of the tuning motor 60 is attached to the rotating body 58, the passive gear 62 is meshed with the output gear 61, and the passive gear 62 is attached to the holding and fixing frame 11, the output gear is attached by the tuning motor 60. When the 61 is rotated in the direction opposite to the holding and fixing frame 11, the output gear 61 revolves around the passive gear 62 on the holding and fixing frame 11 side while rotating, and the tuning mechanism 57 is relatively on the vertical axis. The 45 is made to be in a position immovable state with respect to the holding and fixing frame 11, and is stationary with respect to the holding and fixing frame 11 (expansion blade 18).

In the swivel 2, the hose 50 and the hose support arm 51 are attached to the vertical axis 45 above the bearing portion 55, and the branch cylinder 47 is attached to the vertical axis 45 below the bearing portion 55 to form the hose support arm 51. Since the tuning mechanism 57 is provided between the bearing portions 55, the swivel 2 and the tuning mechanism 57 can be compactly provided by effectively utilizing the space of the holding / fixing device 10 of the excavating device 1.

Further, since the depth detection wire 83 is supported by the hose support arm 51 together with the hose 50 so as to be extended and retracted, the depth detection wire 83 is also prevented from being twisted by the swivel 2, and the depth detection accuracy by the depth detector 82 is improved. Can be improved.
The tuning motor 60 of the tuning mechanism 57 is built in the tuning motor case 65 provided in the rotating body 58, and the output gear 61 is positioned between the tuning motor case 65 and the rotating body 58 in the vertical direction. Therefore, interference between the tuning motor 60 and the hose 50 and the hose support arm 51 can be prevented, and twisting of the hose 50 can be prevented.

The rotating body 58 of the tuning mechanism 57 is formed by arranging the upper plate 66 and the lower plate 67 vertically at predetermined intervals to form a thick case (box) shape, and is formed between the upper plate 66 and the lower plate 67. Since the output gear 61 and the passive gear 62 are arranged, the output gear 61 and the passive gear 62, which are the operating parts of the tuning mechanism 57, are surrounded by the rotating body 58 and are not affected by the earth and sand during excavation. The tuning mechanism 57 can stably prevent twisting of the hose 50.
That is, the hose 50 is located below the hose support arm 51, the output gear 61 and the passive gear 62 are surrounded by a case (box) -shaped rotating body 58, and the tuning motor 60 is surrounded by the tuning motor case 65. Therefore, also in this respect, the operating portion of the tuning mechanism 57 is surrounded and is not affected by the earth and sand during excavation, and the hose 50 can be stably prevented from twisting.
